Cass and his crew in the service department are THE REAL DEAL!!! He took a piece of junk Chevy Silverado that I purchased at George Moore Chevrolet in Jacksonville, Florida that should have NEVER been on the sales floor and after wanting to roll it in the lake himself, turned it into a Cadillac of a ride!! I would give them 1000 stars if I could. Thank you Cass and crew for going above and beyond to get George Moore Chevy’s mistake back on the road again! Shame on them and thank the Good Lord for you!!
Besides getting good service ,When you need a part that's hard to find, Napa usually has it or can get it shipped in from another store the next day, plus they have a bigger inventory than other parts stores.
Careless mistakes when taking phone orders can happen, but when management refuses to acknowledge them, others--like me--suffer the consequences. Bank had to issue a new account# & card. Very inconvenient and completely unnecessary.
Awesome staff very helpful! I'd recommend this store to everyone! They are more often able to find rare parts when the other stores have no clue! Thanks guys!
Napa auto parts located in Lakeland, Ga. Is a good auto/truck/Tractor parts house that has a pretty good inventory. Usually, if they don't have it, they can tell you where you can find it, or that they could probably get it for you, in a couple of days. The people that work there are friendly and very helpful. For the most part, their prices are a tiny bit higher compared to autozone but in my opinion, I've found that when I need a well made part, I use NAPA as I feel that their parts are higher quality, even their remanufactured parts. It really depends on what you're looking for. Another good thing about NAPA, you can find them all over the US. I use to be an independent trucker, and have had to use them on numerous occasions and never had a part fail on me, and if I did, as long as I had a receipt, the stores that are located out of state, from where I originally purchased a part from, they would Warranty the part, as long as I had the receipt and if it was within the Warranty period. I definitely recommend NAPA .
I've come to this place since I was a kid. I'm an ASE certified mechanic who has traveled the country and I can say with full confidence that Mr. Fender and his staff are the most competent parts salesmen I've ever came across. Unparalleled service and well of knowledge.
