  I called the company this morning hoping to see if they'd be able to work around my work schedule and the gentleman on the phone Altaf assured me that they'd make it work.   The service was simple and easy. Altaf made a more than fair slightly above market offer for my vehicle and picked it up same day. When he came to pick the vehicle he double checked to make sure the info I gave him was accurate and then we signed the vehicle over, he paid me in cash, wrote a receipt and loaded the vehicle up.
