My vehicle was towed in front of my own house with my driveway clearly full with other roommates vehicles. Two hours until midnight for weekend parking on the street and they wouldn’t even let it down when I ran outside barefoot just to catch them BEFORE they finished securing it. Oh and conveniently closed now for the weekend. No compassion or understanding.
Manager at a landscaping company, had a truck stuck at a clients air bnb, guy came out an hour before the deadline I gave him and got it taken care of avoiding a major catastrophe 10/10
My car broke down and they got to me quicker than I expected. The driver was so polite and made sure I was okay before anything else. You can tell they actually care about folks, not just getting the job done. He treated my car like it was his own and made the whole thing way less stressful.

Great service. We had to haul our 1990 YJ Wrangler from Flowery Branch to Bethlehem. It was Friday afternoon at 4:30pm when we called, after struggling with trying to flat tow it ourselves. This was time sensitive. They came back with a very reasonable fee for delivery, Leonard was at the pick up location within 25 mins of the final confirmation. They were very diligent in taking pics of my son's Jeep and damage spots etc, covering their butts. Leonard was a joy, we forgot the key, and he was willing to pull over for us to meet him. We ended up meeting him at drop off due to us not being sure anyone would be at the location at that time. He was very careful with our jeep, drove with care and delivered with care. 5 stars! Thank you for coming through at a last minute.
Getting your vehicle towed is always stressful. Let me strongly suggest when it happens to you that you call Hardeman's. I have never left a bad situation more uplifted than this. They took care of my vehicle and were super kind to me in the process. The price was better than expected and Mrs. Pat went above and beyond helping me get my affairs in order, even typed up some documents for me since my printer is no longer working. You guys were such a blessing and I am forever grateful.
Hardeman's Wrecker Service is absolutely awesome. The best! I had a mishap with my car where it rolled down my driveway and got hung over the edge of a steep embankment. Even though it was 7:00 p.m. Mr. Hardeman answered the call. He was prompt, excellent in knowing how to leverage the car off the edge and price very fair. I highly recommend them. A true gentleman and he saved the day.

Only towing service that I’ll let tow my car. My car needed a tow and I was very far away from home. I called several different tow trucks which wanted to charge an arm and a leg with wait times well over 2+ hours. I called here and they immediately dispatched personnel with a much cheaper price. The woman I spoke with was very compassionate and very sweet when helping me get what I needed. 10/10 would recommend
Not only did he respond within 5 mns, he arrived right on time as he said he would. Service was efficient & professional. I will use hardeman's towing again ... I was in a car accident in Dahlonega, called Hardeman to tow my car. This was the best towing experience that I have dealt with, honesty, fair towing price and the people were very friendly. I would call them again
They deleted my previous review because it had photos and it was all FACTS. THE WORST towing company in all over the state of Georgia. The WORST customer service and they LIE about their business hours. They are RUDE & OVER CHARGE AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The worst place .Please look somewhere else . I’ve used there wrecker service for a few years, and they have never disappointed me. Just a few weeks ago I came all the way from Conyers to Athens to pick up my niece to go too Toccoa, an on the way we had a flat tire. So I got on the phone and called around to a few wrecker services but nothing could compare to them. They’re nice, concern, and they tell you what time they’re going to be there..
This company ripped us off. My granddaughter was involved in an accident. My daughter went to the scene and asked them to tow the car to our house. They lied and said they had to take it to their shop. Why? So they could charge us $325 and then another $150 to take it to our house. So to get the car pack we reluctantly pay this ransom. The tow truck shows up with the wrong wrecked car. I moved vehicles to be sure the driver knew where to put the car. As we finish dinner I hear a truck. The driver dropped the car where I told him not to put it. YOU COULD NOT DEAL WITH A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CROOKED COMPANY. If this scale had zero stars that would be my choice. Call another tow truck. I never wrote a review before. I hope it helps someone.not get ripped off. A citizen involved in a wreck has the right to have the car taken to their house. Small claims court here we come.
I had slid off into a deep ditch trying to help one of my buddies, really appreciate the drivers help. However the driver was very rude and didn’t make a good first impression on the company, also when pulling me out the driver had caught a log along the side of my car, denting the driver front and rear door. The driver seemed to not care about this and kept going making the damage worse. I understand the $250, but only in cash is kindve crazy since a lot of us usually only have cards. overall a 1 out of 5 from me, my brother drives a tow truck and would rather have waited another 2 hours for him to arrive.(update) i tired calling 3 times and no answer, i would like an email to reach out to someone considering phone calls only lead to voicemail.
Friendly counter person. The driver that pulled my truck from the ditch, not so much. He did a great job, but didn't even leave me with a business card so I would know where to get my truck from. They deal only in cash, won't take any other forms of payment. They also have limits on tow distance as I wanted to have my truck towed to my home (30 miles away).
Addendum: To the owner - I called your company, got no answer except voicemail which I left and haven't heard from you.
Upon further inspection of my truck I found that $2.50 in quarters that was in the change holder is missing. Removed a star.

Great company! Fast response. I needed a skid steer moved and I called around but nobody could do a 6 mile haul. These guys pulled up! Their driver was very professional. Highly recommend!
