They didn't have the part i needed but the young man who answered the phone was very honest and professional he also told me where i could find the part I needed he never tried to get me to waste my time by going to their place of business. I will definitely use them again and hopefully they will have the part i need next time
They gave me 30days warranty on the pump I bought. The pump was bad and when I get back to them to claim the warranty, they told me they dont provide warrantied on electric parts.

Horrible experience. The worker who helped me with picking a part was great. The kid inside was arrogant. The one time I didn't look a part up, place ripped us off. Over priced bad behavior. Are you just trying to ruin a business???

Buyer Beware!! Return policy on Engines & Transmissions is designed in a way that limits customer's ability to return defective items. I could not find a written policy. When I called, they told me the return policy. Policy states that an Engine or Transmissions must be returned in 30 days and also, the core must be returned within 14 days. If the core is not returned, the warranty is VOID. I have bought parts from may salvage yards but never seen a return policy such as this.
They sold me a bad engine. Engine has low compression and oil is mixing with coolant. I had not returned my core within 14 days so I was denied warranty. I will never buy from here again.
If you like to gamble then this is the place to go! Cause if the part is no good not 1 time but 2 times they won't give you your money back but give you a credit for parts you might not ever need. You can't borrow a part on credit from them but they want your cash for credit, so if you lose the receipt or God forbid died then they made money off you wasting your time buying bad parts from them. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I bought a 14 bolt rear end on 8 November. I ended up with Covid on 11 November. I am now installing my rear end on 1 December and found a bad spider gear. They will not do anything to honor their 30 day warranty because I did not return my core that was obviously still under my truck within two weeks.
Was told on the phone they had the part. When we got there 50 mile away. Ohhh well we don't have that year mod seemed not to know that a chevy trailblazer is interchangeable.
I bought an alternator from them and went about 100 miles on it in 4 days and it went out. When I took it back they said they didn’t offer refunds or exchanges. I ended up having to keep their bad alternator and had to spend more money to buy a new one elsewhere.
Good place to get discount auto parts that are used if you can't afford brand new one's. They have lots of cars and items so they are bound to have what you are looking for.
Awesome customer service. Very helpful information. Even told us to flush when changing the transmission. Gave more information than what we asked for which was awesome. Transmission came with warranty. They triple checked that we were getting right transmission. Very nice and helpful.
This is not a salvage yard! It's more of a junkyard ! All they do is lie lie lie and when the lie catches up with them they will tell you I'm sorry and then tell you another lie ! This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with buying a engine! I drove at least 40 miles twice and got the wrong motor came back to get the right motor which the guy told me it 120000 miles and it was knocking like hell ! Then they told me another lie they would have me another motor the next day . Called the next day with another lie! ( PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY VIDEO! THIS IS THE ONE WITH 120000 MILES)

Not sure what the customer service issue is others encountered but they were a huge help and courteous to me both when I called and showed up. They didn't have the part I needed but definitely tried to help assist me in anyway they could. Would definitely recommend them.

The phone manners of the person I spoke to was very rude, had an attitude right off the jump and was very quick to hang up the phone before I was done asking about parts.
I ordered a transmission and it was "tested" to be good. Comes to find out that when I got it, it needs to be rebuilt and the driver side inner cv axle is stuck in it. When I called and told them, there response was "we dont take then out because the gear will drop". I knew right than that they had screwed me over and that they dont have any knowledge of how any of it works. Worst people I have ever delt with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!
This place is a rip. I called two different times for the same part and was told two different prices. The staff was very rude and disorganized. I would pay full price before I buy another thing from them.
Be aware before buying anything from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't honor their warranty plan, we tried to take back a battery that went bad in 3 days and they refused to refund our money. They tried to replace it with another bad battery and all we wanted was our money back like they said we could get if something went wrong. Just be aware of this place and they were extremely rude, the owner would not help us because he stated that someone else sells batteries from his business and he would not help either!!!!!!!!!!!!!
