Super quick and friendly service!
Had my car break down while working and called TowHub-they answered way faster than I expected. The driver was super chill, helped me get the car hooked up in no time, and even made sure I had a ride home.
You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just trying to get the job done and leave.
The price was fair, no weird extra charges, and the whole experience was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Definitely saving their number for next time (hopefully I won't need it anytime soon though)

Tow Hub was awesome. No one wants to have their car towed, but if you have to, having a pleasant experience makes it palatable. The initial person i spoke to was cheerful and the driver was prompt and pleasant as well. It seems as if everyone likes their job and it translates with the interaction. I had to have 3 tows in 3 days and each experience was consistently the same. I genuinely recommend if a tow is needed.

Earlier this month (July 2025), I used TowHub after needing a tow service on a Saturday night. Upon arrival at the drop-off location, the plastic molding of the rear driver's side door of my vehicle was missing. The corner of the molding was loose prior to the towing due to a previous incident, but had remained in place and secure for several months without issue prior to using TowHub. I waited for a response to the issue as the tow driver assured me I would receive a message regarding the piece of my vehicle being removed during the tow. After several days of no contact, I reached out to the tow company myself, who let me know they were notified of the issue by their driver and that he was aware of the loose piece prior to loading the vehicle and took pictures of it. If this were true, I'm wondering why the piece being loose was not discussed prior to loading it onto the truck and/or why precautions were not taken to secure it further. I asked the company to please send me the photos the driver had taken of my tow service and as of this posting, the company has refused to send the photos, respond back to my inquiry, or work with me on the issue at hand. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using TowHub Road Service and Towing if you want your vehicle to arrive at a drop-off location with all of the pieces it had before being loaded onto one of their trucks, OR if you'd like any sort of assistance should an issue arise.

Listen, I don’t know much about cars — except that mine made a sound like a dying walrus and then refused to move in the middle of a Taco Bell drive-thru. Enter Tow Hub (aka the Avengers of vehicle distress).
Within 20 minutes, my guy Chris shows up like some sort of roadside wizard. Calm, cool, and wearing sunglasses like it was a Mission Impossible scene. Not only did he tow my car with grace and precision, but he also reassured me that yes, this happens to “cool people all the time” (lie, but I needed it).
They got my car where it needed to go, didn’t charge me my soul, and somehow made me feel like breaking down in public was a shared human experience.
10/10. Would break down again just to hang out with Chris again!
I called several companies before TowHub and their customer service was by far the best, as was their pricing. They were prompt and professional and took very good care of our car when loading and unloading. Highly Recommend.

Great experience on a not so great day. Truck broke down on 985 this afternoon and I called a few companies. TowHub was the only ones I could get a hold of. The lady that answered was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. Patrick was there in about 45 minutes and got me and my truck back to the house.. Great experience and I’ll definitely save their number just in case.
Would give 6 stars if I could! Called Jamie at Tow Hub and arranged pick up of my car because it wouldn’t start. She was a pleasure to speak with and got me on the schedule for the next pick-up. Patrick was the driver, showed up right on schedule, and did a fantastic job loading my lowered Porsche in a crowded gas station lot. This was a very challenging pick-up. Patrick thought through each step to ensure the car was loaded safely and without a scratch. He was a pleasure to ride with and he unloaded just as he loaded, with care. You never want to get a tow, but working with the pros at Tow Hub was great!
Patrick seemed like such a great guy and everything once I got actual communication of when my car would be here. he somehow went to wrong place unsure how but he eventually got here. But the unloading of my dream car was a utter disgrace I had to remove my bumper to get the lip repaired after he just rolled it off without a drop of care hence the pictures. I had the shop owner, me and my mother there to watch the horror. I will not use you guys ever again and honestly wish I could get my tip back. Guess I'm going to have to dish out more not just for the issue I started with but now my bumper too.

These guys were great from the beginning. I think most of the time you need a tow you have no idea where to go and what the service will be. They are patient kind, and friendly and professional. Great experience tonight! Our car shut down on us during the heavy rain and luckily we had a family member come to pick us up, but our van had to stay on the side of the road until it could be towed. The dispatcher Jamie was very friendly, and very helpful. Anthony was the driver who towed our car to us, and he was awesome. He was also friendly, efficient and an overall great guy. I would definitely recommend him and this company for anything roadside!

Truthfully, I simply can’t express how impressed and grateful I am to have experienced the service that Chris provided for me while in a stressful situation. TowHub came out to tow my truck off the side of the highway and the driver took great care of my old truck and hauled it a long distance from Georgia to Alabama! The price of the tow was way more affordable than the other local companies I called! I do not have a single complaint whatsoever!! The truck was super clean and a very comfortable ride in a tow truck. Communication with the dispatcher and the driver were 100% TOP NOTCH!!! Thank you TowHub for the perfect quality service! Called them and they came right over and picked up my truck and loaded it BACKWARDS onto their tow truck and failed to secure it. Called me 2 hours later and told me that my truck lid had been ripped off my truck going down the hi way causing over 2000$ in damage and had the nerve to try and blame me. THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE SECURED IT… ME????

Chris from tow hub showed up on time and provided amazing service. He understood that I did not have a regular car and attended to my requests. He was very professional and got the job done.
Chris and his team were amazing. I had a tire and wheel come off my boat trailer. Completely stranded. My truck Jack would not lift the trailer and boat. Needed it towed somewhere. They were amazing and quick to respond. Very professional. I hope I never need them again but I have their number saved in my phone. Made a couple of new friends in the process.
