I got a screw in my tire on my trip back from Midway to Savannah. Phantom Towing was communicative and honest. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for towing service.
I had a battery issues with a dual battery vehicle. One charger was not enough to get the truck going. Tavis refused to give up and kept at it until we finally got my truck started. The whole time he was professional and positive. He is a great asset to your company.
James with Phantom Towing was absolutely awesome! He called prior to arriving to give us his ETA. Once he arrived at our location, James took all of the necessary steps to document the vehicle before putting it on the back of his truck. Later he waited while we communicated with our insurance company to insure he was taking it to the correct location. While he was in route, I called him to redirect him which he had no problem doing. Excellent service!!

The driver was beyond polite and friendly. He was cautious with my vehicle and quick with the service at the same time. He was clean cut and professional in his appearance as well as his customer service. I highly recommend them for any roadside assistance.
My vehicle broke down in the middle of the night in the middle of no where I was in full panic mode and then out of the blue comes James, within 30 minutes my vehicle is hooked up and on the way to a mechanic. I wasn't on a list of clients to tow, I didn't have service to call anyone. JAMES just saw someone in need and didn't hesitate to help. Words don’t express what a standup guy James at Phantom Towing is. I arranged for a tow through State Farm. I was promised the service with a different company and the company canceled on me without notifying me adding an extra hour to my already long night. My tow was reassigned to Phantom and I became top priority. Despite the fact that James had already had an 18 hour day. James, without hesitation, drove all the way from a car dealership in Savannah from his last tow and towed my vehicle from Nahunta to my dealership in Waycross, flawlessly. Not only was the service exceptional but James was more than happy to allow myself and my Doberman Pincher “Sally” to ride in the cab. Very friendly, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend his business to anyone who deserves to be treated with such respect and professionalism.

Jordan was so nice, he arrived quickly, about an hour ahead of schedule to be exact. He was very knowledgable/professional, introducing himself, explaining what was going to happen and the reason why. Jordan insured safety, GA State laws, vehicle and client care were his main priority. He assisted me with dropping off my Lincoln to the dealership, and ensured I got home safely. I hired James because he is a veteran so I knew he would be on time and professional, and of course he exceeded my expectations. I had him deliver two broken SUVs from the upstate to Charleston and am glad I did. He let me know when he arrived (10 minutes early), let me know when both cars were successfully loaded, and kept me updated each hour he was driving. When he got to Charleston I saw that the trucks were secure and professionally loaded. You may pay a little extra for his service, but the peace of mind is WORTH every penny.
