I stopped thinking I needed a whole windshield blade I got two while I were there. I didn't need them just needed a blade and they looked at it and with them being a man they should had known more then myself. I didn't need the whole wipe and they aboustely charged me high cost for used parts.
I’m from NC & drove to GA for a specific battery at a different shop & it was the incorrect one. I called A&C and he had the correct battery pulled and ready for pickup for me the next morning! Very thankful they worked with me!! super sweet crew!
My 73 year old Father drove all the way there from Oconee County after I called and verified multiple times with the man I spoke to that you did in fact have a TCM off a 1999 Jeep Cherokee, he said 1 in stock. I then called back to ask if we needed to pull the part ourselves and the man I spoke to that time told me you pull your own parts. Within 45 mins of that conversation, my Father gets there only to be told you don’t have one in stock and he would have to pull the part himself even if you did. We deal with a ton of salvage yards because we restore older Jeeps and muscle cars. I’m totally blown away at the waste of time, money, and effort we just put in for this to be the outcome. So disappointed
They literally sold me a tire with a huge knot on it but now I know why it was so cheap just don't be in a rush when u go there that's for sure thanks a lot people!!

. Backtracking to leave review out of appreciation/ respect. Have come here on two occasions on emergency situations needing a used part to get my vehicle back on road or I would of been stuck and even more broke $ . Grateful for individual who made sure part was correct on both occasions.Same consistentcy on parts quality, service , and parts affordability over 2-4 year span is exceptional. Thanks again!
Drove an hour + to get there after looking at the part online only to be told that they were actually still on the car. I didn’t bother to ask why they’re showing off the vehicle not one but 3 of them. He offered me another customer 10 miles away. I needed an alternator for my 16 Maxima
They had a couple of parts that matched our pain code that we couldn’t find anywhere else. They pulled them for me and had them waiting when I arrived. Very reasonable prices, friendly service and helpful people.
They told me a price for a part they had in stock and I said I'd be there in the morning to pick it up because I wouldn't have made it to hull from Scottsdale by they closed. Got there the next morning and they told me that they inventoried it wrong and didn't have the single part i needed but had a whole assembly for a much greater price than previously quoted for the singular part. Was very dissatisfied with the service and wasnt compensated for my time or their mistake.
Ordered a fender for a work car and it was pulled and ready to pick up in a short amount of time. Pricing was fair and the staff were excellent. Definitely recommended them for all your used parts needs!
Easy to work with, prices are fair, but closed on the weekends which kinda sucks being that’s the days most are off. I don’t get off before they close any day of the week and then closed Saturday when I’m off haha. Be nice to see a half day Saturdays one day because this place is definitely my preference. Other than that great people and services.
I searched everywhere for a valve cover ended up here and these are Honest Genuine professionals I highly recommend their services. Called ahead of time to see if they had a passenger side door for my bmw coupe, they said Yes, I said I’ll be on the way. Drove from Tucker, GA IN THE RAIN, 1hr 20mins drive With plastic and tape on my window to get it. I get there, the guy comes in the lobby says he’s going on a 30 min break so I sat in my car for 30 mins only for the sloppy front desk clerk to come outside and tell me that this drunken so called salvage guy, broke the damn window. Then the sloppy front desk guy is all non challant and careless giggly about it. Very ignorant and unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. I was so disappointed with how I was treated here. I went in to pick up a starter for my friends car, my friend called about 2 hours before I came and was told they did have it in stock and would set it aside for us. When I went in I told them the year, make and model of the car. The man checking me out asked if the car was a 6 cylinder, I told him I did not know because it is not my car and was picking it up for a friend. He said okay it should be this one because it is the only one we have. I said okay great, then the other man behind the counter started laughing and said “wow she doesn’t know if her car is a 6 cylinder or not” I told him as well that it was in fact NOT my car. Then he continues to say that the year model was only a 6 cylinder model (which is not true). This is not how customers should be treated, I figured being that we are in 2023 misogynistic comments would not be so common, clearly it is alive and well at this shop. I will not be back.
They're my 1st call when I need parts and I can trust that those parts are still in good shape or they'll make it right.
They should be more popular for how good they are with parts and customer service, but I'm really glad they're not, so I don't have to worry about them not having the parts I need.
Can't give much input. They couldn't help me with 3 items I was in need of. Needless to say, I've heard good things from others that has visited the salvage facility. That's the reason they get 3 stars.
Great customer servive best I have every dealt with bought a motor and transmission several yrs ago both are still doing good. They got my business for all my family's cars. Keep up the good work guys God Bless
The salvage yard Is nice and small but i think it's the nicest around. You need to call before you go because the salvage is fluctuating. I had been trying to get a spare wheel for my Toyota for years but they never could get one. But i bought a spare for my Nissan the first time i tried with these guys.
I bought a headlight for my van there. Not the typical grungy used auto parts/salvage place. They got the light and made sure it was the right one, and weren't condescending. These places always think that my being a woman means I'm a mental deficient when it comes to my vehicle. I'll go back again.
I needed a gas tank for my truck. After searching online I found that they had 2 of them. I called ahead of my visit to them. They pulled the part, and had it waiting for me. Twenty minutes after I got there I was on my way. Quick, friendly, and good prices. Who could ask for more.
