I ordered a motorcycle tow from my home to the dealership. The driver arrived late, and it’s been five days and I still can’t get an invoice for the payment. They charged my card twice (apparently hoping I wouldn’t notice). I called about five times asking for the invoice, but all I get are excuses. This was my first and definitely my last time using this company. Absolutely terrible service!

Cody helped us by towing our car. We were in a bind and needed a tow on the same day and we were able to schedule it and they did it right on time and got the car to the dealership with no issues. Cody was very nice and helpful even pointing out how we could possibly save money on our tow by contacting our iusurance company. We didn't do that, but it was nice he pointed that out. They seem like a well run family business that cares about the customer. I would recommend them.
Our boat trailer with the boat on it, had a tire break off driving down the road. We called many towing companies and got turned away due to the size of our boat and trailer, the weight and some weren’t willing to tow something like this. Bush & Bush owner was professional and knowledgeable on the phone and was happy to help. He arrived in a timely manner and took care of our boat and trailer as if it was his own. CODY WAS AMAZING!!! If I could give Bush&Bush Towing a 100 stars I would. My car broke down during rush hour while bringing one of my fur babies home from her UGA cancer treatment. Needless to say, I was beyond stressed, but Cody arrived quickly, stayed with me until my son-in-law came, and even made me laugh. A great experience with Bush & Bush towing today. When my Explorer wouldn’t start, I called them for a tow to my garage. The person who took my call was very pleasant and sent Cody out to get my vehicle. He was friendly, professional and competent. I followed Cody in my other car and noticed he drove very carefully with my classic 1997 model “ truck”. At the garage he unloaded flawlessly. I heartily recommend this company!

They arrived as quickly as possible. Talked with Cody the owner operator explained what was going on. Not only was he professional and personable. I felt he would take care of the wife’s car like it was his own. The cost was more than reasonable. I called this towing service because of the 5 star rating and years of experience. My car overheated and was pretty much stuck. I looked up beat tow truck companies on google and this company popped up . They were fast and exceptional . They got my car while I wasn’t there and got it to my house safe and sound. The gentleman who dropped off my car name was Cody and even gave me some advice on what could be wrong with my car . The gentleman who scheduled my car to be picked up also seemed to be very nice . Very patient as I was hysterical and couldn’t even find my card at the moment to make the payment but he patient waited for me to find it . Probably the best tow service I've had. Cody was super cool and a great conversationalist. It's a family owned business and I think he said that his mom was the dispatcher, she was very nice and helpful also. I would definitely use Bush and Bush again if I needed another tow. Thanks guys

We dealt directly with one of the owners, on Thanksgiving Eve, and the response time was incredible. Cody kept me updated along the way far better than other services we have used (AAA).

My truck was dead in my driveway and I needed it to be towed to the repair shop. I was given the phone number to Bush & Bush Towing Inc.,and I couldn’t be impressed. The office had the truck at my house within 30 min. Homer was quick and efficient and had my truck loaded up and ready to go in no time. Dropped it off at the repair shop with no trouble. LOOK NO FURTHER! I’ve luckily never needed a tow in my 19 years of driving until today. Bush & Bush is a quality company from the top down. Receptionist was kind and her quick action to find a truck close by took a ton of the stress and nerves away that I was feeling sitting in the middle of the road. Only had to wait about 15 minutes and the driver was friendly, quick and professional. He got my car hooked up and towed back to work in under that amount of time! Cody even gave me a ride back to my house after we dropped off my Jeep. Super nice guys. Price was great too. Very fair. I keep their business card in all my vehicles. Very professional company; expert operator, Dylan, delivered our 1954 Chevy truck without any issues. Was a tricky move, since the front wheels were locked, but he loaded and unloaded it with pinpoint accuracy. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to call BUSH &BUSH with future towing needs!
