Great service. Brian sawy son on the side of the road during the ice and snow we had. He busted his tire and had been waiting for triple A for 3 hours. He stopped said call and let them know I can get you on way back from dropping the vehicle he already had. Brought him and truck home after calling dispatch. Exceptional service.
Myers wrecker service is top notch. I had them move an auto frame machine for me that I purchased, Christine was my contact dispatch person and I must say I was more than pleased with the service.kJ and a young man who he was training ran the call effortlessly. No whining and crying about the job like other tow companies that buy trucks and have no idea how to use their equipment but not these guys nice equipment and have the knowledge of how to tow so I would encourage anyone needing a professional tow company reach out to these guys because I’m sure am definitely gonna use the moving forward.

They towed my Cascadia 3 miles down the road in Lawrenceville, GA. I don’t have any complaints and would use them again. The price was fair and the driver was excellent, Good Job guys!
Best towing service out here. Not only did they tow my car twice they also provided addition assistance getting my car back up and running. Would definitely recommend!
They are the contracted service provider for my neighborhood so I dealt with them but the person on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There are three abandoned vehicles that need to be removed which they would know if they inspected regularly. Instead of trying to address the manner in a professional way, he prompted to end the conversation. Very rude and all in all lazy service in my opinion.
DO NOT TRUST THEM! I was arrested last night and unfortunately they were the ones to tow my truck in Lawrenceville GA.
Took me 2 days to attempt to retrieve my truck only to find my Valentino cologne and Meta Ai glasses completely gone. (STOLEN)

November 1st 2025 at around 2am they towed my truck. I attempted to get my truck at 4 PM and they apparently were already closed.
November 2nd I was given the runaround about which Myles wrecker location my truck was at. Was sent to Winder to pay the fee. To then drive back to Lawrenceville to get my truck.
I had a bad feeling some of my belongings would go missing . I was right.
Great friendly service! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from the auction here. They have pretty nice cars at great prices. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and was greeting by smiles and great customer service. I would highly recommend them. I was even walked out to the car.
I attempted to contact the business multiple times, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. When someone did finally pick up, they seemed rushed and gave the impression that my call was an inconvenience. Additionally, I did not receive a return call as promised, and despite visiting during posted business hours, the door was locked, and no one responded. This overall experience felt unprofessional and disappointing
I needed a last-minute Towing and I called Miles wrecker services and they acted promptly and had the best customer service I’ve received from a towing company ever. And the driver that they sent out Matt went above and beyond to make sure that the towing process went smooth couldn’t ask for a better service.
When it comes to billing practices for towing after car accidents when police calls them in, it's the worst case scenario. They will over bill you. They will make it inconvenient to pay for it as they only accept certified funds. It doesn't matter to their billing department if you have video recorded validation, they just know you are in a no win position and don't care about helping. I'm sure when it comes to other services, its better.
Avoid being near their vehicles when driving. They left tons of debris on their trailer and rocks came off that shattered my windshield. I called in and gave them the vehicle information the debris came off of. I was told he would speak to the general manager then never heard back.

My car stalled with bad alternator in morning traffic. Kristin at Miles Wrecker Service sent sent Thomas who arrived within about one half hour and hauled my vehicle about 20 miles to a repair shop. Both Kristin and Thomas were friendly, proactive and very helpful. Will readily use Miles if I break down again.

I had them sit a truck on my trailer, they did a good job, but they sure are expensive!! The job took a bit longer than would’ve been necessary, and of course I get charged for the time they need to process on how to load something. I got charged a total of $1,875 dollars for this, but at least they did it

I recently started using this company to move heavy equipment locally. This is the best experience I have had out of a hauling company. The best wrecker service in all of the greater Atlanta area down. I blew a tire on my F650 Rollback while carrying pallets of shingles and I called every tow company that I could Google, and even some recommendations I got from those call. One last company I called was Myles and within 20 minutes they was there, Stephen and Sylvester directed the tow like an orchestra from pick up to drop off. God forbid I break down in that area again, there is no doubt where my 1st call will go.
