I will NEVER go elsewhere! It's quick ,convenient, & I absolutely love the people! I have never seen or heard them be rude to anyone!! Some times they are busy, maybe others have taken busy as being rude? But i believe if that's the case, it wasn't meant to come off that way! Always friendly speak to me even when there's a few customers and always smileing!
Sometimes bad situations are made better by really good people. Tracy at Cherokee salvage was exactly that for us. He was helpful courteous and professional.. A clas act all the way. I would definitely recommend them.
These people are rude I just called and the man had an attitude from the start then when I thanked him for his time he hung up without a word. I wouldn’t tolerate that in person.
Do not let this guy waste your time. He seems to think he’s the only one in the world with things to do and places to be. Called to retrieve a few items from my car, and told him I was on my way. I even got gas on the way so it’s not like I didn’t give him plenty of time. I get there and he’s nowhere to be found, so I call him and let him know I was there, he tells he would be there “in a few”. Waited 15 minutes and left because I had to be at work in 20 mins. He wasn’t respectful of my time, so I wasn’t respectful of his. He calls me, I apologize (though I wasn’t really sorry) and I tell him my brother would be there later. This dude tells me that my brother “better be there and better wait on him”. That’s no way to talk to anyone. Now I know why the officer asked me if I had a preference on where my car should be towed after the accident, because they would just call this a**hole. A completely inconsiderate and manner-less redneck with an ego problem.
