Expensive compared to other parts stores and of course almost always only has the most expensive part in stock, but its the only place to go. Service is nice.
Called in today about a battery and spoke with one of the employees. And she was just informative. Positive attitude. Surely won me over to buy my battery there. She even gave me information. That would help me in the long run when it comes to the condition and the longevity of my battery. She also helped me understand the point of warranties on batteries. I mean, I couldn't ask for more. God bless her. Wouldn't tell you to go anywhere else but here if she's there anyway.
Water pump went out on a Sunday afternoon on our way to Augusta for surgery. The gentleman sold us a replacement and recommended a local who gladly installed it for $100. Thank god...they saved my appointment for serious burn surgery 6:30am the following day
No one in this town ever seems to be in much of a hurry when I've stopped here before, and O'Reilly was no different. I was 100 miles into a 750-mile trip north from middle GA when I realized my AC was about dead, and I was gonna have to pit stop for a charge. Felt like I hit slow motion from the moment I grabbed toe can of R134. The price was downright flabbergasting, but hey, we're living in Brandon's world now, so who knows if $55 for an AC recharge can is right these days? But to the point, I made eye contact with two employees who had more important things to do than open a register and wait on me while the other employee on a register made a lot of chitchat with a pair of guys straight out of Mayberry. Apparently, customer service isn't the first concern when the employees equal the customers in the building.

This company had my car towed after I told them I was coming back in a few days to get it was waiting on the part for it to come in and they had it towed from them and now they want me to pay $270 to a wrecker company that’s right down the road from the place
I went in search of gear oil 80W90, the Wrens, Ga store Managers was very helpful and courteous. Great service, and beautiful smiles. Highly recommend.
Store is clean and useful the staff rekys to much on the computer when you ask questions about parts some may have mechanical skills but most not friendly and helpful
Had a battery issue at a gas station near by. Wess and Amber helped me figure out what the issue was and fixed my car right up! Thanks for the great customer service guys!
