We’ve used them twice for heavy tows lately, I was lucky enough to have Wardell (sp*) show up like a boss! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He drove me to the mechanic and was a delightful the entire time, always felt safe and knew my dump truck was secure

Professional and Safety Oriented. Driver arrived 30 minutes faster than estimated. Cory asked all the pertinent questions about my vehicle's weight. Cory loaded my van with care and made sure it was securely fastened and had proper clearance for bridges and overhead signs. Something I had never seen performed before but I am sure was necessary for my hi-top work van. I appreciate him looking out for my bread & butter work van. A+++ wrecker service. Statewide puts most other wrecker companies to shame.

This towing company drove my truck with my car and trailer to the tow yard, but no one gave them permission to drive my truck. They're going to charge me for towing and storage fees driving my stuff. The police didn't know how to look up my insurance information and call this unprofessional company, along with the rude staff members, especially the big black lady and the big white lady . They are so rude. First of all, you had no business driving my truck, trailer, and race car to the tow yard, and y'all said the officer told you too: Why would an officer let you drive the truck without insurance even though another officer verified the insurance was valid? They want to charge me $600.00 and gave me a hard time, saying they need the title to get my car. I went to get a car registration with my name on it from the tag place, and the rude two females made every excuse, telling me I needed a decal on my race car. They made every excuse to keep everything. I had to call the police because at this time they were stealing my car, so the police came up there and verified the car belonged to me. After reading all these complaints and the way they act in there, it was so unprofessional. Don't be surprised if you hear of incidents up there; someone is going to get hurt, especially the office manager. They thought my race car was stolen. I wished karma on her big block and the other big block, seriously. The police authorized that police saying he didn't so somebody telling a lie, I should've received a warning ticket, if police doesn’t know how correctly verify my insurance information could’ve called the number on back not have these unprofessional clowns driving my stuff. I have had valid insurance since 2007 with the same company. Folks who are leaving reviews, do not forget to make a complaint with BBB. The Statewide Toeing has a F.
Updated: all my fees were reimbursed by DCP and all my tickets dismissed and they still didn’t authorize these human being to drive my stuff to the yard liars .
It was my first time to call for winchout service but they have to do recovery service. Ms. Jackie was kind and I got the service very fast. 4 stars for only price tag but I will recommand your company to my friends in the future. Thanks Jackie.
My car needs towed to the mechanic and they want to charge me $130 to go 0.9 miles a 5 minute drive there price is outrageous do not recommend I paid that same amount to get my car towed from Lithonia to Lilburn and I know for a fact that’s more then 0.9 miles more then a 5 minute drive
Idk how to reply but yes I called this morning and spoke with someone and that’s what they advised me the total was do I need to copy and paste the receipt of my phone call so you don’t lie because I will at 7:54 this morning so yeah.!

Had an unfortunate accident where my car was totaled and needed a tow. Statewide wrecker service provided the tow to their Lilburn location. They were very accommodating when going to retrieve my belongings. When it came time to salvage the vehicle, Freddie, the director of operations, was very accommodating and provided great customer service. The pricing was reasonable and fair after a week long stay in their tow yard. I would highly recommend and use their services again if ever needed.
The service was incredible, the driver that I had was Angel and he was very quick, efficient and extremely personable. Dealing with a broken down vehicle was truly a pain, but with his help it made the day go very smoothly. Thank you Angel!

I had a mishap last week near my house resulting in one of my front wheels being off on the roadside, unable to fit a jack under the car. Lionel, who came from Statewide Towing with a flat bed and a helpful, kind attitude was a Godsend. He got my car onto the flatbed with a minimum amount of dragging over asphalt, then discussed with me our options. He ended up bringing my car back to my driveway and knew a way to get it back up on jack stands. I was able to get the wheel back on safely and had it drivable again in an hour with only some cosmetic damage that occurred in the mishap. I can’t say enough positive about Lionel as an operator and I would definitely recommend Statewide if ever the need for towing comes again.
Friendly Tow truck driver as well as phone operators, especially since I myself was quite frazzled. Given the traffic and rainy weather they were quick to get my car picked up and taken where I needed it to go.
Was quoted just over 300$ for the wrecker service and was not informed that there is an extra surcharge for lifted trucks, so the total ended up being 424$. Called back after the vehicle was dropped off and spoke with representative Sean who was able to explain that the person who set up the wrecker service should have asked if the vehicle was lifted or not before quoting me the 300+ figure, he understood the miscommunication on their end and was able to offer a slight refund for their oversight. Great customer service and very professional company will use them again, hopefully in the distant future!
Driver was on time and took special care of my vehicle. The tow rate was very reasonable for the mileage towed. Would definitely use Statewide again if needed.
Just sat for 15 minutes while one of their crews blocked a road entirely to load a truck on the wrecker. The truck was in a driveway and the wrecker could have moved further into the driveway to load it. It also could have been moved after the truck was loaded on while they sat around and talked with the owner and had him sign paperwork etc.
They had literally no reason to block the entire road for that amount of time.
Your driver, James, is great. Car had spent the night in a commercial parking space. James was able to get it out of "park", and get it started (I could do neither). Vehicle still had to be taken away for necessary services but did not require any hooks and chains, which I much appreciated.
Do not let your car get towed here after a wreak! This place is covered in mud and they make no accommodations for anyone. They will let you risk injury. Our rental vehicle is now covered in mud. I asked them to send a golf cart or any vehicle and they refused and gave us an attitude. They do not care about customers.
They were amazing. My car broke down in the middle of the highway. I called them in a panic. Lionel came right over. He loaded up my car and drove me across the county to my local repair shop. They saved me from a bad situation, A++

You don't have a choice. It's a ridiculous company that is being funded or being redirected by the Gwinnett county government. I want this company to go out of business and I want the county to open their own wrecker service to pay $150 a day because you got into a wreck is asinine!!! But the lady at the desk was very nice.

My car broke down at home and needed to be towed to the dealership. Statewide was the towing service recommended by the dealership. We called to request the tow at 9:30 am for a 10:45 car appointment and were told it could be 2 hours before they could come get my car. 6 hours and multiple phone calls later, we canceled the tow and managed to drive my car to the dealership. Then at almost 9:00 pm, a wrecker shows up at our house.
Their phones were also incredibly irritating - when you call, an automated menu asks you to choose between impound and dispatch, but both selections lead to impound. The poor impound employee would transfer me to dispatch but usually that would redirect to voicemail. No one ever returned voicemails.
They may have just been having an unusually busy day, but our day was held hostage waiting on a wrecker, adding stress to an already stressful situation. Save your stress and go with someone else.
