They did have the bumper I needed but the wrong color I could have had it painted but I didn’t want to go through all that I was hoping to find the exact color match but they were very friendly also did not have a person on hand to take the bumper off the car at the moment I was requesting

I just placed a call to search for a driveshaft for my Lexus and even though they did not have it available, the young lady did let me know of other places that weren't in my local area, gave pricings and was very patient in doing so……customer service definitely on point and I appreciate her! I will keep them in mind for future services and will spread the word of their business! Thank you🙏

If I could rate 0/5, I would. I understand I called 30 minutes before they closed, but I ran into an emergency situation with my car that required a part they had. I was on my way to pick the part up and they wouldn't pull it. Lost my business for good, never using or recommending Emmett Head again.

this place is awesome. my vehicle was hit in a parking lot which jammed my drivers side door and broke the handle. contacted them and bought that door the next day, and 3 days later called them up and they made a deal for me on the other 3 doors to the vehicle. staff was awesome and very helpful.

Jack and his staff provide parts and mechanical repair at a fair and reasonable price. While they usually are busy, and sometimes not great for returning calls, they do honor their quotes, commitments and their word. Went above and beyond in an '96 civic engine replacement years ago to make things right by me on a leaking oil gasket. Also had a clutch replaced in a '05 civic, and the job reasonably priced and done well. I recommend Emmett Head if you want good value and a good mechanic. If you want to overpay for car-service so you can have a fancy waiting area or showroom, look elsewhere.

Great price and service. Only thing bad about this place is the parking lot but i can overlook that at a salvage joint. Got me in a coil pack for $26, and comes with a 30 day warranty (it's a 'no refund' kinda place, but I would def take store credit with these fine folks)

Don't waste your time going there,Called and ask about a part they said the part was there after driving 45 minutes to this place the past wasn't available .Not only that had a hard time getting my money refunded back to my credit card.The lady at the front just told bold face lies all around ,The guy next to her was more knowledgeable and friendlier than her just one bad experience just avoid going here unless you have time just to waste and nothing else to do.

This salvage shop has been around for as long as I can remember. My dad used to do business with them back in the 60's. They built this business on their reputation. If they say they have it...they do. If they say it's in workable condition... it is. Their prices are a bit steep... but so is their level of service. Kudos to them.. great business.

Not friendly, I had a blown out tire and came with the wrecker and they acted like they didn't want to help. Left and went to Firestone. Customer service means more than saving a pennys....

4 words bad business, never again. These guys will tell you any lie to make a buck or sell you mud from yard and tell you its good! Shop at your own Risk

Called and was looking for two parts. First call no answer, second call they answered. Can't remember who I talked to but was very nice, friendly and recommended a place in Macon that might have the parts.

Quick service, knowledgeable staff. Returning tomorrow to take care of radiator problem. Gonna be my go to place for replacement parts......

the owner is an a**. EVERY TIME I GO IN THE STORE HE HAS AN ATTITUDE LIKE A TEENAGE GIRL. dont go here unless its your last resort. if i could rate less than a star i would.

A Great Auto Salvage place to find great used vehicle parts I needed a rim for a 92 F150 Emmett Head's was the only place that had one! Thanks!!

Went in to get a part . Walked all over the yard no help. Found the part after 1 hour . Went to say we found it do we get the part of or do they? Was told nope they were all just deciding to close early.

Mr Emmett was very nice went in got the part for us and he is reasonable will go back

Bought my car when other places just laughed at me and hung up. Great staff who know what they are talking about.
