I attempted to contact the business multiple times, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. When someone did finally pick up, they seemed rushed and gave the impression that my call was an inconvenience. Additionally, I did not receive a return call as promised, and despite visiting during posted business hours, the door was locked, and no one responded. This overall experience felt unprofessional and disappointing
I needed a last-minute Towing and I called Miles wrecker services and they acted promptly and had the best customer service I’ve received from a towing company ever. And the driver that they sent out Matt went above and beyond to make sure that the towing process went smooth couldn’t ask for a better service.
When it comes to billing practices for towing after car accidents when police calls them in, it's the worst case scenario. They will over bill you. They will make it inconvenient to pay for it as they only accept certified funds. It doesn't matter to their billing department if you have video recorded validation, they just know you are in a no win position and don't care about helping. I'm sure when it comes to other services, its better.
Avoid being near their vehicles when driving. They left tons of debris on their trailer and rocks came off that shattered my windshield. I called in and gave them the vehicle information the debris came off of. I was told he would speak to the general manager then never heard back.
Myles Wrecker Service has come to my rescue more than once, and they’ve been amazing every time. They’re quick, friendly, and you can tell it’s a family-run business that really cares. Whether I’ve been stuck on the side of the road or completely broken down, they’ve gotten me out of some real binds… and fast! Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, trustworthy service.
My car stalled with bad alternator in morning traffic. Kristin at Miles Wrecker Service sent sent Thomas who arrived within about one half hour and hauled my vehicle about 20 miles to a repair shop. Both Kristin and Thomas were friendly, proactive and very helpful. Will readily use Miles if I break down again.

I had Randy come out to pick up my field service truck. he communicated with me long before the scheduled pick up and continued to keep me updated all the way. great customer facing service very safety oriented checked over everything multiple times as he got hooked up. planned out a good rout with me due to the pick up location being in a bad spot great experience all around will be returning!
I do not recommend this business, their management is seemingly impossible to get a hold of. They will give you the runaround, and not compensate you if your car is damaged by them during a tow.
My car went into limp mode late in the evening on March 1, leaving me stranded on the side of I-85. Myles was one of the few tow companies that was open and had trucks available. I moved my car to a gas station, where a Myles tow truck picked it up. The driver was polite and loaded my car up to take to a dealership so it could get serviced the next day. Upon arriving at the dealership, the driver and I both saw that the front lip of my car's bumper was damaged. The rear had not been secured properly, resulting in the car sliding forward and into the tow winch.
Since March 1, I had to go out of my way to get a hold of the Myles' management so I can get compensation for the damages. I called them and was told that a manager would be in touch. I contacted the tow driver, who informed me he was released from their employment shortly after the tow. I have called multiple times, sent emails and photos of the damage, as well as sent a quote to replace the damaged parts (per Myles’ own request). When they do reply to my emails, it is very sporadic.
After I sent a quote over to them, they took an additional 27 days for them to finally ask for an additional two quotes because “the one you provided is grossly inflated. I found the bumper to cost no more than $300, and the other material around 20% of the cost you have listed.” I replied with the reasoning for the prices being so high, and have not heard back from them since. This last email from them was on July 23rd.
As I write this, I have been waiting for nearly 6 months for Myles to pay for my damages. The entire time I’ve been given the run around, and now I’m being stonewalled.
Use Myles Wrecker at your own risk. Their management will not compensate you for any damages they may cause, and they are non-responsive to your claims.
After calling a wrecker service which not even worth to mention the name ,I called Myles Wrecker Service, Debbie answered the phone and immediately was friendly and quick to help. I had them sit a truck on my trailer, they did a good job, but they sure are expensive!! The job took a bit longer than would’ve been necessary, and of course I get charged for the time they need to process on how to load something.
I got charged a total of $1,875 dollars for this, but at least they did it

The best wrecker service in all of the greater Atlanta area down. I blew a tire on my F650 Rollback while carrying pallets of shingles and I called every tow company that I could Google, and even some recommendations I got from those call. One last company I called was Myles and within 20 minutes they was there, Stephen and Sylvester directed the tow like an orchestra from pick up to drop off. God forbid I break down in that area again, there is no doubt where my 1st call will go.
