The girl at the checkout is not competent in prices, for a plastic small trim charged $16, although other junk yards charged 7-8 bucks. Teach her how to work with clients to get the customer to come. You lose money.
the hispanic lady and bigger white dude are super rude, they don’t like when you ask how much stuff costs even when you’re about to buy the item and the hispanic lady especially is super rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing
the parts are okay but there is a hispanic lady in the front that will charge you for each individual part even if it’s an assembly. i had an emblem and she charged me for a trim even though it was an emblem which is 4 extra dollars. Her customer service is not good at all she was very rude about when i was asking her about it.
That stupid female at the checkout told me that a part I had had four seperate parts and wanted to charge me 4x the original price. If anything is in multiple pieces they will charge you even if it’s off the same part. Prices are super high and if you mention them they will be rude about it. The lady has horrible customer service skills and needs to be more reasonable on parts. Never coming here again save your time.
All I can say is Wow, how can You not have a cool and Money saving experience with Rick and Elaine here and if You love Cats, which do with about 20 of em, You'll fit right in! They always give the best deals and best down home like service, If I could give 10 stars I would!! Jeffrey B
Always a good experience when I go here. Today Ricky and Haley were at the counter, both are really helpful and always greet me when I come in by my first name. This is the only used auto parts yard that I use. The only one I recommend. And even tho she was off today I don't wanna forget to mention Denise who is also great.
Needed seat for 2000 jeep grand cherokee went onaug.24 th bought a great seat .my wife liked it so much went back sunday and bought the passenger side .the ladies and Rick were great to do business with and a very good price.I will go back when I need hard to find parts.thanks for the help
This auto yard has lots of vehicles to get matching parts from. Went back twice in one day to get parts needed for my project car. Pleased with the selection and service.
The pricing are good it's depends on what you get.but when you get to check out make sure that you check your receipt, because they will charge you for a lot of warranty fees that you don't needs and they want tell you.they supposed to ask you do you want a warranty but instead they will charge you a warranty on every part
They have great Parts, but the Hispanic lady upfront always over charges me and her Customer service skills suck very rude and snake ways save your self a Headache fellas

Great place to come to get all your cars parts and trim parts. The staff is always very pleasant and very helpful to help you find what cars they have in inventory. One of the best and organized pull your own parts around. They always have new inventory weekly.
I’m glad for Ricky and Denise for the outstanding customer service and help today with my finds for reasonable prices and they let your know about there warranty items and sale taxes.
The personnel are friendly and helpful. Their pricing is comparable to other pull yourself places. I’ve been able to fix several automobiles because they had the parts I needed. My only complaint is the automatic warranty charge and Environmental fees. I feel the warranty charge should be optional. I don’t need it for most items I purchase.
Please remember they do not have staff to remove the parts for you. They do not have or rent tools.
Well organized has golf carts so if you feel like avoiding the walk, you could rent one. The folks here are very professional and work with the customer
On everything I love this is a gold mine they have a variety of vehicles great price for parts and customer service is outstanding. Denise and Ricky will go the distance for whatever you may need and a great laugh.
Convenient car salvage yard with tons of late model vehicles. $3 entry fee then your parts on top of that. Prices are a little high IMO considering you have to hike down and do the work yourself. However they have wheelbarrows and golf cards for a fee. As far as what they pay for your junker, it ain't much.

Julie is definitely not my mother And . We wouldn't have this problem if your so-called great employee was actually doing his job. And only one employee had to stay after hours to give me my part which was the yard manager (Alex) Because of the whole issue I had with Ricky. Alex also stays a little after anyways , Ricky made this way harder than it needed to be. I needed a simple part And. There was no problem with the phone. He definitely hung up and was cocky the whole time And kept making smart ass comments towards my girlfriend (Julie) and had a good laugh out of it and nobody else was , wasn't going to say too much but I went to my truck to get more tools and he decided to talk about porn to my Girlfriend (Julie)while she stayed in there and waited on me if you don't believe me, ask the girl that works in the front too with him. There wouldn't have been no issue if it wasn't for Ricky he is very unprofessional and bad at his job. And doesn't treat customers with respect at all
