There is a very simple reason why Wayne get's a five star review. He treats his customers like they are his friends and he is very fair in what he does. I have not had this good of service nor this good of a price anywhere. He also took the time to get to talk to me as if I was a friend that he had known his whole life. Wayne is the best mechanic I've ever had, hands down (and I've had a LOT - my car has been a bit of a headache in terms of part failures over the years). He's hardworking, honest, and very fair and reasonable in terms of price - he worked with me within my budget to make sure that my Ford Focus was back up and running in no time, and went the extra mile to extensively test drive my car after business hours to make sure that my steering wheel issue had been completely resolved and that my car was safe to drive. He also gave me a lead on getting a more reliable new car in the future to eventually replace my current car, which I very much appreciated. Truly an absolute pleasure to work with. Believe all of the five star reviews - Wayne is fantastic! If I could give a 10 star review I seriously would. And I'm not the type of person who typically leaves reviews for things! I will be coming here moving forward for all of my car maintenance needs.

I have taken my 2009 GMC Sierra truck to Wayne several times over the last 4 years. He is honest and economical when it comes to repairs. I was told by another shop that I needed a torque converter which would have been over $1,500. Brought it to Wayne for a 2nd opinion. The original diagnosis by the other shop was incorrect. Wayne took care of me and the repair was less than 1/2 of the cost for the diagnosis by the first shop (which was totally incorrect). The best thing about Wayne is that he knows how to do repairs and use existing parts if they are in good condition. Most mechanics now just replace parts. Wayne is old school and knows how to “repair” things instead of throwing numerous costly parts at a repair job. The truck is running strong and tight! Thanks Wayne!
All the 5 star reviews are legit, folks. My old 2002 Tundra started skipping and running rough. My neighbor told me I should take it to Wayne’s. Googled his shop for directions and saw he had a lot of good reviews, so I ran the truck up to him. He meet me at the counter with a smile and took the time to go for a test ride with me. Almost immediately he told me what he thought was wrong, then he gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t need to have someone come pick me up. As busy as his place was, I imagined it might be a week or two to get it serviced. Nope, he had it back to me in a couple of days running good as new. And at a very fair price. Can’t say enough good things about my experience at Wayne’s Auto Repair. A genuinely honest and friendly mechanic that will treat you like family. We need more Wayne’s in this world.
All I can say is that I am sooo happy I found Wayne! My journey to Wayne's Auto Repair started weeks ago after failed DIY repairs and unsuccessful attempts by incompetent mechanics. I called Wayne to see if he would be able to look at my car without an appointment and was able to get it fixed within a day. Wayne is always honest, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and truly prides himself in his work. I highly recommend Wayne's Auto Repair for all of your car repairs.
I called Wayne to see if he would be able to look at my car after it started overheating. Instead of me having to call for a tow, he met me and drove my car back to his shop after filling it up with coolant. Fast forward a few days and I’m back in my car with it driving better than before. I can’t stress how amazing it is to find a trustworthy mechanic that is truly a master at what he does. If I could give 8 stars in this review I would. My family and I won’t go anywhere else as long as he’s in business
Goodness DOES still exist and it’s right here in Suwanee! I was stranded and after calling three other tow companies in Suwanee (24 hours later and still haven’t heard from them!!??), I called Wayne. He showed up in 30 minutes and helped with my battery. So grateful to have found him. Will definitely be using him for all my future car repairs. HIGHLY recommend!
I must say, I’ve never taken my car or truck here personally so, I can not review that in particular. I’m sure they are phenomenal. I’m a commercial truck driver & on the way to my pick up at a steel mill located near Wayne’s auto repair, I broke down. While turning on to the street Wayne’s auto shop my glad hand ripped from my trailer.I was sitting there for 2hrs. He came out of no where on his own time, on his own dime. He went out of his way to find a fitting attachment from a hardware store that we could use to run my trailer airline directly to my tractor glad hand. It was a temporary fix to get me rolling and he did just that. I was able to pick up my load and deliver it with the temporary fix. When he was done, I asked him what did I owe? He said nothing. I was shocked! The world we live in & it seems to be getting worst but genuine people like Mr. Wayne who helped with no bios but for the simple fact it seems he enjoys helping people. That made my day. We still have good people in the world. So, THANK YOU! Still trucking.

More than technical expertise which Wayne & team has of course. Wayne is an amazing human being, he is honest, reliable & genuinely want to help people.
I just moved from New Jersey to Suwanee 2 months ago. There were instances where he could have charged me anything & i would have paid that amount happily but instead of that he diagnoses the issue with my Jeep 2020 and suggested me all best possible alternatives. I dont think, I will go anywhere else till the time i stay here.....best wishes to Wayne & his team.

