He gave a great price, showed up promptly, loaded the vehicle quickly and easily. Made the drop at my mechanic's shop quickly and overall was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend! Absolutely fantastic service. Was extremely timely in picking up my truck. They knew exactly where I was as well, so they were extremely knowledgeable of the area. They also recommended a shop to get my truck fixed at for a much better price than the shop that I was going to use. Great company. Would highly recommend.

There's a reason there are so many five-star reviews here. Called for a tow for my daughter when she was stuck on the side of 285 in the evening, and they showed up right when they said they would (and much faster than I've ever had a tow truck show up), got the situation handled, kept me in the loop the whole time, and even sent me a photo of the vehicle after drop-off. Professional, prompt, and just the best experience I've ever had with a tow company. Couldn't ask for better. If you need a tow, give them a call.

Marc is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped get me back up and running when my car wasn’t starting. Shortly after I got off the call with the dispatcher, he called to give me an ETA. He texted when he was 15 minutes away. The dispatcher followed up with me as well. I appreciated them keeping me posted. When Marc arrived, he took a closer look at the car and advised me what to do when I got to the auto mechanic shop. Overall, he was very helpful. Great experience!

I’ve used this tow truck company twice now, and both times were absolutely top-notch experiences. The driver was incredibly nice, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly — from loading the vehicle carefully to making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. You don’t always expect great customer service when you're dealing with a car breakdown, but this guy really changed that for me. Prompt, reliable, and just an all-around good person to deal with. I wouldn’t call anyone else. Highly recommend!

JamRock is amazing! Best service we’ve ever experienced. We called and the tow truck was to us in 12 minutes. Marc was so fast and so nice and had us home in no time. Love that it is a flatbed as we have an old classic vehicle that can only be on a flatbed. We definitely recommend that you call them first as their service cannot be beat.

Excellent service. I unfortunately had to use him twice in two weeks, scheduled ahead of time both times, and he was prompt, professional, and clearly good at his job. He also engaged with our 2.5yo who is obsessed with tow trucks. Definitely recommend.
