I needed a tow in a pinch. He was responsive and arrived in a timely manner. He set up the tow quickly and efficiently making sure to care for my truck. He was also reasonably priced and professional. It’s not a service anyone wants to use, but if you need a tow, he’s your guy!
This place is a scam. My vehicle gets stolen they impound it and charge by the day. My name is on the title but they make my wife whos in California get s power of attorney which she does then he scans the paperwork says we can’t notorize our own documents it’s clearly two different names of two different people then he won’t accept the document because it’s notarized in California which comes with a separate notary document. It’s a racket where he collects from the daily storage of a vehicle then deprives you from retrieving it. It’s criminal what they do. Hes pathetic and do is the slobs that work there.
These sorry people over charge for Towing. They towed my daughters car Friday for less then 10 miles and harged 445.00 and on top if that 30.00 a day lot fee. This is why people lose their autos and they end up in salvage yards because people can't afford to get them out of tow. They say the prices are set by the city or county. We'll if that's the case then they are both crooked entities. The person I talked to told me prices are up because of tariffs which is very stupid because stuff from overseas has nothing to do with Towing cars. I hope this sorry place lose their company and business for what they charge. After I contacted police Sargent for my daughters car this place reduced bill to 260.00. They was charging differently so others beware because this Towing company is not legit with laws on accident charges. They where charging different I'm guessing because of my daughter or just the way they do. People beware and don't give business to these slimeballs. They are crooks. It's a shady business.
Didn't like my car being towed but that's my fault pro tow took great care of my car and even stayed after closing for me to come pick up my car the owner is all about business but keeps it friendly
This place is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The fact that this towing company even has good reviews blows my mind! This place is pretty much a scam with how high their pricing is.

If I could have decided where my car was being towed I would not have used this company. It all started with a stray cat. I saw a cat that was hungry so I fed Her. When I went inside I asked the owner if the cat was his, he said no. During the time I was transferring my items into another car, the cat jumped into my car. Then I put food outside the car so she would jump out. That did not work. So afterwards I decided to keep her, take her to the vet and let her stay with me until I found her a forever home. After this happened my insurance company called and said the tow yard will not release my car. Then after calling the tow company the rude guy said he wasn’t releasing because I stole his cat. He could have also called me himself to tell me this. This is the same guy who said that the cat was not his. I believe he only said it wasn’t his cat because the cat was dirty, hungry, and had fleas, so he’d rather not take the responsibility of owning the cat. So in order to get my car I had to return the cat back to live in these poor conditions with no food or shelter and dirty with fleas. Once I brought the cat back, the man didn’t even come out to greet her. I hope the cat runs away and finds a good home. He could have handled this very differently, by telling me the truth and saying that the cat was his to begin with.
Everything was easy from the start. Ordered a tow for the following day. Gentleman who took my information was very efficient while also being friendly. Driver was on time and took the car to my home, when he got there he didn't just dump the car on the street in front of my house. He unloaded the car and drove it up my long driveway and parked the car for us. To top it all off with some whipped cream and a cherry, THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST OUT OF 5 COMPANIES I CALLED THAT DAY! Save yourself some time, go ahead and call these guys, I have done the research for you.
Tow Pro provided excellent service in towing my truck to the repair shop. I was able to schedule pick-up easily and the driver David was on-time and very professional. My car was experiencing some electrical issues and I had been searching for two days for a decent towing company and I must say, Tow-Pro has exceeded my expectations! Quick pick up and drop off! I am unsure of who I spoke with on the phone but he was very patient, personable and kind as well as the technician who came and picked up my car. I called two different tow companies & they never answered. The third company wanted $285 to tow my vehicle when I was only 4 minutes away from where I needed to be. This company is truly a god send. They charged me a good price, the guy who towed my vehicle was extremely polite, friendly, fast & professional. I highly recommend this company & will always call them if I need their services. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for them.

I would like to say this was the easiest tow I’ve ever had. The driver arrived within 10 minutes of my call which was after dark on a Saturday. He was extremely professional and immediately introduced himself. He performed his duties in a timely manner and was very polite. All in all it was a great service that deserved a good review. Will definitely be my first to call again although hopefully I won’t have to.
He was very nice and funny great attitude. He was also fast as the wind didn’t take him long to get to us and load our truck then unload we had a accident and over all time from the call to him to drop off was total of 25 mins and he does his job right very good people and the best price .
