Called them and he said he was going to arrive in 15minutes. I waited and for over 30mins. My calls were ignored and went to voicemail mail. I will not recommend
I was told that someone will be there right away where I was located at in about 15-20 minutes. Waited & no one showed up. My calls were ignored, no answered and I got sent to voicemail. Could've just said no or something in the first place. I had to get help from a different towing company. I definitely won't be contacting this place again. Good luck to future customers on getting help from these guys.
I forget the name of the driver I’m not very good with names,he was very professional. Was told the driver would be there in 30 minutes and he got there in about 20 minutes. Towed my van and trailer home for me after the transmission burned up on a Friday night. I will definitely be calling this company again if I ever have another problem and I will definitely recommend to other people. Also, I had called five other companies before I called Smokerise towing, and none of them could take care of me.

Was stranded on the side of the freeway for 2 hours calling various companies not getting answers or outrageous quotes. Called them they answered right away was very professional and kind. Told me they would be there in 15mins and was on time. Driver was kind and diligent in his work. Pricing and timing was unbeatable and phenomenal.
So at 5am im calling tow services all over gwinette county, 24/7 they say on their advert, BULL! More than half dont answer their phones, the rest, they don"t have trucks running until 9am. Frank the dispatcher at Towing ATL came through, Brian the driver came within 30 minutes. All was done in no time. You guys have my business for life!
Called them at 3am. Car dead. He said he would be here to assist and tow vehicle back to lilburn. 3 hours later not returning phone calls and texts. Left me stranded without even communicating with me he was unable to do the job. Horrible.
I’ve used these guys to tow my modified lowered Honda. My driver Franck was careful in making sure that my car does not get damaged from sitting low and the way he handled the entire situation from start to finish was amazing, he even waited to leave till I had a ride to work, as a young woman I really appreciated that! Highly recommended!
Awesome experience! I had a 1972 Triumph TR6 towed across town. They were running a little behind, but the service was excellent. I often need specialty vehicles towed and I wouldn’t trust any other company!
Very professional company, needed a tow and they were here within 30 minutes. Prices are very reasonable compared to the other places I’ve called for a tow that day . The tow truck driver was amazing he went above and beyond. Definitely will only be using this tow company if I ever need assistance again
Very happy with the level of service received. I was broken down stranded on the on-ramp for Ronald Reagan pwy, These guys showed up in under 30 mins and got me out of harms way and got my car towed to my mechanic in record time. Highly recommended.
My car was towed/Impounded because of a misunderstanding. Was told I could leave it somewhere by the manager but they failed to communicate that to the next shift. So it took a few days to figure out exactly where my car was. I found it made an appointment easily online like they ask showed up and was met with a very professional approach and greeted by the guy (Jewell) at the lot where my car was. Very professional and treated me very well. I was in and out in no time. Let them do their job and you will have the same experience as I did.
