Steven the driver that was dispatched when the engine on my show car blew on my way home from a car show. Steven was very careful and professional when finding where to best place his recovery straps, as well as, added additional wedges at the base of the tow bed prior to engaging the power cable to get my car up on the deck. He was safety minded as well since this occurred on a very busy Interstate. I highly recommend Kitchens Towing Service.
Cannot thank Matt of Kitchen's towing for rescuing us when we broke down on 85 on the way down to Florida. We were hauling a boat which made things even more complicated. He was able to put our truck on the flatbed and tow our boat at the same time. He was so knowledgeable, professional and so thoughtful, we cannot recommend them enough. We had an incredible experience with this towing company, and especially with our driver, Steven. He is truly one of the most wonderful people. We were in a really stressful situation and couldn’t find a solution or a shop that could take our car on a Sunday. Steven went above and beyond — he literally drove us around for five hours with our car on the back while we searched, until we finally found a truck rental company.
He did all of this because he genuinely cared about our safety and wanted to make sure we get back home to Florida. That kind of dedication is rare these days. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair.
Steven is an amazing guy and this company is lucky to have him. Highly, highly recommend!
I had a pretty bad wreck this weekend and these guys helped me out so much Ms Debbie made sure my truck was ready and made sure I was good to go with no problems. They took real good care of all my items inside and my truck. Matt did a great job transporting my truck back to my house putting it in a place where I can work on it. Really nice people also. On the evening of 9/12/25, our car broke down and we needed a tow. I called Kitchens the morning of 9/13/25 and Debbie answered the phone and was attentive to what I had to say. She dispatched Chris (excellent personality and very friendly) and he towed our vehicle back to Dalton, GA for us. Excellent service, on time and very willing to work with us. On a Sunday afternoon, I got a flat tire on my 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid halfway between Hilton Head South Carolina and Atlanta. I was extremely stressed out because I was 143 mi from the Fayetteville Tesla service center and it was a hundred miles the other way to the Savannah Tesla service Center. Chris B with Kitchens Automotive and Towing called me immediately upon the service request to let me know he was in route to pick up my vehicle, and that he would tow it to the Fayetteville, GA service center. He was kind, professional and on time. He let me know when my vehicle was dropped off and sent me a picture. I would definitely recommend using them if you need any services. They exceeded my expectations!
We were stuck on the interstate with a flat tire on our Tesla. Chris was a lifesaver. he came as fast as he possibly could. He was very knowledgeable and super polite. Will definitely call him in the future if I need a tow.
This place is great! Took my Lexus to get a flex pipe replaced and it only costed me 125$ lowest offer around and they got it done so fast. Welds looks great and allows me to enjoy my car again!
Shout out to Lee Kitchens at Kitchens automotive! Brought my car in for them to weld some mufflers on. After the work was done and driving home I noticed an obnoxious and embarrassing vibration sound coming from my car. Brought it back and found out the left muffler had something loose inside. Essentially received a bad muffler from the company i ordered it from. Lee removed the muffler, identified the defective piping, repaired it and welded it back in free of charge for me! Can't thank Lee Kitchens enough for running a great business. Shout out to you brother and I recommend this shop for any and all of your exhaust needs!

My truck was in a ditch and they came out extremely quick without any damage to my 4runner. Steven is extremely good at getting it out and keeping it from going even deeper in the ditch.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I needed to get my husbands car towed from a location to our house which was a good distance and from the moment Debbie answered the phone I knew I had called the right place. She answered all my questions, was very patient, made me laugh, and I was taken care of right away and the price was GREAT. It didn’t take long and Chris was already calling to let me he would be the driver and told me exactly when he would be picking up my husbands car. Chris kept in contact with me so I knew exactly when he would be here. I would highly recommend them!! Everyone there was great!

He deleted 2024 Tacoma muffler and installed 2.5 the 3.0 inch pipe with resonator and muffler all flow master.... Greatly skilled in welding. Don't go anywhere else this is your guy.

I didn’t get their names but two gentleman towed my vehicle to the repair shop from my work and they were absolute saints! They made a really awful situation seem not so bad. I am so thankful for them! They also showed up extremely quick!
Came to my rescue this last weekend. It was a bit out of town but they acted immediately to get a driver in route. They got me off the side of the road and got me home safely. The driver had the cabin chilled down for me and even had a fun play list.
These guys have taken care of me when I've needed them over the years and have kept up the great service.
