This place is awesome! They were excellent! Never bothered me at all and dealt with Insurance several times due to incorrect parts being ordered. I had to have a new hood bumper and fender. All were perfectly color matched and body alignment gaps were spot on! Very happy with Castleberry’s collision! They were very polite and professional! Thank you so much!
Such a nice family owned business who does great work. My KIA Telluride needed body work after a minor fender bender. They are a preferred business for State Farm and for the locals. They even show appreciation for choosing them.
If you've had an unlucky day and either a deer or someone that drove there car into you. This is where you want to take it to be fixed. Owners and staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of there craft. I don't just recommend a place if I don't completely trust them to do the job.
My wife was involved in an unfortunate crash with a deer that left her vehicle disabled on a dangerous major highway . Castleberry came to the scene within 20 minutes and towed the vehicle. They fixed the damage in a timely manner and kept me posted throughout the process. I couldn’t ask for anything more from Castleberry! 5 out of 5 stars!
Castleberry's turned an unfortunate situation into a friendly experience. That's not easy to do when paying for said situation. The staff was very helpful, extremely friendly, and comfortable to talk with. Want something done right at a great price, Castleberry is where you need to go.
Treating me and my buddy with disrespect, smelled like straight weed. Tried to call cops for inspecting our vehicle they towed even though I haven’t even stepped on their property
Just like every other crook, 250 bucks to have a Honda towed less than 10 miles and then threatened 50 a day for "storage"... And on top of that I show up and was told "CASH ONLY", but failed to mention that both times I called about my car.... Another reason to stay out of harass county!
While tis unfortunate I had to tow my vehicle..

I’d give 10 stars if I could! I’m late leaving my review, but Bill and Emily worked me in on pretty short notice and had my truck looking better than new in no time. Expected to wait several weeks and they had me in and out in just over a week. They went above and beyond. 10/5 stars
Super thankful for Castleberry fixing my truck. It was hit and once the insurance company got their end figured out, Castleberry was able to fix my truck in a timely manner. They truly take care of their customers and I didn’t worry one bit while they had my vehicle about whether it was being taken care of or not. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! I can’t even tell where my truck was damaged by the other careless driver. So happy with the outcome!
$70 come up missing out of my truck and no gas in the truck when I just had out $40 in it so it should’ve been on at least a quarter tank. Lady is very rude and unprofessional.
If you need bodywork done to your vehicle this is the place you need to take it to. The staff here are friendly and are the best in the business. Also if you find yourself needing a tow there's no one else I'd rather call.

We're visiting from out of town. While hiking, our truck was one of 5 vehicles broken into in the parking lot...smash and grab. Glass was everywhere! Castleberrys saw us immediately, sealed the window to protect it from incoming storm, ordered a new window and had it installed in less than 48 hours. The people were great! Friendly and helpful. Family business that cares.

Deer hit my car and I sent it to Castleberrys. I went through my insurance. I love it here. Great people and they did a great job on my car. Deductible hurt my feelings though especially here around Holidays. Ouch. They even gave us cookies ❤️
Customer Service was super trash. Communication was even worse. If your vehicle ends up here, good luck. My truck was stolen and they were called to tow it. I get there and I can't even identify my truck without giving them almost $400. After they told me it was wrecked I really went to get some of my belongings including a wheelchair that I very much need. When you call about your vehicle, the woman just about always has an attitude. Just pray that your experience was way better than mine.
Communication. Please don’t tell me you’re going to try to “work me” in one week but definitely have an available appointment early the following week and not follow through or communicate at all. I check in and learn they couldn’t work me in but I’m still on schedule for early the next week. Then I call early the next week to get an update and I’m told I’m still being “worked in” and my car hasn’t been touched. What happened to my appointment and why have I called twice but no one is calling me? If you can’t do it, just say so. Or at minimum call and let me know you’ve had delays but I shouldn’t be treated like I’m being a pain. Ive been patient and nice. I’m going on the info I was given not once, but twice. Just be up front and communicate with people. That’s a reasonable request I believe. I’ll update my review once I get my car back.
I would definitely recommend these fine folks for any repairs they are very honest people and they did amazing on my car after a collision with a deer i definitely am a happy customer!!!

Bill and Emily extended the same competent, personalized attentiveness initiated by Will as we settled issues pertaining to the accident. The Castleberry family provided impeccable service and made a harrowing experience tolerable.
Took 2 of our cars here for collision work and happy with the service. Family run. Very friendly staffs. Able to handle insurance claims. Service was done within a reasonable time frame.

The Castleberry Collision staff was awesome. I am from Columbus and I wrecked my car on HWY 219 at 3:00 a.m. The whole front end of my car was severely damaged and a lot of it had to be replaced.Castleberry Towing showed up and picked my car up very quickly. Mr. Melvin and his staff all worked hard to keep me informed and did a wonderful job on it. I have read a lot of ugly reviews but I must disagree. They were all very polite and caring and did an amazing job on my car. This company is absolutely horrific they charge 175 just to pull up and show their face then charge by the mileage, they say you can't take anything out your car accept your wallet and things of that nature anything else stays in the car just to make sure you come and pay them. A tree was laying across the road I ran into it police came and call them because the branch reach through my windshield and I couldn't drive my car and told me I couldn't leave my car where I crashed off to the side because it's against the law and force me to use this company which charges me $250 to come get my car after they charge me three extra $25 after they picked up my car at 11 p.m. and told me they were closed on the weekend but they will meet me there at 9:30 but I would have to be there and they would not wait on me and after that any day forward would be an extra 25. My car hasnt been there 36 hours smh. The police and this towing company is crooked to me.
Never use this business. Talk about some back woods, country, mom and pop's place. Only have one truck for towing and they are rude and disrespect full. They made up some BS rule about being paid before they will let you take pictures or touch the vehicle. The only business they really get is from friends on the police force that send them business from other peoples misfortunes. If you have a choice, do not use them. Because they don't do much business their prices are outrageous.
