My car wouldn't run. Had him come out and he moved my car from a parking spot to my garage (tight fit) and it was so smooth for him to back it in there. Saved me so much effort and was a good price for the move.
Our RV was stuck next to a very narrow corner and Terrance got us out with ease. He arrived fast and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
Called Mr. Hilton after having another tow company try and tow my sons jeep that has a broken ball joint. The other company wanted to pull it up on a flatbed and almost ripped the whole front end off.
After calling solutions towing, Mr. Hilton said he could get the job done. It cost a little extra since he used a dolly to support the tire. But it was worth every penny. (it still was very reasonable) It is nice to know that there are people out there who take pride and is knowledgeable of their trade. If I need another tow I will be calling him to come and pick my vehicles up.
Great service and rates. My car was in a tight spot but Mr. Hilton made it happen. He responded quickly to initial request for service. Car was picked-up and delivered to auto repair within one hour. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Car broke down on the side of the road at Watson in front of the base. Called them up and they were there in an hour. Pick up was extremely fast and easy and the price was extremely good. Extremely nice and will definitely use them again in the future if I need to. Thank you!
Today we had the pleasure of having our car towed by Mr.Terrence. He was very patient and kind with us. He came and helped us get our car in storage and he was very professional and helpful. Mr. Terrence was very persistent in getting the car in the storage unit, he didn’t give up even though it seemed like it wouldn’t fit. He left us at ease when it came to parking our car in the storage area. We truly appreciate everything that he did for us and his work ethic, time, and energy. We recommend everyone to use his services, as it was outstanding.
I called Terrance and he was very friendly and professional. He listened to the situation one of my family members were facing and was very empathetic. He referred me to a guy named Fred who could assist my family member with her tow to the tire place. I told him that I wanted to work with him since he was so understanding, but he assured me that Fred would be just as great as him because at the time he couldn't get to my family member for a couple of hours. Fred was just as awesome. Not only was he awesome, but I believe God sent Fred through Terrance. Fred towed my sister FOR FREE and then paid for her not one, but two tires. Y'all don't know how much of a blessing this was for my family member and me on this day because I was tryna move money around to make it work. Fred owns Robinson Towing and Roadside Services and I will be using the same review. They worked hand in hand to take care of my family member and definitely are Kings with Wings for sure. Was told they would be there to transport our shed at 10am and they were no shows. After finally having made multiple phone calls, they returned a call at 11am we were then told they would be there at 1145. They did not arrive until after 12. Then when we got home, we realized they had taken our gate apart to get in the back yard and did not even bother to put it back together. It was not necessary to take the gate apart to get through and they did not ask if it was okay. He then got snippy while dropping the shed off stating he had other calls waiting on him as if it was our fault he was over 2 hours late. Do not use this company!
After being shafted by AAA and Robinson Towing and Roadside Services over a two day span, Solutions Towing & Recovery was next on the list. I contacted Terrance Hilton and explained my situation, he told me he was in the area and could definitely assist. He was very prompt, polite and courteous! His attitude was very reassuring that customer service isn't a phenomenon of the past, but still alive today and can be an enjoyable experience!! He was a consummate professional and highly skilled operator! He had my truck ready for towing and paperwork completed in a matter of minutes! My stress level decreased exponentially!! I will definitely use this company again and recommend their services to all my friends, family and acquaintances!

Mr. Terrance came to my rescue when nothing was working for me. My tire had went completely flat and I need to be towed to my hometown of Macon, GA. I have roadside assistance with my insurance and had been told by them that the tow truck would be to me within an hour. I waited for the tow truck my insurance company had sent for about 3 hours, during this time period I was calling trying to get an ETA but it was consistently getting pushed back. I found Solutions Towing & Recovery on google and called them. Mr. Terrance said that he could be to me in 20 minutes and he was there in exactly 20 minutes ! Mr. Terrance had loaded my car onto the truck and the tow truck from my insurance company had just gotten to my location. Yesterday was really hard for me, I have never been a person that handles things I can not control well. Mr. Terrance turned my day around by helping me and providing what I would consider some of the highest quality of service I have ever received. Ok first of all this is hands down the best towing service around I kid you not Terrance is the best person I swear he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help us out in a very messy situation literally lol. But I got a golf cart stuck in our front yard and thought it would be a good idea to pull it out with the truck. Well I got the truck stuck so we called Terrence he was so kind and stayed around to talk with us he called us by name and gave us a discount on two for one if you don’t use Terrence then you will be stuck. No pun in tended but seriously please use this company 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

Solutions towing is a fitting name! Terrence went above and beyond to help make sure we had what we needed to move some large and heavy objects to a job site. He persisted through obstacles on the job site and truly helped us out when others couldn’t seem to.
As we say in the South, Terrance is "good people". It was a bad day, blown transmission. A-Mex who paid for tow, gave incorrect info, saying I was in a 2 wheel drive when it was 4 x 4 . Mr Hilton had to unload and use a dolly on front drive. This added time and labor to the tow, but he was patient. Wife and I rode with him the 40 miles, very interesting person, good conversation, time passed quickly. Hope we do need towing services again, but Solutions would be the first I would call. Cheers.
Terrance is great! Price was more than reasonable, he arrived when he said he would, he dropped off the vehicle without a problem, and he is super patient and friendly! While I hope not to need towing services regularly, if I do need a tow, he is who I will call! Thank you Terrance!
