I’ve been waiting for a tow since 11pm it’s 7:45 the next morning still no tow but they took my money for the extra cost that my warranty don’t cover. Worst company ever
Worked with Carlos to have my Nissan XTerra towed to a transmission shop. He showed up directly on time, gave very accurate details and made the process easy and painless. My 18 year old son ran his car off the road in to a ditch, surrounded by trees and underbrush. You could not see the car from the road. Not only did Superior Towing answer their phone early on a Saturday morning, Bobby showed up quickly and pulled the car out with no additional damage to the car. By the grace of God, my son n is not hurt and the bumper is the only damage. This car was pulled out of a literal forest. They were professional and truly knew what they were doing. I will recommend Superior and Bobby to everyone and if I could give them 100 stars, I would!
Superior towing was a huge help when my Audi broke down on I85. They arrived very quickly, and were very knowledgeable about where to take my car to have the best possible service. They helped improve a scary and difficult situation. I am very thankful for their services.
Beyond pleased with the service I received! After waiting 20+ hours for Audi Roadside Assistance to send someone (only to be unsuccessful in jumping my car), I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my car started. I called Superior and they answered promptly, arrived in an hour and successfully jumped my car on the first try. They even went the extra mile answering all of my questions and drove behind me on the way to dealer since they were headed in the same direction. I hope I don’t need their service in the future but if I do, I know who to call!
They don't deserve this high of a rating. I put an email into their system, waited four hours, and no one contacted me. Called them, and left the requested information, voicemail says " we will return your call in five minutes" that's a lie, it's tomorrow morning currently. No one ever called me back and now I have no car to go to work with next week because I didn't get it towed to my garage on time. Thanks Superior Towing for not doing your job, now I'm going to have to miss work to get my car to the garage so not only will I owe money to get my car fixed and towed but now my paycheck will be missing hours as well and it's your fault, thanks for that. Less money and no transport is really what I needed during the pandemic.
Superior towing has excellent customer service. I used them on Monday Feb.15th, 2021 for my roommate's car. We were referred to them by Sabrina of Kuhn Automotive. They were earlier than expected and very patient once they arrived. I was having a payment issue and I was on the phone with my credit card company. The driver was very patient until I confirmed that my credit card had available funds. I tried to offer a tip and the driver said the best tip we could ever receive is a great review. I cant thank Joey S. and Superior Towing enough for helping me with a complicated towing situation. After several failed attempts by another company, Joey had the knowledge, skill and care to get an Audi SUV out of a tight space, parked at an angle, and without a key. The car was removed without a scratch. He knew more about the car and how to deal with the situation than the Audi dealership and Audi Roadside assistance. A++ Service. I got my car stuck in a ditch. I called Superior and they had a driver out to me in 20 minutes. Couple of minutes later and I was back on the road. Yes it stinks to get your car stuck or need towing, but these people are professional and will take good care of you. Thank you so much!
Cannot recommend highly enough. Driver arrived at the early end of the ETA window that they gave me. Was 100% professional and courteous during the entire process. He even fully verified exact mileage as to not overcharge me.

This is the best towing company in the metro area. I called and made an appointment to get my vehicle towed. It broke down on my way home from work which is very stressful. Joey was kind and helpful. The other companies I called were rude and did not want to help. The driver showed up right on time in a nice clean truck. He was nice and funny and took great care of me. I even got a great recommendation for a place to get my car fixed. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow. Thanks for the great service.
Not only did they get there in 45 mins but my driver was nice enough to drop me off at my apartment down the road to ensure my safety. He made sure I was comfortable and was very respectful. This towing service is the way I've had!
Towing Superior Recovery really changed the life of our basketball team. We are from Pensacola, Florida and we are on a basketball trip carrying 15 children ranging from ages 13-15 and our van breaks down. We went from sitting on the interstate to being picked up in a matter of 15 mins tops. We are so greatful for this company delivering over the top service
After being patient enough to wait for next day service they left me high and dry without a tow to my mechanic for a last minute appointment. Their owner Joey could only offer excuses for not showing up for an appointment made in advance. Even though we were still within the time window they initially indicated they were unable to offer service until you guessed it next day because of their small fleet size. My 10 years worth of previous business meant nothing to the owner who could care less. If you need a reliable professional company to tow your vehicles look elsewhere. They totally screwed me and did not seem to care one bit. Additionally they are seriously price gouging in comparison to market rate. I obtained service elsewhere "same day" for less than half of the price. The owner had this amusing entitled attitude as if he was doing me a personal favor by overcharging me and not even bothering to show up.
I cant thank Superior Towing and Recovery enough for such a pleasant experience. The guy on the phone was very nice. The Tow truck driver( so sorry I cant remember his name) was hilarious and very professional. He made a difficult time not so unpleasant. I was told it would be an Hr wait and the Tow truck showed up 20 min later... AMAZING!! Classy, Professional, Down to Earth, and Relatable is what I would describe my interaction with them. From this day forward I know who to call when times get hard. Thanks Again Guys!!
Overall my experience was very pleasant. I was stranded with a broken down car in Norcross and they were able to get me a tow truck within half an hour. This was around 8:00pm on a Wednesday. Joey, the tow truck driver, was very friendly and careful with my lowered car. He was great to talk to and was very competent at his job.
The only thing that I did not like was the phone operator upon my initial call to the company did not seem very friendly at all, but because Joey was great, I'll still give it a 5* rating. I recommend and will use them again in the future! A+
Wow I could not more impressed from start to finish with Superior Towing. Joey and his team were on time and professional. Especially when we had an unexpected issue late afternoon in Atlanta traffic. I have had the chance to work with them on multiple occasions and they have delivered every time. Appreciate the trust worthiness and attention to details and keeping their word.
Great Experience with Superior Towing. I called yesterday to have my vehicle towed this morning. They said anywhere between 8:00AM-10:00AM, so naturally assumed they'd be here around Noon. Not the case at all they were in my driveway at 7:45AM with a smile. All the people I spoke with were super nice and polite, especially the driver, Curtis. I can't recommend this company enough. I've already saved their number in my phone.
Broke down on I-85 Southbound on a VERY HOT Sunday afternoon. Googled towing services and called the first to pop up, Superior. They answered on the first ring, confirmed my location, informed me of rates and said a driver would show up within 40 mins. Just 15 mins later they arrived, loaded us up and drove to my mechanic, 40 miles away.
Great service...I'd recommend them EVERY TIME!!!
You don't have to call for a tow often, and when you do, it isn't when you are having your best day...
So, when the price is fair and the driver shows up EARLY, things are looking up.
And, when your vehicle is treated with respect and arrives at the intended address as promised, you are much happier.

My husband’s Porsche needed service and Superior Towing and Recovery was sent to pick up our vehicle. They arrived on time and were very professional. We did a walk around to note any damage and they left. They picked up the Porsche and were gone in fifteen minutes. I did not have any issues with their service, they were great. I would not hesitate to use Superior Towing for any of my vehicles.
I received a recommendation from my guys at Lilburn Chevron and gave Superior a call. In just a little while David showed up, hook up and rolled off with my ride. David was very pleasant, efficient, and careful with my car. Superior Towing services all of GA, which I did not know so you better believe their number is in my phone now. A tow is a tow but Superior will be the first I call.
I just used superior towing today. I highly recommend this company. They have a competitive price and they work fast. They arrived at my vehicle early and had my truck on the tow truck in no time. They took care of everything. You should use this company for your towing needs.
