One of their guys stole 30 bucks from my car. Never pay full upfront because they’ll “fix” your car last. They took 4 more days than it was supossed to. They’ll talk nice but they’ll just try to make you spend more
Please do not trust Mitchell or his team with your vehicle. My car has been at his shop since 11/2023 and there was no progress on my car until Saturday 12/16/2023. I’ve paid over $2k for my car to look worst than it was from my accident. He told lies to myself and my mother for weeks and now he is not answering the phone or responding to any of my texts. His front office staff has yet to send over a new itemized receipt for the “work” that he has done. He owes me a refund. I was skeptical at first because he only accepts cash app. I trusted him with my car and my car is not fixed! He placed a used bumper on my car and didn’t have the decency to paint it? I wish that I read the reviews before sending my hard earned money. Mitchell wasted my time and money only for my car to be in the same condition.. even worse to be honest. I can’t even crank up my car. It is very disheartening that someone can scam you and give you false promises. Still no response from Mitchell or his team. I’ve left texts and voicemails. My car was sitting out in the open with the keys left in the cup holder. Anyone could’ve stolen my car. My grill was left in my back seat. I want a full refund! Over $2k and my car looks like this. I pray that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
The man is a fraud!!!! Please beware just had to file a police report and now a small claims with Gwinnett country court.. he stole my daughters money 23,000$$ it wasn’t fixed and he placed it on the in front with the keys in the car. I hope he is reading this because we’re going to court.. don’t bring your car here. He lied and stated that he’s a PASTOR to pray on people in the most difficult time.
Literally the worst mechanic I’ve ever had. He will promise you the world until he gets his payment. Then it’s all downhill from there, then they’ll talk to you like a dog if you have any issues about their work. DO NOT bring these people your vehicle! He’ll talk to you like he wants to fight and the second you offer to give him what he’s asking for he threatens to call police and you’ll never hear from him again. Save yourself the issue! It’s a lose lose! These other reviews aren’t lies. They a real horror stories
I have just moved to Georgia a couple months ago and really panicked when I got in a car accident because I don't know anyone here to help me. I had called around a few shops but JNT was the only one who gladly told me to bring the car in that day so that they could take a look.
Mitchell and the team here are all so nice and treated me like family when they took me in. They are very understanding, transparent and communicative, showing me the extent of the damages done to my car and even helped explain some insurance stuff to me.
I am so, so, so appreciative of them and highly recommend JNT Auto to everyone :)
I had a fender bender and my back bumper was damaged and needed repair. I had to leave town that same evening. Mr. Mitchell repaired it in less than an hour and his charges were more than fair. I must say he’s a great guy and runs a beautiful honest business. I would refer all of my friends and family.
Business built on deception and lies.
I came in asking for a quote to fix damages. He quoted me for $1700 to fix the damages without replacing anything. I consult with family on whether to have the dealership fix and replace the damages to 100% or let JNT do it since everything will be covered by insurance.
I decided to call Mitchell and inform him that I would be choosing to let the dealership handle the repairs. Mitchell assured me that he can do exactly what the dealership does, also I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I’d rather help small businesses.
The complete date was set for a Tuesday two weeks out, the car was not finished until Thursday of that same week (two days after the original complete date), which is no big deal.
I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that it was kind of dirty even after I waited for his team to wash, so I went to the car wash right after. I noticed the car was still dirty even after the car wash. Upon further inspection, I realize that the entire car is covered in overspray.
I’m confused about what he was painting since he told me he was going to replace the damaged part just as the dealership would have. I also noticed that one of the rims that was on the quote to be refinished was also not done. I return to him and explain what I’ve found. He took off the wheel and sent it to be refinished. Even though he had the truck for two weeks.
I begin to notice the contours on the “fixed” side didn’t match the contours on the undamaged side- which sparked more interest in what was going on. I asked him about it. His explanation was that the part came from the factory unpainted, so he had to paint it himself. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to come forth and be transparent with me just as I was transparent with him.
I have audio recording of him admitting that he lied to me, he even offered to redo all of the work. Except, how do you trust someone after they’ve lied to you?
I dropped off my vehicle for him to remove the overspray. The buff job done to my vehicle to remove overspray is extremely subpar. There was so much damage to my top coat, I could see the swirl marks of where he went over with the buffer (entire truck). Also, the top of my vehicle still has overspray.
After the poorly done overspray removal, I noticed that the part he “replaced” was a different shade of black compared to the rest of the vehicle was.
If he would have charged me for the original quote of $1700 for the work he did, I would not be upset, but he charged me for the whole insurance check of $2800.
