I can't say thank you enough to Lance used Auto Parts for everything they did for my daughter. I bought a used Transmision from them. had a mechanic from another place put it in, which was done incorrectly. I explained the situation and they fixed it for us with out charging us extra money. They went through the whole car and let me know of anyother issues. I would refer this business to anyone. I would give them 10 stars if it aloud you too.
They were really incredible from the moment I walked in. They nailed the part I needed and help me take it off another part. They were just exceptional I reall can't say enough.
Not professional at all, called and drove 50 mnts to the place paid for the spare tire and was supposed to be delivered late same day or next day, but 2 hours later got a call informing me that they don't have it anymore, and now I have to struggle with the refund issue, are you guys running a business for real ???? Just a word to the owners with such employees you have. i promise you are going nowhere and probably shutting the business down soon.
I ordered an armrest in black in the morning. They said they would try to have the part out by the end of the day, which they did. When I got there, the armrest was gray… I drove an hr round trip for nothing. A short call would’ve gone a LONG way.
I asked them to sell me an airbag module with no crash; after I installed the module it showed it was in accident.
Total waste of time. I have to return it back to them.
They are very unorganized and have sold us the wrong part on 3 occasions and then put us through the wringer trying to exchange them ! They are Very Unprofessional Go to You Pull it !!this place is not worth the hassle
I am in used cars business i buy every once in a while from lance used parts. I called on august 13 at 3:56pm asked for the part i needed they had it ,i try to negotiate and asked to price match a seller the guy just hung up the phone in thye middle of conversation. very rude and unprofessional .the voice recording on there phone system says they appreciate your business but practically it was opposite, don't really expect such attitude from a company in business for so long
Like most Lance customers, without my vehicle, there is no job … my single source of income is a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, which I purchased in 2021 … from my earliest memories I pitched in with my dad to make auto and truck repairs to our family vehicles – while I’m not a mechanic, I do know my way around things that run and get us all around … in 2023 I began having engine issues with my truck and after a good bit of money and a few dozen hours invested, I concluded that it was time to get a used engine and hopefully one with relatively low mileage … at that time I began my online research and chose Lance for the change out, their service offering included a 6-month parts and labor warranty on a 109k mile L59 engine … on the first day after the install I had to return the truck to Lance because it developed a misfire, which as I suspected was a failed coil pack – Lance said they made the necessary repairs and returned it to me … approximately a month later I had to return it to Lance again because the engine started ticking aggressively and both knock sensors were throwing codes - I have my own diagnostic equipment and even have pictures of the recorded codes … this 2nd time when I returned to Lance, was for a 2-week repair visit and one that I had hoped would produce the reliable motor advertised by Lance – this time the front desk tech claimed that there is no motor tick nor was there any evidence of thrown knock sensor codes (past, present, or pending) - he gave me a case of oil for my trouble … I have oil, what I need is the motor that Lance advertised as reliable that keeps me on the road to my customers businesses and not back and forth to Lance … the tick remains present today and is getting worse and both knock sensor codes are easy to see and read … my biggest concern is that one day the engine won’t crank and that’s the same day my job and income go away … my warranty period is running out and I really don’t know what to do!?!
Good job, Great people. The only problem they don't communicate with each other. Hopefully they take care of it, which is I am pretty sure they do, ...

I ordered a transmission for my 2015 Infiniti QX60 and they sent out the entirely wrong transmission it's a good thing my mechanic notice the transmission that was sent out from Lance used auto parts was not the correct transmission for my vehicle, I have the paperwork for what I ordered from them but they sent something totally different.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Prices were good. And - they had the part we needed. They went out of their way to help us out.

A guy with a black beard who is driving a delivery truck had extreme road rage. Flicked me off. Road my tail in atlanta. Had my kids in the car and it was a horrible experience. They were scared and crying. Then proceeded to try and follow me and get up next to me. Wouldn’t let it go. It was a very dangerous situation.
Had the part we needed in good condition. The guy on the phone was really friendly (I spoke with some real doozies before calling here). He took my order and said it would be 3 or 4 hours before it was ready for pickup. He called about 1.5 hours later and said we could come get it. Super professional. I'm a chick and I don't wanna feel dirty when I am driving to get something for my husband. The place was nice and clean and without any nonsense or creepy people.
