We had a great experience with Melvin. He arrived same day, was professional, polite, and fair with pricing, no title needed. Removed our totaled/junk car out with ease. Would definitely recommend this company!
I called to get a quote on my vehicle told him my situation with not having the title.. I was told “to get off my phone n**ga” very unprofessional smh no wonder why they have 3 star lol
They are not open at all I think they are fake companuI just called them and they said they would be open Monday their website says they're open from 8 to 9 on Saturday
Me and my pregnant wife waited at my job for 2 hours no one showed up. First time we called they said an hour or hour and a half so we said okay called back 2 hours later and they said 20 more mins place is at least 14 mins away from my job should not take that long. Second time we called he said he went to DMV first. We decided to give them 10 more mins my wife called and asked then he starts yelling at her saying he didn't give a specific time then I grabbed the phone and told him how long we have been waiting and he decided to say I never gave a specific time which I heard him say a couple hours when my wife was talking to him. Dont go here for anything. Ignore the good reviews because im sure they are all lies
If the logo of your company says we buy junk cars without titles this is what I expect. I called and indeed they wouldn't buy my 2 cars without a title. I would suggest to the owner that they change this. Thanks..
I called this place, and spoke to Melvin. He stated they would be out to get my car that day. No one showed up. Then he said dispatch would call me. No one called. When I called again, I was told to go somewhere else. What a waste of taking time off work for 2 days, and to be told to go elsewhere!
Worst experience with the ever been waiting for a total of 5 hours for my car to get picked up no one has answered my calls nor called back...mind you it's his cell phone that he has people calling horrible service
not very professional or organized. I'm not even the type to try and down a business but I called to have my truck picked up, was told itd be picked up by the end of the day and no one ever came or even called to let me know what happened. called the next morning and the man apologized and reassured me that today they could pick it up as the day before they were busy. and yet again no one ever showed up nor called. tried calling back and for some odd reason the calls don't go through. just a huge waste of my time as I had to take off work trying to be home when someone came and they never did.
