I have to give a great review to Kenneth Carr that picked up my suv on 96 last night after 11 pm. He was so helpful, he went out of his way to help us with a table that we had in the back of the suv. Thanks Mr. Carr.
This company was referred to us. We are new to the area and needed a camper towed. An 18 year old driver picked up the camper from Hampton GA. Once it arrived he informed me that "at some point the cord became unraveled, dragged behind and was destroyed." He also said, "he checked it before leaving and it looked like it was wrapped tight enough." When we called the office to discuss the damage the owner was obnoxious and rude. He stated, "the company will not pay for repairs and we were responsible for securing everything on the trailer." The company has Damage Free Towing in all caps on their receipt. This company clearly does not stand by that statement. They have a 2.2 rating, we should have taken heed to that. Very poor customer service skills. There could be damages if you use this company.
Warner Robins Wrecker saved the day the other day, Driver Kenneth Carr did an excellent job with the task and I was very proud of him. Mr David thanks for your help and understanding and I will definitely be at your disposal in the future. Thanks for the help
This company was called by the police for my husband's accident. Warner robins police department called them and this company took it to their lot (totalled). My husband was injured and needed to be seen by a doctor. I was able to get to their yard at around 3 pm (same day) - only to find that my husband's stereo was stolen out of his car. It's like the police department is condoning criminal behavior by giving them tows. Not to mention my husband was injured and on top of it they stole things from his vehicle(additional items and the stereo).
Needed a jump tonight. Waited for 2 hours on another roadside assistance and they weren’t able to give me an estimated time when they would be there. Called Warner Robins tow, they said they would be to me in 15 minutes. Kenneth arrived and was very helpful and professional.
Only downside is they are cash or cash app only. But, I will still recommend and use them again.
Beware. Today, they took advantage of my wife. The truck broke down while I was at work, police called them (I guess they have a contract of some sort) Needed to charge an $85 towing charge. Ummm CASH only!!! all she had was a $20 and $100 bill. Guy takes cash only and doesn't have change? So yea, he keeps it. When I called I was told this was usual, they way they do business. They guess I can come by or she can come to the office for the change!!!
I mean, you know you gonna charge $85, the chances are you are gonna need $15 in change!!! And I just bet, he had it on him....

Hotshot truck driver here after picking up my load on base in fort Campbell Kentucky I could not get on the air force base to unload so these guys took care of me driver was very nice and professional he drove my truck in and dropped my load and came back no issues and saved the day 5 stars for them thanks guys and merry Christmas 2022
Man these guys are great. CJ came to the house hooked up to the truck and towed it to Warner Robins for repairs. When I got my truck back the bed cover was missing. I asked the dealer about it and they pulled the video where it arrived without one. Reached out to CJ about it and he said it might have blown off in transit. Asked for a link to the one I bought and is ordering me a new one. Really can’t say how much this kind of customer service means. If every business ran this way the economy would be better off
Got my truck brokedown and called them at 6pm, they said it was 3 hours wait and came next day at 7am. I called them over 20 times and they kept hanging up.
Worst people, driver was rude and even damaged my car.
Worst experience of my life, I regret calling them to tow my truck and 53 feet dry van. They damaged the truck real bad while towing and charged $2000 just to tow it 12 miles. Truck was towed around 8pm and was dropped at the dealer next day at 5pm.
They took my truck to their tow yard because dealership was closed and didn’t dispatch anyone until 4pm next day. I was calling them whole day and they kept hanging up on me.
I would prefer having my truck sit on the road for couple extra hours but would never make a mistake calling them. Whole staff is very abusive. ** They spoke very rudely to the driver and had him wait 24 hours in the truck **

When I looked up the hours for Warner Robins Wrecker & Towing Inc, searches indicated that the business is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. I went by on a Sunday to retrieve my car and the gate was closed.
They showed up timely and when the first operator couldn't get the U-Haul truck unstuck he called for the next level and within moments the crisis was past. I should have called them first. Make sure you do and you won't regret it! Justin and Travis were superb!
I called and asked for a lockout and it took over an hour for anyone to come. Bad attitude. Was on a time crunch and they took their sweet time. Very bad service. When I recalled to confirm they gave me an attitude and hung up on me. You’re better off finding someone else to help you in a pinch.
Our motorhome broke down on the side on the way back home from camping about 80 miles from home. I tried to arrange tow services in the area to tow our RV to a shop that could address or issue. Three separate tow services were contacted but eventually declared they couldn't help. I found this group through the repair shop we were using. Wished I would have called here first, it would have saved me 6 hours. The driver came out and took care of everything. Definitely put my mind at ease after a very frustrating day. Very professional. I hope not to need these services again but, if I do and am in their area, they will be my first call.
