(((EZ Pull N Pay in Warnner Robbins is a big rip off!!!)))). I went to Ez pull and pay yesterday to get a part for my dad's car and I looked up the part on their website and it says the part that I needed was $18.00 Dollar's but when I get to the checkout counter they wanted to charge me $6.00 Dollars more than what the website says!!!!!! that's the second and last time they will rob me I thought about calling B.B.Office on them because that's what I call fault s advertising telling people that it's one price and then when you get there they want to charge you what they want to charge you for your part like on their muffler it says $24.00 Dollars for a muffler and then you get to the checkout counter and they pull out a tape measure and start measuring the muffler $10.00 Dollar's a foot so instead of you buying a muffler for $24. You are paying $60.00 to $70.00 dollars this place is not a good place to buy your car parts from pluse you CAN NOT TAKE ANY POWER Tools on the yard like you can on the other junkyard lots around and they don't even help you take a part off !!!! Very very bad place to shop for car parts so I hope that whoever shops at the scammers shop has better luck and doesn't get ROBBED like me good luck to you All. ... (( Alvin fifield)) Cochran Georgia
This was my family second visit, and once again the customer service was deeply disappointing. Arriving near closing time (330-345) should not result in piss/poor attitudes. My son shared that it was his first time at a pull-and-pay and asked for guidance, yet no explanation or assistance was provided. This experience left him feeling dismissed and unwelcome. A business built on customer interaction should do better.
Very friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable. they were able to tell me whether they had the part or not and exactly where to look to find the vehicle not like you ordinary pick and pull.
I have been to many pull your own part and other types of junkyards. I have never seen one with such large rocks that you have to walk and work on. I nearly turned my ankle many times and hurt my knees. Uncomfortable to lay on too. First time here and probably won't be back. They should have sand or smaller rocks bought in to stabilize and level the surface. I had plans to look for other parts for the other vehicles I have but stayed in 301-303 area because of the rocks. We wasn't the only ones unhappy about this. Wheelbarrows need air and maintenance. Prices seem fair though and staff attentive.
Makes finding quick, affordable car parts easy with this in town. Only complaint is the larger rocks in some areas. They’re especially difficult to pass when you’re bringing in heavy items. Won’t stop me from coming back though.
There's a $3 fee to enter. I liked that I was able to go to and evaluate what I interested in before buying. Be prepared to pay for every little thing attached to whatever part you pull.
This was my first time at EZ Pull N Pay. I didn’t have on the proper shoes, so Dawson offered to drive me back to get my part. He and the staff were super friendly. Thanks for the excellent service I was provided!
Would not recommend going to this place. We went and bought a transfer case and brought a core with us. The transfer case had a 60 day warranty we took it back and swapped for another one they wanted to charge for another core. Very unprofessional.
Nice people at the front and a good selection on the lot. I like that the vehicles are sorted by make and there are signs clearly labeling each section.
The prices are pretty decent. They did automatically add the 60day warranty fee to my order when checking out, but I was informed about it and was able to decline before paying.
All in all, I would recommend this place to others.
I really like this format of a junk yard. I think the hunting for what I need is fun. I agree with a previous review that the large(ish) rocks are a little difficult to traverse. I'm sure they have their reasons though. I was a little confused when we went in the front door as to what the lady was asking, but once we got beyond the initial questions I was fine. I basically didn't understand how to answer their question about what I was looking for, whether it was a particular part or a particular vehicle. Anyway, it's all good. They even provide a wheelbarrow if you need it. All in all, we had fun junkyard crawling and found what we needed. Thank you EZ Pull N Pay! We'll be back. Soon! I promise!
I’ve been to a lot of junkyards from the west coast, Midwest and east coast. I originally came here to help pass the time as I am an out of towner on a work assignment. My experience and expectations are on the lower end. This junkyard is the first to my knowledge that has signs that tells you the makes of vehicles that are in the area. It’s easy to read, there is a scan code that can be used if needed. The employees here are pretty nice and will help you the best they can. Just have some patience is all. The variety of vehicles are pretty good and the up keep is great and the prices aren’t bad either.
Kelsey and Raquel took very good of care of me ….had all the parts I was looking for my pilot and a very good prices….if u looking for a pick and pull, and your in the middle ga area come check them out..
They have had pretty much every part I needed when I came out here. You can't go wrong if your got something that you need. Raquel is the best she always get you where you needed and friendly. Dawson is great ask him and he's ready to help
A return policy and warranty for most parts, which unfortunately only comes back to you as store credit, but that's better than nothing. Just be wise about it
Also, a $3 entry fee, and add ¢50 if you are paying with card.
Lot is mostly organized and easy to navigate. Online vehicle location, inventory and part pricing is very helpful. Will be trying out the new app.
I have yet to visit the other locations, but I will update for comparison when I do.