I am extremely upset with this business and it’s almost been over 6 months since I’ve dealt with this business and I am still livid at the way they operate.
I have pictures to support my claims, as well as audio recording of our in person conversation of me confronting him about the repairs and his admittance to lying to me.
Went here to get my side view mirror fixed. Finished in less then 10 minutes. Great customer service, great people! Will be back if I need anything else fixed !!
Got my bumper and headlight taken out by a hit and run. The guys at the shop took care of me quick. Mitch gave me a great price on the bumper and headlight and Chris did an amazing job putting it together! Most definitely recommend their service
This was my 1st time getting serviced by this company and I’m sure i’ll be back! Not only did Mitch make this super convenient(no long wait times for parts and worked with my schedule) but he worked fast and my car looks brand new!! I can’t thank him enough and now I know where to come for any needs in the future! I’m so grateful I chose JNT. Thank you!
If you’re looking for a responsible, punctual, and honest body shop do not take your car to this one. Don’t get persuaded by the owner Mitchell this shop is very incompetent they do not work professionally, they don’t have the right equipment to get the job done, and know nothing about customer service. This body shop doesn’t even have a actual paint booth nor do they have a alignment rack that right there is just a red flag. Mitchell claimed that he was able to fix the toe issue on my rear wheel where my accident occurred and paint match my body kit to the original color of my vehicle. He wasn’t able to fix my car after I took it to another shop to get the an alignment twice(since his shop doesn’t have one). I got turned down twice because it wasn’t possible to align the car, due to the car not being repaired probably. Whatever part he claimed he replaced were parts from the junkyard. The paint match was no where near the original paint, paint drips, paint imperfections , all original fasteners we’re lost, sheet rocks screws we’re used to mount my side skirts on, parking assist sensors don’t work properly now, and much more. After months of trying to fix my car and after 3 attempts of trying to paint match my car I pulled the plug. On January 27th, I went to the shop with friends and the moment we started complaining about the car and poor quality work, Mitchell started losing his mind. He started making sexist comments towards my friend and started cursing at us and at then proceeded to get in my face and try to fight me. Overall avoid this place at all costs. Poor costumer service, no craftsmanship, false promises, poor paint quality, and not a single clue on how to work on a car. P.S. Don’t go here thinking it’s global alliance they have a huge sign “global alliance” and a tiny one with “jnt auto body shop”.
Mitch and his team did a great job on repairing some pretty bad dents on my 2014 Scion FR-S. They were very kind and professional, and their prices were very reasonable. I will be taking my car to them from now on for all of my repair needs!
Wonderful shop, we had a mini scare after running over cement partition in a parking lot. Owner came right out on a Sunday, confirmed everything was OK, and charged us nothing!
Do not bring your car here. I bought my shelby gt350 to get a ding fixed and to get a bumper painted. Mr. Mitchell did a great job of getting the ding out but he did a horrible paint job on the fender/bumper. Paint Overspray on the front bumper and too little paint on the side fender. Do Not bring your car here for painting Services.

Had my truck painted. The paint job was supposed to be an entire paint job, where the old paint was to be sanded down, and then painted. I was told my vehicle was complete, but when I went to go and pick it up, you could see where my old clear coat was peeling through the new paint. I asked for them to repaint the vehicle, or at least those problem areas, and they refused. They offered to “fix” the problem areas, but they are still visible, and there are contaminants/debris in the roof’s paint, and a significant amount of orange peel. I do not recommend using this company for any painting needs.
I will advise you to run .. its like buying something from China sending your car here. I decided to take my car here after finding them on FB Marketplace worse decision I made. Not even 2 months after I got my care back (5 weeks exactly) my bumper is falling off. They just want the money and don't care about the work. It's sad and now nobody is answering my messages over there.
Update: They called themselves “fixing” their raggedy ass problem by holding my bumper together with damn nails.. literally nails .. i have filed complaints with every place that would listen to get this business shut down. All they want is the money and are not worth it. I am a single mom now i have to get my car fixed and pay even more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM .. they have a 1 star for a reason
The worst ppl to do body work on your car the paint over the other it's worst then macoo the sad part that it's being referred by a good machanic shop for this dude to make this mechanic shop look bad tby the reference and still the guy has the courage to say your car ain't worth it to work on!!!!
Found him on Facebook marketplace, has no respect towards customers. When told of a quote from another store proceeds to call me “poor” and “stupid” if you bring your car here expect to get a finger in the a$$ and charge you for it