Love them! They gave me a decent price when I went to get my camper that had been basically taken from me 2 yrs ago. They were considerate of my situation n worked with me. Nice ppl. They did check my title and made sure everything matched up.
Thank you to Iron Horse for all of his hard work! We needed our old 2 horse trailer hauled to a tire shop after a blow out and thanks to his skill and knowledge, he was able to load it on the flat bed trailer and haul it to where it needed to go. Excellent service and we would highly recommend them!
We had our car break down after midnight. We called the 24hour number which was answered promptly. Once I gave her the info she let me know that she would dispatch the wrecker. The guy showed up surprisingly fast considering it was after 1am. He was super nice. Loaded it up and took it to the mechanic shop. Very pleasant experience!!
Jason was super courteous and even gave some advice on what the issue with my truck might have been. These guys can get on base easily, which is a huge help for military/DoD. If I need a tow in the future, I'll call these guys.
So no one is happy when they need a tow, but everyone was super nice and it made things much less annoying. The woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The driver showed up pretty quick. Really nice guy. He was also respectful of my vehicle and you could tell he knew what he was doing and that he could do it without any further damage. All around it was great service and they will be who I call when I need them. I just feel bad that I am horrible with names and cant give them their due credit. I really appreciated them both.
Even though the 2 ladies I spoke to were nice, and polite. There is NO custom care! Only excuses when I asked about their procedures for contacting people if something changes. I was stranded for 4 hours after I was told 1 hour till a driver would show. I never received any updates to the status of the driver or that they had become very busy due to "all the wrecks happening that afternoon, and were short handed". If I was contacted about this or told when I originally called for a tow I could of resolved my delima with another company sooner. Very poor management and prioritization. So if you plan on needing a tow dont use warner robins towing unless you dont mind not being contacted for updates if something comes up that would cause some delays, are ok with not being a priority even if you are stranded, and don't mind waiting for hours past the original time you were told.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We literally waited for this tow company for 4 hours. They left us on hold when we called to get an ETA and they also hung up when we called. Awful. I will also discuss with my insurance agent because no customers should ever be treated like this.
Excellent experience this morning with Warner Robins wrecker & towing. They were literally ready to tow our SUV within 15 minutes of calling them. Would have zero issue recommending them for any towing services. Thanks again for saving the day!
I just need a pick-up towed across town. I requested a pick up, and gave them my number if they had any issues with finding my apartment. I waited over an hour from the estimated time. Im a totally reasonable guy and a call saything that a driver is late would be totally understandable, but the call never happened.
I called back to see what was going on and apparently the tow truck never "saw" my truck nor bothered to call me or talk to the front office. I get being slammed at work, but come on...
I broke down on a holiday weekend Friday night. I wasn’t sure where I was exactly. Just stranded on the side of the interstate. They were polite, figured out where I was, had a truck to me in about 45 minuter. I was taken to a repaire shop that was able to repair my car on a Saturday holiday weekend. And the tow was affordable. I was surprised.
I’m not sure why people say they are rude. I spoke with 2 different people in the office and the driver. All helpful and professional.
We called and a very rude lady hung up on us several times and made multiple false accusations about a truck being in route. Every time she claimed the truck being 10 minutes away from our location for 2 hours.
We were only 10 minutes away at most from their location which was 9 miles away. I wouldn't ever recommend their service. They don't even deserve a single damn star but google is forcing me to give these bastards one. SMDH😢
I had a coach break down and David went above and beyond with the service he provided. He was very professional and was super helpful. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I recommend him and his company for all your towing needs.
Absolutely terrible. We called them about moving a playhouse. We scheduled pickup, waiting out IN THE RAIN for them to come for hours. They never showed. We called back to reschedule, spoke with Joel who was very apologetic and said that we should get a discount for waiting for so long and no one ever coming. They gave us a quote of $150 maximum to move the play house. Joel and David reassured us many times it would not exceed $150. We rescheduled for today. The driver showed up on time, did a great job moving it. When he got it to our house, he called the job into David (who has previously quoted us no more than $150) told him that the job was to be $200. We called David and asked what has happened. The job went smoothly, there was NO trouble at all in getting the playhouse or dropping it off. I didn't understand why it was more. We asked David and he was extremely rude. He told us he never quoted us that price at all. We were not happy about being lied to, we verified the price many times over the last two weeks. David said, he didn't care, he didn't need our business. The driver was very apologetic as well and said that he has dealt with this many times since he has been employed there. He said that David quotes one price and then jacks it up when the work is done. It's not about the $50 extra dollars. It's about customer service. You just don't do that to people.
I promise you David and Warner Robins Towing, you will NEVER have my business again. I should have gone with Bowtie Towing, and I certainly will in the future.
