Mauricio took my truck even tho it had the proper tag and handicap placard then lied to my face saying it didn’t argued back and forth about the cost after I refused to pay he said he would take my truck back to the tow yard! They are scammers
I would never ever recommend this towing company and I hope they get shut down. They illegally towed my vehicle by saying it was in a handicap space without a tag, even when it a clearly and properly marked space. Mind you I’ve been parking in this exact same spot for over two years straight, yet now it’s an issue all of a sudden and I’m a horrible person for taking a space away from a handicapped person. When I called to arrange to pick my vehicle up, they refused to return my vehicle or even release it till the next day so they could charge me for an additional day of storage fees. If I see them in my neighborhood again I’m calling the cops, because this is clearly a racket and they’re not following Georgia law.
Ridiculous! This place is horrid. DONT USE THEM! I had a vehicle towed there and when I went to pick the vehicle up the guy named Nick acted as if the paperwork I had to prove the vehicle was mine was fake! They also stole a monitor out my car!! He was so dumb and ignorant!!! He told me he or I need to call the police so they can verify the documents and when the police came he was on my side! Nick was mad the police didn’t side with him! Nick Is ignorant and very uninformed. Also Damia (lady that answers the phone) has a nasty attitude herself. I’m glad I don’t have to deal

Horrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Had my car towed here by the at fault insurer because they would not tow it to my home. They stated that the insurance adjuster would be able to handle and retrieve the car for the lot over 2 hours away from me and take the car to a auto shop. They would not release the car to the insurance. I had to send in a notarized letter with my ID for the insurance to retrieve the vehicle that they had towed. The first time I called no one could help the insurance adjuster and I and we were told to call back the next day for assistance. I informed the representative that I get not have a car to get around, she said call her back when I had a car. If this was the case, this information should have been given onsite. The whole situation felt like a money grab. Horrible customer service, Horrible experience overall.
Towed my vehicle and forgot to leave the pieces they took off to tow it. They parked it in the mud so it was hard for me to get the parts back on but also didn’t allow me to get my vehicle for additional 3 days later. They never put the parts back on and had their shady mechanic that works in the back overcharge me once he found out I was military and thought I had money.
Lady in front is rude and lazy . Told me a hour wait for my car to get out but I was in a hurry and I told her if it can be quick but she was hesitant, got out in 15 minutes by the guy in the lot and he said “ I don’t know why she said a hour we don’t do that” so that’s when I found out that the lady was stubborn and lazy
Crazy never tag my car and don't respond to let people know if they were the ones who picked up my car or not. If you're on the clock you should be able to answer questions. Just like you took a car with out tagging it so for what reason you picked it up?
Professional and knowledgeable perators. Charles came and got me after I waited 8 hours for a tow. AAA never updated him of my vehicle type. He was surprised that I had 4x4 but this didn't slow him down. He didn't have a flatbed but he came prepared with adapters and was able to tow my vehicle to the shop safely. Highly recommended.
Charles showed up faster than predicted, was extremely down-to-earth and friendly, and made sure the job was done correctly and timely. He managed to get my car to the shop before I arrived. In a terrible situation, it was comforting to deal with someone who treats their customers with respect and dignity. Definitely will deal with this company in the future -- I hope I don't have to, but should the need present itself, I will be calling Southeast Transportation, for sure.
Relative missed several appointments because transport did not show up, nor did they call. Took a long time to get relative set up with rehab, which he was dismissed from due to transport not being reliable! 😡
My car was towed to this place. I didn’t have choice. They charged me $175 dollars for towing plus $20 notification fee. Isn’t it expensive enough that should include all fees ? When I call to let them know that I was on my way to pick up my car lady was very rude. If there is 0 stars I would give them that. Worse service ever.
CON ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!! Illegally towed car from hotel. They work with the security at Home town studios on Jimmy Carter. They also picked lock and went through belongings. They had the nerve to say because police couldn't find vin...bullshi. so police told you to commit a crime? Because several guest had their car illegally towed another guest told me it's $175 when I got there the lady said $250 until I told her I knew it was $175 !!!
what a crook a pos!!! police report will be filed and reporting to BBB. Oh and they only take cash for illegal tows.
Damaged my car during towing. Have not been able to reach them since it happened. They don't answer their phones and vm full. All the addresses online are bogus even the one on their invoice. Roy Gomez is the owner and unable to reach him. Even info on the SECRETARY of State site for licensing is bogus! Filing a police report and already filed a complaint with BBB. Will continue to seek them out. Apparently this is an ongoing issue.

Great service. Had to have my car towed. Great customer service. They called me to let me know when they were coming and also when they were late. Nice and pleasant to talk to.
Worst people EVER to do business with. They had my ca for a long time for starters. Then the owner "CHEVY" tells me that my car is ready on Saturday and I pick it up on Monday only for him to tell me that something else was wrong with my car. Not to mention that I contacted his worker "Malik" to do my car. Somehow chevy ended up doing it. When I got my car back. The check engine light was still on. My breaks wasn't fixed and I have come out of $852 for nothing. He's a SCAMMER and a liar. Do NOT do business with these liars!
This is the worst transportation ever they have the worst attitudes it's 😢 because they supposed to be professional but they are it's some good people who work there. I always have a bad rep never to my appointments in time neither is my daughter. Can I switch transportation.
