Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. The owner is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of speaking normally, he kept making comments about my accent and repeatedly said he “couldn’t understand,” even though my English is perfectly clear. It felt very insulting and unnecessary.
When I simply asked if there was any possibility of a small discount, he aggressively replied that “this is not an auction” and immediately hung up the phone. That is not how a serious business treats customers.
If this is the way the owner communicates with people, I would strongly advise drivers and trucking companies to stay away from this service. There are many towing companies out there that actually know how to treat customers with respect. This one clearly does not.
They were dispatched by my insurance company. Given an estimated time of 45-75 minutes. I called to see where they were located. He went on a rant. Never recieved an answer. At the 65 minute mark I am informed that they are not coming. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Guy hung up on me! I’m out here with 2 flat tires and 3 young kids. Outrageous. What a baby! Found another company that took great care of me and didn’t have a tantrum. Call anyone else is my advice.
I am grateful for and would recommend Towing with this company! I do not live in the area and had car problems passing through on a school trip. They were reasonably priced and quick to respond. I had coasted into a driveway on a very busy dangerous road. For some strange reason the owner would not let us move the car 5 ft further into the driveway to safely retrieve my jeep. The tow truck driver helped to resolve the tension by getting a tow truck that could get at my Jeep easier! Thank you again 115 Towing!! I was so stressed by the women who probably never had a hard day in her life that it was good to have someone who cared help me! I hope it doesn't happen again but if it does i will call yall!!
Stay away from these people. Randy accepted our tow job and then asked for the payment in advance, which is not standard practice. When I asked why, he copped an attitude and said go somewhere else and hung up. Nothing like good customer service and representing the company. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I had my car towed three miles and got extremely over charged, and when I tried to get them to explain the costs of the tow and diagnostic, I was told that I had "an attitude". Was told they "looked" at my car and it would need a new transmission that would cost me $6,000. Immediately got my car towed to a much better company who told me the problem was NOT the transmission, but a much cheaper and easier to fix problem. Went from being a fake $6,000 problem, to actually only costing me $300. These guys are snakes and swindlers. Go anywhere else!
Worst customer services I've ever had, customer service is horrible, the man who ansr the phone treat the clients like you're worthless, they have no idea what customer service means.
We got stuck in the snow on a narrow residential one lane road going up to our rental cabin. Called and these guys came out in the dark and had us out in less than 2 hours from my initial call. Literally a life saver for us! Both of them were so kind and helpful as well as quick! We very much appreciate and would recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They overcharged me for their towing services and added extra fees that were not justified. Their communication was poor, and they were rude when I tried to question the charges. On top of that, the service was delayed, and the staff showed no professionalism or accountability for their actions.
It felt like they were more interested in making money dishonestly than providing quality service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value honesty and efficiency. There are better, more reliable towing companies in the area.

Mr Randy came to my rescue I had a flat tire in a dark scary parking lot with no lights! he cared about my safety he knew I had a long drive and suggested I plug the tire he didnt feel comfortable with me driving that far on a donut he was able to take care of everything with his full service truck. I highly recommend this company they care and when you're in need you need someone honest and caring to help. I am forever grateful ?. Rosalind P.

I needed someone ASAP to tow my car from Demorest to Oakwood. Not only did they work with my timeline- they got to my house within 30 minutes of the phone call. Steven was so nice, professional, and efficient! Couldn’t recommend a better towing service.

Randy at 115 Towing has always been reliable and professional. My family has used him for years in all kinds of situations. He always comes through and he's affordable as well. I cant recommend his business highly enough.
Honest assessment ,quotation, and turn around in the repair shop. Reasonable shop rate & minimal parts markup. Toyota specialists. Towing service is dispatched by major insurance companies for road side assistance. Owner created a separate towing invoice and guided me through reimbursement with Geico. Towing, and major repair completed in under 36hrs. Good security around tow yard. Great neighborhood shop for Harvest, Arial, Sautee Nacoochee. 4% up-charge for Credit card processing, cash preferred.
I lost my key fob while in Helen and they were the quickest to respond to my towing request. They were very nice and responsive and really did what was best for my vehicle and not just what made them the most money.
Was ask to notify us when heading over so we could head home to meet him and make sure a building was in the right location. He did not and building still not right. This happened twice then they bent the frame of the window so it wouldn’t close all the way. Asked if we could talk about the price and agree on something and was told pay full price or I’ll take you to court. Would not recommend them at all.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! They rescued us, saved our vacation, all for a very fair price. They went the extra mile, literally, to provide us great service.
One of the tow truck drivers STOLE MY MOMS CAR FROM WHITE COUNTY AND HAD IT TOWED TO HABERSHAM, CLAIMED SHE WAS LIVING IN IT AND PROCEDED TO IMMEDIATELY TRY AND OBTAIN CUSTODY OF MY MOMS CAR! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
Took my jeep there for repair of u-joint on a Tuesday got it back for a road trip to Highlands on Saturday. Broke down in NC because of what they was supposed to have fixed. They had welded a u-joint. Not only a extreme safety violation but stupid. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!
We are from Florida and on vacation. We had a flat tire and 115 Towing was sent out by Cadillac roadside to change our tire. I took my car back to them to fix the flat. Randy the owner could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. He is Fire Fighter friendly and LEO supportive. He retired from the fire service 10 years ago.
If you every need any kind of service I highly recommend going to him.

I broke down and killer my already weak batteries in my diesel trying to figure out the issue. It became apparent the batteries just couldn’t start the truck anymore, even with the issue still unknown, so a tow was the next step. I called another firm that was too busy to tow me, stating a few hour wait time. I call this gentleman and told him about my issue. Rather than just tow my truck 30 miles and make a buck he helped me get the batteries needed to get the truck started. No one is perfect and business are for profit but it’s good to find the honest ones. I’d recommend them to anyone
