I just called and spoke with Amy who was not very professional. I am looking for service on an Alfa Romeo. First, her response was that they only service European cars. My husband and I tried explaining it’s an Italian car (in Europe). I called back hoping to speak to a manager. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else and began to raise her voice. She was not cordial and was no help at all. They advertise that they service European cars with a list that includes in more. It’s a simple fix but I’ll find someone else who’s more willing to take my money and better understands customer service.
I have taken my Porsche Panamera to Roberts Automotive, and the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer service. Mr James quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly, with no pressure and total transparency.
The work was completed on time, and my car now runs like a dream. It’s hard to find a shop that treats high-performance vehicles with the care and precision they deserve, but Roberts Automotive exceeded all my expectations.

Roberts Automotive took great care of my daughter’s Volvo. It had to have the engine replaced due to a timing chain issue and it drives like a dream again!! We thank James and crew for all of the work they did to get her back on the road again.
If car older than 2010 they don't want to help u . Maybe they should advertise this condition in their ads . Maybe for the best as some reviews are very negative
I took my Porsche 944 to James for many years (before there were Google Maps reviews!) Highly recommend this place for all of your German or Euro car needs!
Car was there 2 weeks. They couldn't figure out the issue but i paid almost 600 anyway. .2 days after getting car back I have a terrible oil leak. Customer service is hit or miss, just don't say the wrong thing.
We were stranded on the interstate and the woman hung up on me. I understand that they take appointments only but I asked if they could make an exception since we were stranded within a mile of them. She was so rude and hung up. I was in tears. It was like I did something wrong for calling and asking a question. Our tow driver recommended them. We ended up getting towed to Atlanta Global Mini dealership and they were wonderful. It was a fixable problem and we were on our way. Like I said I fully understand it they are appointments only but could you show some empathy and explain it nicely to the next desperate motorist?
Great customer service,excellent mechanic and superior craftsmanship compared to Jackson Mercedes.I'm extremely pleased with their work on my Mercedes S550 and more recently my Jaguar xj and wife's xf.
As always James Roberts knows what he's doing. Had my X5 in there several times and slowly hut surely he cured her sickness. Injectors first, subframe/shock bushings next, then finally a simple fix with the torque converter, which I thought was a misfiring injector (felt exactly like one) but nope it was the torque converter and he fixed it right. Up can't thank the man enough for his vast knowledge honesty down right damn good work. Will be back but hopefully not for a long time.
This is probably one of the nicest shops that I've ever been in. It is clean and organized and one that I would frequent again. The employees are nice and friendly and helpful and it's an easy place to get to.
My father takes his cars to get repaired here. That in itself is saying a lot in that he does a great deal of research into all of the services that he requires and these folks seem to be the only ones who can handle the upkeep of his luxury vehicles.
Very, very helpful! Called in with a scary problem--in my eyes at least--and he said I could bring it in within two hours the same day. They spoke kindly to me and told me about the problem. Fixed the issue and I was on my way.
Mr. Roberts is terribly rude and unprofessional. My 3 expierences with him have been very very disappointing. I cannot warn customers more to find an alternate mode of repair.
Literally the best repair shop I've ever been too. Fast, reliable, professional, and any time they call you to update you about your car, it's mr Roberts himself that calls.
You might get your car fixed cheaper elsewhere, but it won't be as fast, and they won't do as good of a job.
They will charge you hundreds of dollars just to tell you what they
think is wrong with your car without telling you first and charge you
few hundred more ( $1500 wasted) just to tell you what is wrong
and may cost you Thousands more to Fix but there are no guarantees.
You will be trapped. It’s your money, spend it wisely.
James Roberts and his team offer the most professional, competent and trustworthy service and repair facility I have ever had the pleasure of using. They only sell you what you actually need, and at very fair prices. This is why they have the most loyal customers of any shop I have ever encountered! That you could eat off their shop floor is indicative of their attention to detail and the quality of service they deliver.
If you want a true foriegn car specialist go to Nissan on Riverside drive..See Ryan...After a year plus at Roberts Automotive..I almost lost my Range Rover...Owner maybe a good mechanic but his help are terrible.
Fixed my Jaguar xk8 and gave good advice. Accurate diagnosis, honest service and billing. Only works on European automobile. Porsche, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, BMW.
I worked in the european car industry for many years and I all ways take my cars to them. You won't find a better place to take your Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Saab, and Volvo.
Dropped my Mini Cooper clubman S off here on a walk in. By surprise I was able to pick my car up a few hours later and my problem FIXED!!!! The owner knows his stuff and the receptionist is very nice. Wouldn't hesitate to take my car here again. Very good experience!! I would suggest anybody go here for any European auto repair services
