Had all the tools I needed and the staff are down to earth and knowledgeable in their area of expertise given the multitude of car makes and models there are in the bays at any given time. Especially a novice like myself. Shoutout to Sil' for giving me crash course on A/C systems for my Suburban. Youtube videos are good, but not as good as having Master Techs alongside whatever project you got going on.

Average. Decent price and service they may overlook some itens just remind them. I had a feeling my brake system was ate up, but i needed a professional to assess it. They didnt, said it was fine now im in the negative for new rotors at a different shop

It's a great place to take your car to work on it. They have very knowledgeable mechanics that are willing to assist as you work on your vehicle.

Has just about everything you need to do most jobs. Really helpful. Cheap prices even for help. And always willing to help with advice. Were really patient with me once I had to start getting advice due to me being slightly outside my knowledge base with the front end of my truck. I learned a lot. Thanks guys.

Radiator leak on a Sunday? Took my car there and the service was excellent. From the Front counter to the bay! A little Pricey but worth it! Thank you all but especially my mechanic? I'm on the road again with no problems!

I highly recommend this place , Niesha did a great job replacing my brakes and rotors …. I had a annoying squeaky noise coming from the back tire and they were able to fix it…. Niesha and her co worker really Put in effort to help me. And they’re definitely affordable as well !

Great prices and decent help. All the tools you could need to finish whatever project you could want to do.

I personally don't care much for most of the attendants there, the equipment is good and for the most part it is my last resort when I need to do work on my car and not be in the dirt or in the rain this place is supposed to be a DIY area for soldiers, spouses and retired military personnel to maintain their personal vehicles but if it’s more than novice level work they have some sort of reason why you can't do it yourself, but they are more than willing to do it for you like a regular shop and charge you. I have been to a dozen different bases across the country and used their diy shops and if I need to do something that requires more advanced knowledge or equipment they just require you to do a quick instruction on it and then you're good to go. my opinion of this place is that they need to stop trying to get extra pay and start letting people who want to do their own work themselves until they specifically ask for help from the attendants.

I had my Dodge Avenger radiator/air condenser repaired here in 2016. I worked with the individual who was conducting the repairs, as I was told he had a family emergency and repairs were delayed for about 3 months. When I was called the car was done, I could clearly tell something was wrong. I went back and he said everything was fine, and threw a fit when I asked him to look everything over. During PCS to Colorado in 2017, I sent my car to PA for about 1k. My father, who has worked on cars his entire life identified that the mechanic here did not put the main wiring harness back together. Once he fixed my car, I then spent another 1.5k to ship my car from PA to CO. Use this service at your own risk. I have no idea as to why my wiring harness was disconnected during this process.

The staff is Always helpful, I always save a few hundred $$ because of the staffs help. No where else in the world offers these services to anyone. I encourage all to leave positive ice comments.

Very convenient. However, bring your own tools if you can to save time the tool room is adequate but, they may not have everything you need and there's so short-staffed you might end up waiting in line for a while other than that the people that work there are super friendly and always willing to help

Wow!!! The service at this auto facility is unmatched. The manager and every worker I talked to were very friendly and very competent! Of course the facility was clean and had a vast array of equipment assets to use. One of the workers, “Sil”, stayed overtime to make sure he could replace my starter for me so I could have my car the next day. The job took longer to do because of the mechanical complications we encountered. He never once complained and very cheerfully and diligently kept working. In the end, he did a very excellent job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am so thankful for this auto facility on post, their flexible work hours, and amazing service. Also, the price is unbeatable with no extra or hidden fees. I got to learn while I was there too! Enough said.... you can’t find a better auto facility and trusted management than this.

I’m waiting on the front for service on Saturday January 4 and see some one sitting in the back ... I patiently waited for at least 15 minutes and finally said “excuse me sir... are you guys open” he said “We close at 4.... Give me a sec “with a terrible attitude.... and I’m currently still waiting while he’s still back there sitting down ..

There are no appointments they are under staffed. I dropped my car off for a tyranny and engine oil change. I came back 5 hours later my car had not moved. I was the first in line but they took other cars in front of me. I was very busy with work, and had to wait 30 minutes after they opened to speak with a mechanic in order for him to take my keys. When I came back 5 hours later they told me there were other cars in front of me, even though I was the first in line that day.

Great place to work on a car if your able to get on post. Has every tool you need.

It's pretty great... Could use some TLC... Maybe get some extra duty in there to clean up and reorganize... The staff is great though.

More of a Do-it-yourself center, but have 2 experience mechanics that can service your vehicle and provide a wealth of knowledge. They have lifts, tool room, welding equipment, paint booth, alignment capabilities and tire changing machine. Overall very good place.

Had Both Upper and Lower control arms with ball joints replaced, and a front end alignment on my truck. They did a great job and it only cost about $600.00, the quote I had gotten from the dealership was $1,400.00. for the same work.