Where do I begin…. My husband and I are new to Georgia and Suwanee is where we call home! At the moment we only have one transportation and she stopped on my husband in the drive through line! Thank God no one was behind him and he was able to reverse out and get parked! We towed it back to our home and I was immediately looking to find a place to get our baby fixed. It’s an 01 Tahoe and it has made it from Missouri to Georgia on several occasions in a two months time frame this year, so she runs like a champ. Since we are new we use reviews a lot on where we go to explore this beautiful area! Wayne Auto Repair Shop Reviews are exceedingly exceptional! All his reviews are recent and detailed as to why we chose him. Wayne was able to get a tow to our home and get our baby diagnosed and fixed in one day! We knew what the problem was but was hoping that it was not but when Terry (Wayne tow company he uses and by the way was fast and very professional) picked up our truck we told him what was going and he said Fuel pump, what we were thinking. Surely enough that was exactly the problem. Wayne and his crew was able to get our tank dropped fixed with a new fuel pump and filter. Fixed in a day everyone, which was Awesome because my husband had to work and he travels to Pendergrass. That’s not all, Wayne took out the time to bring our truck and pick us up because we had no way to go get it, except to walk! My husband and I both discussed we would have NEVER received the type of service we received with Wayne if we were back in Missouri! Absolutely the best!! We have used Wayne several times. He is always honest, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. He even called me on his daughters wedding day to check on my daughters car because he knew she was driving back to college. Who does that? A good man!
I have tried another auto shop regarding the clunking noise from front end and I was told that they couldn't figure out the root cause (while suggesting 600 dollars brake job). Then found Wayne's auto on Google. I arrived his shop with an expectation of a big ticket item in suspension or steering systems. After a short ride, he immediately pinpoint the cause (wheel bolt/nut) and he drove out to get the parts to have the issue fixed right away. Then ran another road test with me afterwards. All problems gone, in and out in an hour with very reasonable charge. Definitely will go there for all my car repair needs.
Truly a pleasure to do business with. Had to get my wife from the airport when my car wouldn't start in the early hours of the morning. Wayne and one of his guys came right out, got it to the shop, switched out the battery and I had the car back by lunch. An honest man who treats you like family. Reasonable priced. A hundred percent recommend. Will be my go to shop for all my mechanical needs.
Before and After pics included. I was recommended Wayne's Auto Repair and Towing as I was new to the area. I hit a deer right before the holidays and no one was able to even see the car. Wayne not only took it on the same day and assess all the damage he went above and beyond to work with my insurance and get my car back in a timely manner. He kept me informed every step of the way and helped in every way possible. It was such a relief in a time of such frustration. The whole crew is extremely kind and courteous. You are treated like family. Customer service goes above and beyond at Wayne's. They have a customer for life. Would recommend this shop to EVERYONE!!!
I was referred to Wayne's through a friend a few months back and truly am thankful! My family, owns a transmission shop in Dallas, PA so my dad always preps me on what to ask and what to look out for when dealing with repairs and costs.
I knew within a few moments of speaking with Wayne he was upfront and honest with his opinions regarding what needs to be done, what should be done and perhaps things that may not be so critical.
I hadn't driven my Honda in over 5 years and even when I was driving it.. the noises it made were embarrassing to say the least.
Not only did Wayne repair my Honda but he also drove it until he had the miles needed in order to pass my emissions.
I was COMPLETELY SURPRISED when I picked it up from his shop..turned on the ignition..and drove towards home...
SILENCE. Complete Silence! It drove and sounded like a brand new car..so smooth and quiet..
Today I went there to have my AC checked out due to it not working..I arrived at 4:30 and left before 5pm. Within 15 minutes Waddy had filled my freon and fixed my sunroof..all very reasonably priced. I was also greeted by a little white dog named Chevy which I find cute because my family is all about CHEVY..no Ford lover's here.
Thanks so much Wayne for being one of the very few honest mechanics out here.. especially being a female, they just know I have not a clue and you did not take advantage of this.

The other day my delivery truck's brakes failed while my driver had a full load. He was able to pull over safely to a parking lot. I gave Wayne a call and he exceeded all my expectations by taking care of me and my driver immediately. I just wish Wayne and his business were closer to me so he could service all of my needs. Wayne really saved my car for real, went to some other big name places about a noise my car was making and they said they didn’t hear or see anything, found Wayne online and took it to him and he rode with me, listened and THOROUGHLY analyzed the sound. I was on my last quart of oil and didn’t even know it. Got me an oil change and some more tune up work under the hood for a very good deal. Good guy, honest man. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Wayne's Auto Repair and Truck that I was referred to by a family member. I'm glad I did. He easily saved me $500 or more. The dealership was going to charge nearly 150 to do a diagnostic check. Wayne didn't charge me anything for that. He even dropped me off at the car rental company and pick me up when my car was ready. He is honest and has fair and affordable prices and the turn around time was quick. I had to have the coil packed replaced, tune up and O2 sensor replaced for less than 500. Even check my timing belt and sent me pics. I highly recommend Wayne for your repair needs. He's gained a customer in me. July 2020 . I had some body worked done on my car and had my window fixed. Wayne's again exceeded my expectations again. He fixed my bumper, and fixed 2 dents on one side of my car and repainted. You can't tell anything was ever dented. Looks new. Saved me a lot money as well. I will definitely continue to use way Wayne for my repair needs. I highly recommend him. He's honest and does quality work. He's also very reasonable and fair pricing.
I found Wayne online and the reviews was correct. He was AWESOME!!!! He went above and behind. He repaired my vehicle in a very timely matter and for afford pricing. His pricing is fair and his work is great. He informed me ahead of time my price. He also told me of additional work needed but did NOT one time hassle me about the additional work. I now have a mechanic that is the only one to work on my vehicles going forward.
