Went to go pick up my vehicle and experienced racism first hand! The owner threatened to have the guy removing my truck removed over where he sat a part down til he was finished. Then him and another guy stood and watched his every move until the vehicle left the property. I witnessed the entire thing first hand and could feel the strong racial profiling coming from them! 10/10 don’t recommend if you are anything besides white going here!
Passing through Warner Robins from Atlanta area recently and ended up with a dead battery when I stopped for gas. Disappointed that I would not make it on time for the event I was traveling for, but grateful that Don was able to give me a quick jump and directions to the nearest auto repair location to get a new battery. I am forever grateful for his customer service.
Had an issue with truck starting. Thought is was the battery. Called Don's Wrecker. Don showed up and before he started the towing process he asked if he could check it out. He jumped it and said I can drive to dealer. I asked the charge and he said "No charge". This is the kind of company you want to do business with! Thank you. If I ever need towing again, this is the only place I will call.

Vehicle broke down on my way to work. Called dealership and made an appointment the same day. I asked if they knew a towing service and Don Towing was recommended. Call towing service and Don Towing said he would have someone out to me in 30 minutes. Not a minute sooner, they were pulling up. Very professional. I have used this family owned business numerous times and I have to say they are hands down the most reliable and inexpensive towing service in town. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend.