I purchased a seat. I had it installed and the shop told me that the seat doesn't work. I brought the seat back within 24 hrs. They have a 30 day warranty policy. The front counter person took a few minutes to find a reason to not issue the refund. He then said that the headrest was not the same one so he couldn't give a refund. I got the shop on the phone that installed it confirm that it was the headrest and they also have video footage to prove it. The person at the front counter said he didn't care and that it wasn't the headrest. Another worker came out and immediately became condescending and accusatory. They found a reason to not issue the refund.
They were super helpful. They had the part I needed, and since they were about to close, they told me I could either swing by next day, or they could leave it out for me. I chose the latter, and when I got there, they had it carefully placed where it wouldn't be easily damaged or stolen.
Great place to find quality road tested oem replacement parts at a fair and value packed price! Not to mention knowledgeable salesman and outstanding customer service. Local business runs with customers as a priority, and you feel it as soon as you interact with any member of their team.
I was surprised how easy it is to call Lance Used Auto Parts. I ask for the car part i needed ( Year, Make, and Model), pay over the phone purchased the part and pick up all in the same day! Disclaimer I do wanna say some car parts may or may not be in the warehouse may take a few days to get but it was all worth it. What i like was that i didn't have to go in the lot and take it apart myself! The personnel finds the exact item you are purchasing they go in take the parts out themselves without the hassel! Simply Amazing !! Another plus is when you purchase the car part you have 30 day warranty Definitely coming HERE MORE OFTEN!
Ordered parts from them for my car, they changed me 50% of the price in advance and promised the order would be ready for pickup the next day. I waited for several days, but never got any news from them. Only after I called them, I found out that the parts I ordered were "no good" whatever that means and they cannot complete my order. Wasted my time for nothing.
In my experiences at junkyards, it can be hit or miss. Some are easier to work with than others. In dealing with Lance's auto parts I have nothing but positive things to say. It is not a u-pull-it yard. But the people that I talked to and dealt with were as helpful and courteous as one could hope for. Polite and informed. They make customer service into art
I visited Lance Used Auto Parts today, and I was very thrilled of the treatment received. I was greeted by a very courteous gentleman who was very attentive and helpful!
Not as low prices as Pull-a-part, but they have plenty of parts in stock. I guess that makes up the difference. I'm satisfied with the used door I purchased. Looked at it on their website and was able to find the color needed. That was a BIG plus.
I went to lance used auto to get a motor they had in stock. The person i dealt with was very friendly and honest. The motor i got is kind of hard to find and lots of yards try to pass off its less hp counter part. But the motor i got from here was exactly what it was supposed to be. I didn't run the motor because im putting all new bearings, gaskets and seals but the internals of it looks to be in great shape. Thanks lance's auto for providing a friendly and honest service. Will definitely recommend
My first time using this place was 7-15-20 and I have to give them praises I fully appreciate the respectful and curtious staff. I was pleasently surprised at how quickly my part was available. It was the very next day which is almost never happens I STRONGLY recommend this business to everyone
I recently found out about Lance and boy am I glad! They got me set up with the parts I needed, were extremely friendly & helpful, and they have great prices. I hope I don’t have any car problems again soon, but if I do I’ll definitely be coming back here for parts! And a huge shoutout to Jason for helping me out and getting me everything I needed!!
I called inquiring about a part and spoke to Lance. Just based of the brief phone call we had I know I would feel comfortable doing business with this company. Most folks try to talk you into junk parts and jack the price up to take advantage. Not only did he check his inventory, but other locations as well. He even was taken aback by some of the prices people had listed and never once tried to haggle me into spending more for those parts. I appreciate good honest people and absolutely wish we could have been able to do business with this company!
Do not waste your time going to this place. We just waited 2 hours for a part, that's right 2 hours and guess what happened? The guy pulled only half of the part, which breaks the part and makes it unusable. Then he wants to go back and get the other piece. This place is an absolute joke. All the employees are walking around like they don't know what to do and don't really care how long you've been waiting, taking their sweet time. Go somewhere else and do not waste your time.
