With car breaking down it’s always unexpected and I got stalled in middle lane in Norcross 5 miles away from the house. Police came over and gave me a notice to move it asap or they will have to call their truck. Roman with Express Towing came over in 20 minutes and gave me a ride home towing my car to Duluth. I had an accident in a fleet vehicle in Roswell. The only place my company could find a body shop/towing service that would answer the phone was Taylor. In Duluth! So after waiting on Friday afternoon for the tow truck to get there, because we all know Atlanta traffic, the service was phenomenal! My driver, Roman, was exceptionally nice, thoughtful, and we had a pleasant conversation on the ride from Roswell to Duluth. I strongly recommend this company for towing services. They also helped identify possible problems that it could be and not being familiar with the area helped me in locating a very good garage to take my vehicle to. Car wouldn't start today, and we tried to jump start it but that didn't work so decided to have it towed to a shop. Called Express Towing and was told they could have someone out in about an hour or so. However, they got there probably within 15 minutes and the driver was able to jump start my car and get it going so I could make it to a store for a new battery. They were quick and reasonably priced, and I will definitely use them again if needed!
I called Express Towing to get my car towed to my mechanic. Brian came and not only did he get my car running again. We found out he is also an airplane mechanic and he attended the aeronautical school my Father was an instructor at and he remembered him being one of the best instructors that he had ever had back in 2007. I had an excellent experience with this company that technician they sent out his name was WILL, HE WAS Super efficient knowledgeable and accommodating. He would not leave until he knew we were 100% satisfied with how he left our Suburban perfectly straight in our driveway which could not have been an easy task considering two tires busted out and a dirt driveway. First I would like to say the crew working there is very professional, especially Brian. He got to site fast and loading my truck pretty fast too even though the front tire was broken. I was very satisfied with the experience. If I ever need towing again, Brian and Express Towing will be the first people to call.
