I recently bought a part for my car and have been unsuccessful with contact in any form nor am I able to use or exchange the part and ebay has reached out separately to tell me your company is responsible for the issue please assist with my request at your earliest interest.
I'm trying to return a wrong part that they send and nobody unswer the phone, sounds like scam business, I'm reporting this to better business bureau, it has been 3 day me trying to contact them and nothing, be aware, is my opinion

If it was possible to give 0 , I would. We received a nonfunctional window switch and their main phone number leads to an answering machine that disconnects the call. The alternate number listed is disconnected.
I purchased a video processing board to fix the one in my truck. After spending 700$ they sent me a video processing board that had been used before. GMC couldn’t program is because it wasn’t a new part. That is crazy that a company claims to give you a new part but it’s used. Plus there is no way to contact them through phone.
I ordered a door panel, received the wrong color ( gray )and they told me that I ordered the wrong color even though my invoice lists the item as the color I ordered ( beige). I was then told since I ordered the item through eBay that I just needed to sell it because my refund would only be half of what I paid for it

Ordered left side door lock actuator assembly for a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 it works better than new,I tried to call them to see if they wanted the core but no luck ,82 bucks compared to 160 at the dealer
I took a chance on a map sensor that was slightly different looking than other Genuine Toyota sensors on the web. It is in fact the last version made by Denso for The 5sfe engine and it has a data matrix square on it unlike previous ones. Toyota's price is over two hundred at discount. I paid $25.00 on Bonanza. I still can't figure out how. This thing was brand spankin' new. The part number is wrong for my Celica due to the bracket but the sensor is the same. Aftermarket sensors do not come mounted to a bracket. Parts Brokers, LLC.
This was the absolute best experience I have had with a used replacement part. The part was better than expected, functioned correctly, and was priced right. This made my wife's min-accident much easier to live with and the car looks like brand new again. THANK YOU!!!
