Greetings! I have a steep driveway on which one vehicle rolled back onto the hood of another. Parking brakes and floor jacks were of no avail. Called Express Towing! Anton arrived shortly thereafter and totally handled the job, both professionally, most capably AND for a very reasonable fee. Hats off, loudest KUDOS & highest recommendation for Express Towing!
Driver arrived with wrong information about a flat tire, the proceeded to try to “mechanic” my car, despite me telling him it was the starter. He then insisted we jump my BRAND NEW battery. I told him it was new and that I had checked the electrical. I told him it was the starter. He ignored me. He put his jumpbox leads on WITHOUT checking + / - causing the instrument panel to short (huge sparks flying off the battery) and then yelled at me for calling him out. He didn’t even LOOK and tried to blame me for his mistake. He became increasingly indignant and childish…crashing out and leaving. Complaining about having to work on the weekend and his family problems out loud. Driving recklessly and speeding out of the apartment complex like a toddler having a tantrum. This was a 40+ year old man, not a child.
I called for a tow, not an unemployed mechanic puffing his chest out like a school yard bully. He couldn’t get past his ego and respect what I was telling him. All he had to do was tow it.
Megan, the office professional was excellent. She handled my concerns and was able to reschedule with another driver a little bit later in the day. I would give the office five stars separately if I could.

I was completely blown away by the service I received from Express Towing today. I had to move quickly to transport my vehicle from the dealer to a private lot. I called this company and they showed up and took care of business. I called them at 3:45pm and in less than 90 minutes the car was picked up and delivered to my desired location for a reasonable price. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. With car breaking down it’s always unexpected and I got stalled in middle lane in Norcross 5 miles away from the house. Police came over and gave me a notice to move it asap or they will have to call their truck. Roman with Express Towing came over in 20 minutes and gave me a ride home towing my car to Duluth. The price was cheaper than other 2 companies I got quotes from. I appreciate very prompt response! Great service, friendly, competitive!
I had an accident in a fleet vehicle in Roswell. The only place my company could find a body shop/towing service that would answer the phone was Taylor. In Duluth! So after waiting on Friday afternoon for the tow truck to get there, because we all know Atlanta traffic, the service was phenomenal! My driver, Roman, was exceptionally nice, thoughtful, and we had a pleasant conversation on the ride from Roswell to Duluth. I strongly recommend this company for towing services. Car is in the shop so we’ll wait and see what kind of bodywork they do.

I broke down in I-85 and I googled towing services and decided to call them. They were at my location within 15 minutes of my call. They also helped identify possible problems that it could be and not being familiar with the area helped me in locating a very good garage to take my vehicle to. They are very friendly and professional. Also, the cost was very affordable.
My tire blew out on the highway between as I was driving from Savannah to Atlanta. Tyler came to change my tire, and he was so helpful. The wait time was only about seven minutes, and he changed the tire in less than 10 minutes. The entire time he was very reassuring and friendly! Thanks, Tyler, for helping me get home for Christmas!
I needed a tow to the repair shop after my vehicle failed on me. This was the only towing company that didn’t cancel on me when I had a flat tire on a Sunday. My driver Sam arrived in 30 minutes just like he said he would and took care of everything, even parking the car for me at the mechanic’s. Definitely recommend this service
Car wouldn't start today, and we tried to jump start it but that didn't work so decided to have it towed to a shop. Called Express Towing and was told they could have someone out in about an hour or so. However, they got there probably within 15 minutes and the driver was able to jump start my car and get it going so I could make it to a store for a new battery. They were quick and reasonably priced, and I will definitely use them again if needed!
I called Express Towing to get my car towed to my mechanic. Brian came and not only did he get my car running again. We found out he is also an airplane mechanic and he attended the aeronautical school my Father was an instructor at and he remembered him being one of the best instructors that he had ever had back in 2007. I was stranded from 9:30pm-2:30am with 2 popped tires. After getting my rear spare on and spending hours trying to seal another hole, I finally caved and called for a tow. I had an excellent experience with this company that technician they sent out his name was WILL, HE WAS Super efficient knowledgeable and accommodating. He would not leave until he knew we were 100% satisfied with how he left our Suburban perfectly straight in our driveway which could not have been an easy task considering two tires busted out and a dirt driveway. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone I know thank you WILL for taking time out of your weekend to come and help us! YOUR A ROCK STAR!
First I would like to say the crew working there is very professional, especially Brian. He got to site fast and loading my truck pretty fast too even though the front tire was broken. I was very satisfied with the experience. If I ever need towing again, Brian and Express Towing will be the first people to call.
He came super fast. He even waited with us until our Uber arrived because he didn't want us waiting in the dark in the middle of nowhere. After toeing my car to my home, he put the spare on it. So grateful for his kindness. Great experience.
After AAA refuse to tow my vehicle because it was high value car . Express towing came out and took care of it right away . I will call them from now on. Driver Brian was awesome and handle my car very carefully to not damage my car since it’s so low .
