Rated three stars, as I had left my damaged all wheel drive SAV with Chauncey's driver before he had attached my vehicle to the cables and begun loading my vehicle onto the truck. I can not rate any higher, for I do not know details of the transfer.

Statewide has been in Lilburn for my entire life, my mechanic suggested them, I was happy to call. AAA price was $266, Statewide was $330, but I wanted to pay a local company. Brittany answered, wonderful service! She said I just needed to drop off my key and they'd pick my car up in 3-4 hours, great! I called at 11:15am, dropped off keys at 12:12pm. At 5pm my mechanic called to say he didn't have my car yet. I called Statewide to confirm, Shawn said it would be the next day, he didn't get my keys until 2pm (he didn't want to see proof that I delivered keys at 12:12). He lowered the price from $330 to $275, instead I upgraded my AAA service for $40 more, the tow will be free on Monday to my mechanic. I called Statewide to get my keys back, Shawn was upset and hung up on me. I asked if I could come speak with him, he said yes.
I showed up, Shawn gave me my keys back. I asked why he hung up and he said "because I'm very busy." He said Shane, his manager, would come talk to me. It was about 35 degrees outside, I waited for about 5 minutes, got back in my car and called. Shawn said Shane had already left, I should call back on Monday.
I called again to ask how I could do business better with them next time, the advice was "leave the door open and keys under the floor mat." I asked if they were seriously asking that I should leave my door unlocked in a random part of town, overnight, with my keys inside the car. They said yes. I couldn't believe this.
So, the business wasn't going to happen. Shawn was repeatedly more frustrated at my questions. I said I was obviously going to leave a review but I wanted to be very fair about it and not be hyperbolic, I even asked them to review it with me before I pressed enter. They said "we're extremely busy, please stop calling, write whatever you want to write."
I'm embarrassed that these people are in my city, never in a million years would I suggest them. I'm sure they do great business and I wanted to give them money, but they fell short and didn't want to help me. Not only that, they were angry that I asked how I could do better. To me, that's bad business. Shame.
I had an excellent experience with my tow truck driver Hochi today. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and made genuinely great conversation, which helped turn a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Most importantly, he handled my vehicle with care and attention, clearly taking pride in his work. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend him without hesitation.
Caleb was awesome! We needed a tow from Hall County to Walton County. He provided great service, awesome communication and arrived on time. Thank You! Thank You! Next time we need a tow, we’ll be calling Statewide and requesting Caleb!
Most recently, my car was in an accident. My car was towed to this location. Someone from this location stole items out of my car. I reported all of the items stolen. I was told by Larissa that she would look at the cameras and review video footage to see who went in my car. She has not called back yet with this information. She knows who stole the items! Unfortunately, now I'm left with filing a small claims case against this organization.
This company is scammy! I was sent a fake court letter from them demanding payment for storage and tow fees on a vehicle I traded in at car max 2 years ago!!!!!! FOH!
Great experience no issues. Driver called upon approach and called after car was picked up. Took photos of vehicle upon loading on trailer to move. I was not responsible for towing fees unsure of costs.
The young man who picked up car was very friendly courteous and professional. Although he had already had an extremely busy day before reaching my vehicle.He still managed to smile and hold a pleasant conversation with me. He was very careful and skilled in the way that he handled my vehicle and loaded it onto the tow truck.
My Service guy was amazing. He was on time, very polite and professional and friendly. Also I like that he took pride in his work.Great representative of the company. He was also very knowledgeable and made me feel safe with releasing my vehicle to him for tow. I hate I can not recall hos name but it was early and I am old. I highly recommend the company.

Was at Atlantic station and 500 couldn't open my car because they didnt have a tool to open my door in my car. I literally walked to Target to buy a a coat hanger and tape to fish my keys out of my car. There was a guy towing another car in the same parking lot I walked up to him. And asked for help, he got a tool from his truck and opened my car up in less than a minute so I can get my keys out. He didn't ask for anything in return and he didn't want anything when offered I tried to get his name or at least the company so I can leave a review. Did it completely free, what a gentleman
Tow driver was great!! He was very cautious of the surroundings where my vehicle was at, being extra careful to not scratch it with the low hanging trees, which I very much appreciated! He was very pleasant to work with!
Professional and Safety Oriented. Driver arrived 30 minutes faster than estimated. Cory asked all the pertinent questions about my vehicle's weight. Cory loaded my van with care and made sure it was securely fastened and had proper clearance for bridges and overhead signs. Something I had never seen performed before but I am sure was necessary for my hi-top work van. I appreciate him looking out for my bread & butter work van. A+++ wrecker service. Statewide puts most other wrecker companies to shame.

We’ve used them twice for heavy tows lately, I was lucky enough to have Wardell (sp*) show up like a boss! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He drove me to the mechanic and was a delightful the entire time, always felt safe and knew my dump truck was secure

Had an unfortunate accident where my car was totaled and needed a tow. Statewide wrecker service provided the tow to their Lilburn location. They were very accommodating when going to retrieve my belongings. When it came time to salvage the vehicle, Freddie, the director of operations, was very accommodating and provided great customer service. The pricing was reasonable and fair after a week long stay in their tow yard. I would highly recommend and use their services again if ever needed.
This towing company drove my truck with my car and trailer to the tow yard, but no one gave them permission to drive my truck. They're going to charge me for towing and storage fees driving my stuff. The police didn't know how to look up my insurance information and call this unprofessional company, along with the rude staff members, especially the big black lady and the big white lady . They are so rude. First of all, you had no business driving my truck, trailer, and race car to the tow yard, and y'all said the officer told you too: Why would an officer let you drive the truck without insurance even though another officer verified the insurance was valid? They want to charge me $600.00 and gave me a hard time, saying they need the title to get my car. I went to get a car registration with my name on it from the tag place, and the rude two females made every excuse, telling me I needed a decal on my race car. They made every excuse to keep everything. I had to call the police because at this time they were stealing my car, so the police came up there and verified the car belonged to me. After reading all these complaints and the way they act in there, it was so unprofessional. Don't be surprised if you hear of incidents up there; someone is going to get hurt, especially the office manager. They thought my race car was stolen. I wished karma on her big block and the other big block, seriously. The police authorized that police saying he didn't so somebody telling a lie, I should've received a warning ticket, if police doesn’t know how correctly verify my insurance information could’ve called the number on back not have these unprofessional clowns driving my stuff. I have had valid insurance since 2007 with the same company. Folks who are leaving reviews, do not forget to make a complaint with BBB. The Statewide Toeing has a F. Updated: all my fees were reimbursed by DCP and all my tickets dismissed and they still didn’t authorize these human being to drive my stuff to the yard liars .
Do not let your car get towed here after a wreak! This place is covered in mud and they make no accommodations for anyone. They will let you risk injury. Our rental vehicle is now covered in mud. I asked them to send a golf cart or any vehicle and they refused and gave us an attitude. They do not care about customers.
