If I could give Hampton Service Center 10 stars, I would. They have done my rotors, my brakes, ? and I just got a great deal on new tires.? They are professional and honest!? I don't have to worry as a female about being taken advantage of for what I don't know regarding cars. This is a big plus for me and, I strongly recommend this auto shop. 10 Stars ? H.S.C
TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED
My husband and I aren’t from here, so I found a shop with the longest business in this area and best reviews just to get told my brakes still had life, and only one task I scheduled got completed! Currently at jiffy lube, wondering how in the hell we drive an hour and a half daily, with no oil! Completely convinced they started the oil change and didn’t finish it! Thanks for the tire rotation I guess, but get your techs certified in automotive maintenance… because it seems they’re not certified in anything but half assing… You guys hiring? I grew up working on cars, seems you may need some help in there?
Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs but it is necessary at times. It's so good to know that this facility in my neighborhood is professional and trustworthy. I very much appreciate them.
Needed an oil change and this place offers the best price in the area! Staff is all very friendly and informative. They also have a shop cat they care for which was lovely to enjoy pets while I waited. I’ll use this shop for any future services i need.
I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I couldn’t recommend them more. They’re honest, real with me about my hot mess car, and they really actually seem to care about the longevity of my vehicle. I’ve had everything from new tires to a new catalytic converter, all without the stress or worry of if the work will be honestly done or not. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the guys at Hampton Service! 10/10 for sure.

I took my 08 M45 there to get my pump replaced. They ended up only having to replace my hose. I like how Brit searched around to find the best deal for my hose. He saved me $400 . The company is great the customer service is great. I also like to mention, that the were booked up for about a month. But, Britt told me if I leave my car he could it it worked in. He did just that. My car was repaired the same week I droped it off. Great place. Yes I recommend this place.
I realize that it's tough trying to get people to work today, I know situations arise. But I rely on honesty, and communication. I never received any of this. I chose this place, based solely on the great feedback from other reviews. I could have choosen anyone, but I didn't, and honestly I regret it. I'm not the type of person who will ever try and bash a business, as we need our American businesses to thrive.
I hope you take what I'm saying to heart, let it sink in, and do better for future customers.
These guy are the most honest auto repair facility I've been to. They tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle, no speculating, and have the fairest pricing. Have had nothing but great service taking my vehicles and other family members vehicles to them.
I just recently moved to Hampton, Ga. I noticed my 2007 Saturn Aura sounded a bit louder than when I drove it last. I was uncertain where to have it checked. I was taking my "distancing" walk in the area and noticed Hampton Service Center. I googled and saw all the wonderful reviews. To make a long story shorter, my car is all fixed and sounds great again. It's been difficult moving to another state and it blessed my heart to find these men who really cared to help someone.
I took my car there this morning due to a metal clacking sound. Ronnie and team diagnosed it and had my car fixed in less than 3 hours and charged me a very reasonable rate. I will definitely be a return/future customer again! Thanks so much guys!!!

I know for a FACT that the 1-star review on the transmission is bogus. I have been using Hampton Service Center for many years and have always had a great experience. I recently got a Trans Fault warning on my truck. I called them and they referred me to another repair shop because they don't work on transmissions.
For my latest great experience. I took the Toyota to the shop on Wednesday at closing. By Thursday morning at 8:30, they called with the diagnosis. By 10:30 the repair was done at a great price. I love Hampton Service Center!

The owners personify integrity, ethics, comprehensive knowledge and workmanship. I will never move further than 100 miles away. Then, AAA will still tow my cars here for repairs. I would never take them anywhere else!
