He was very meticulous and detail oriented with the set up and hook up to assure my rig would not be damaged in any way. If I could give them a 10, I would. My 37', 9000lb trailer blew over in a tornado at Old Federal Campground on Lake Lanier. I didn't think anyone would be able to flip it back....but I was wrong. I found out about Rider through my insurance company. They came right out the next day and had all the big equipment you need to do this job. One included a Rotator (I think). A big truck with a crane. The team went to work and had it flipped over in no time. All the members on the team were extremely helpful and nice. When they got done I looked to see what else I needed to clean up...and they had already done all of it. And it was a mess. Thanks so much, Rider, for providing a great service in a very difficult time.

This company is outstanding. I had one of my drivers stuck on the road for over 24 hours and all the vendors I called wouldn't work on him. I called Rider and they came out, assessed what was needed, and then went above and beyond to make sure that my driver got repaired and on the road again. I can not express enough my appreciation for their professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!
Amazing service and people.
I was on an incredibly steep driveway with my minivan and couldn’t get out by accelerating fast because there was a car parked right across from the driveway.
I tried a couple of times and then got out to see how close I was to the edge of the driveway/cliff and my van started sliding. I jumped back in and hit the brake like 2 inches from the edge but then was afraid to try to move again because there was no room to slide back at all.
So. Sitting there with my foot on the brake calling tow companies for what seemed like hours but was like 20 min, I was referred from one place to the next: “we don’t have anyone” “we are on the other side of the mountain” “we are on county rotation and you’re in the wrong county”
Finally reached Rider. They didn’t have the right truck with them at home. They tried calling 2 other companies for me themselves. When those both declined, they were totally on it to help me - they drove 30 min to pick up the right kind of truck and then drove 30 min back to me. They called to let me know when they had the truck. They tried to see if there was a way to drive out before they hooked up the winch. They were incredibly careful. They paused and checked my undercarriage. When we were done they inspected for damage.

Our son Came home on Leave from Elpaso Texas he is stationed at Fort Bliss for a 2 week visit..while he was home he was ran off the side of Blairsville Mountain Monday Nov, 22.( Our Son is Alive..he came out like a champ with just a few bruises and small cuts and scratches)...Rider Towing assisted in retrieving his car out of a 100 foot drop off the side of the mountain and also towed his car! They are also assisting in towing us our sons car back to us and have blessed us in so many ways...I 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs towing services! I was in a work truck down a long skinny gravel drive that was blocked by a tree and I couldn’t back out cause my tires would just spin. He came with a beautiful wheel lift truck and his son who is following in his daddy’s foot steps. They were both so professional and helpful and I told them they both had halos above their heads. Weeeeelllll………..I got myself in quite a predicament last week and Keith showed up and saved the day!!! It was a very intricate extraction exacerbated by torrential downpours but Keith got us out and entertained us with stories from his many years in the business. Had to have two tow trucks for our truck and a boat! We were broke down on the side of the road. I googled and found this company in dahlonega so I called. They came right away had the boat towed to storage and the truck towed home. They were so nice and professional! We will be using them anytime we ever need a tow!

My husband was stuck in Cleveland on his way home to Atlanta area when his truck died. We called to get towed all the way to Gwinnett County, but instead, the owners came and replaced his alternator after driving him to the auto store (twice!). Fixed his truck right there in the parking lot! This was truly above and beyond service. We cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed my husband on Easter Sunday. I got my Semi stuck in the mud attempting to park. It was a Saturday night. My company found Rider Transport and Towing and had them call me. The lady was very nice and just asked me to send pics. If you are looking for a reliable towing company that’s courteous and on time with great prices, look no further. We broke down right outside of Helen coming back to Atlanta. We called several companies and got the run around. I talked to Karen and she assured me right away that I was in good hands and they would take care of us. Exactly what you want to hear when your broken down in the middle of nowhere.

These guys saved the day! I definitely recommend these guys for all your towing needs especially the big jobs that no one else will do. Not a single other towing company wanted to pick up my 9000lb campervan from a forest service road in the middle of no where but these guys got it out without a scratch!!! Couldn't ask for a better experience!!
Edit: Had to use these guys again 7/21 to tow my van from the garage they originally dropped it off at to another one and again I was blown away by their quality of service!! They absolutely do anything in their power to get the job done no matter how complicated the situation is. No need to ever even call another tow service in my opinion!
