Everyone who works there is kind, Informative, and timely. We always get excellent service and a good price. Our family has been bringing our vehicles here for years. All the mechanics are excellent. John is wonderful and has been very helpful. Marta who works at the desk is so friendly and sweet. I just love the whole atmosphere!
All right service, but usually the valve stem goes for that little color mark on the tires. I’ve done this for a while and I know how it supposed to work. But hey they got the tire on and it has an exploded so I can’t complain
I want to tell you Firestone the one coworker you have i think her name was Marta she needs a raise. One for her performance professional and her people skills are beyond great. She cared so much for me today. Me knowing things about cars is like getting water out of a rock….. lol but that woman right there needs a raise!!!!!!! You will be seeing me more often. Drinks on me girl!! But i really love how you had patience for me didn’t show and frustration at all! #firestone!!!!
Where to I begin, the people, the floors, the atmosphere everything is 10 out of 10. John, and Martin were a great help upfront and JB is an awesome technician. Keep up the work team!
I was experiencing a weird fuel system problem on my F-150 pickup. After a couple of problems were found the problem had become frustrating for myself and the mechanic there. Finally the true problem was found and fixed. John, JB, and the other staff members were very professional and understanding with me through the whole ordeal.
I said this before and it continues to be true. I’m very grateful for this fire Stone on Moody Air Force Base. I’ve been on a lot of bases in my career and I haven’t felt as comfortable as I am here with the service. Thank you

My battery gave out while I was pumping gas. These awesome guys gave me a jump, then when I asked them to test the battery did so, and got me back up with a new battery with the quickness.
To start, the staff at the front were great, friendly and communicated well. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in and have my vehicle done before originally stated time. That was about the extent of it. Service was poor to say the least. My vehicle needed an oil change and I figured I would have the wheels balanced/rotated since I bought the life of the tire service. Other than the oil, no issues with the vehicle coming in.
Prices are higher than synthetic oil at the dealership! There was an offer for regular oil change at $29.99 for up to 5q of oil. Mine took 6. They charged me for 5q of synthetic blend at $64.99 and an additional quart for $13 and a $6.01 charge for “ SYN BLEND OIL CHANGE LABOR”. Just a standard oil change and free tire balance/rotation ended up costing ~$89!
Then when it comes to the maintenance performed; they didn’t top of any fluids (but noted a courtesy check on the receipt). Wiper fluid was completely emptied and coolant was well below minimum line. You’d think that’s included in an oil change/courtesy check, right? Finally, as soon as I got on Bemis HWY and up to about 40mph, lots of vibration. Again, completely smooth when I dropped the vehicle off.
Have had mixed experiences here before with one extremely bad one years ago with my wife’s vehicle from an oil change. Kept coming back due to the convenience of being on base. I guess I’m learning my lesson all over again.
Would NOT recommend for any services.

This shop consistently provides the worst car service experience I’ve ever seen. Whether you make an appointment or walk-in, any time estimate they provide you should be immediately discarded, as the true time will likely be closer to double or triple their number. It’s not that they don’t care: they simply over-promise and under-deliver.
While their other service issues, like damaging my car’s brake system during an inspection, over-charging for parts, and failing to reference the car’s service history prior to servicing it are all bad enough to warrant their own negative reviews, I cannot stress enough how disrespectful of your time this shop will be. If you work on base and think using this location will save you time, you are mistaken. Take the time to go to another location in town where an appointment time will actually be honored your car will be serviced in a timely manner so you can get on with your day and not be shackled to the lobby for hours on end.
Save yourself some heartache. Go literally anywhere else.
I needed an alignment and tire rotation. My appointment time on right on time. They explained what was needed and when completed briefed me on the findings. Outstanding service and kind and courageous. I highly recommend to others..
Jeff is the best worker ever! Sweetest man and he got my car fixed so fast. I will definitely be going back to him whenever I have car problems. Thank y’all so much

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Staff is dismissive and unresponsive. Services on site are innacurate (mostly not available). Worst of all you will spend hours waiting for service only to NOT be serviced...along with the crisp and consistent response from every employee: "it's like a doctors office..some patients take longer".....Only thing keeping this shop afloat is the endless flow of new, non-mechanically inclined arrivals to the base that fail to check reviews outside the firestone website.
2nd time I’ve made an appointment and watched my car go into the bay for a simple oil change just to wait 2+ hours for them to finish. I understand it can be busy but if I make an appointment and you request to add on additional things when I came for was an oil change then just change my oil and send me on my way. Don’t waste my time. Lesson learned though.. be a man and change my own oil instead of pissing away 100 bucks and wasting my time.
