On my way to work I ran over something that completely busted my tire and had to have my car towed to the dealership. Even though it was an unexpected emergency, the service department was incredibly accommodating and worked me in right away. My service advisor Selange went above and beyond to make sure I had my car back by the end of the day. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. Selange was an absolute delight to work with. Highly recommend!

They have always been professional with my mom. But when it comes to repairs be cautious. They performed an inspection on my mom’s vehicle, she bought brand new cash from them, and they discovered she needed to have her rear (2) brakes repaired. Charging an arm and a leg. She found a brakes specialist closer to her home with a more feasible fee. Still expensive but not as much as LR’s quote. The brakes specialist discovered her lug key was missing. She contacted LR and they were more concerned of where it was being fixed than locating her lug key. And I do believe it was intentionally ‘missing’ from her vehicle to ensure her return. Exactly why I hate to send my senior mom into these establishments by herself. Someone is always trying to get over on somebody. It’s ridiculous. And very disrespectful. And can cause unnecessary drama. You don’t know who relatives you are trying to swindle. Situations like this could end badly. Do better Union City Land Rover!

Exceptional Service at the dealership! The team takes great care of you! The staff is friendly and GM is available for questions and even checks on you while in the dealership. No one seems to be in a rush when speaking to you, they take time with you. I've received excellent service and if you have a challenge, they work hard to ensure it is handled. My service advisor Mr. Rich is by far the best I’ve ever had. His knowledge, care and concern is what makes it worth it. Thank you team for all you do. For someone who is in Operations, I can quickly identify areas if improvement and where training is necessary. This dealership appears to be a well oiled machine

Myreon was incredible. I was in the market for a new vehicle, and after speaking with several dealerships, the reason I chose this one was because of Myreon. Apples to apples there’s none better. I wholeheartedly give Myreon and his dealership five stars. If you’re in the market looking for a vehicle, ask for Myreon.

Beware!!! Deceitful and zero integrity. I purchased a used G63 AMG with 57k miles ($80k). In beginning the sales person was a very good communicator. I asked her specific questions about the cars condition and health. I asked about the body and the condition on the vinyl wrap on the car, about any rust and about the over all heath of the car mechanically. I was told the car was in great condition, well taken care of and that they conducted a what ever “100+ point inspection” on the vehicle and that car was in great condition visually and mechanically. Surely a 100+ inspection would’ve discovered something!, either you lied or your technicians are lousy (which one?). Also, she mentioned they found a power steering leak that they fixed (see images attached). Upon receiving the car I discovered wrap was not “factory machined” as I was told and bubbled in many places so spent $1900 to fix. Then I took it to Mercedes Benz of Raleigh to perform a 60k miles service so I can have service up to date and keep up with my vehicles health from there. Mercedes of Raleigh conducted an inspection of the vehicle and called me back with a nightmare. Many oil leaks and bad gaskets. Rear windshield wiper didn’t work because wire harness is literally burnt and melted together. Over all I ended up with an $11,259 bill and repairs. After receiving the car back from Mercedes of Raleigh, two days later the power steering issue came back up and turned out it was not fixed properly but rather “rigged” as described by mechanic so that cost me another $1300+. My temporary tag expired so I reached out to sales person about my paperwork to obtain tag, total silence, read messages and no response what so ever (totally ignored me). I scrambled and finally reached out to finance department regarding my paperwork, a young man by the name of Keith was great and very helpful with resolving tag/paperwork concerns. I complained about sales person ignoring my communication as well as the lies I was told about the condition of the vehicle and he said he will bring it to the attention of sales management. Sales manager never contacted me and no one ever called. To sum it up, I am an out of town buyer to them, I was lied to despite my specific questions and kept me on the hook until purchase. Yes I bought the car and signed papers “AS IS” and I know that’s what they are hiding behind but prior to me signing all along I was lied to and misled by the sales team. Hiding behind the Land Rover dealership flag as if they have high standards and ethical is BS. They lied, sold me the car and didn’t even look back. Lesson learned here, this is just a heads up to whom ever decides to purchase from this entity, go check the car out in person and DO NOT believe a word they tell you. This is cheating and scamming to the definition regardless of the paperwork you hide behind.

Maggie is great to work with at South Atlanta Range! She's nice and very helpful! She only suggests what's needed so you don't walk away feeling over charged and taken advantage of. All the staff work well together and are all Nice as well!

I originally had a disappointing experience with this location’s service department after bringing my vehicle in for HVAC-related work. New issues appeared immediately after the repair, and I left feeling frustrated with how the situation was handled. However, the General Manager reached out, took the matter seriously, and ensured the problem was properly addressed. We brought the vehicle back in, and within a few hours the team had fully repaired the issue at no charge to me. Their willingness to step up, take ownership, and make it right showed integrity and renewed my confidence in the dealership. The GM and service department ultimately resolved everything. They made things right, and I appreciate the effort.

Had a wonderful experience at Land Rover of South Atlanta. Set up a VIP appointment with Sherrian and she was wonderful, prompt, communicative, listened to what I needed and wanted, and was able to facilitate a seamless and hassle free experience. I will be buying cars from her again in the future.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing my Land Rover Discovery in July, I was told the second key would be found and provided. Later, we were told a new key would need to be ordered instead — with no direct communication to me. After waiting six weeks, I called only to find out that a decision had been made by someone named Nick, who never contacted me despite my request for a callback. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer respect is unacceptable. Losing a loyal customer over something as simple as a key and follow-up says a lot about how this dealership operates. I will not return ever again and I will be sure to inform my network to avoid this place.

Our experience at Land Rover South Atlanta was exceptional. We were shopping for a Defender and found exactly what we wanted. We traveled to Atlanta and the folks at the dealership went out their way to make our car purchase a very pleasant experience. Special thanks to Sandra Parks! She was absolutely brilliant! From our first meeting to the follow ups, Sandra has been perfect! I simply cannot say enough about Sandra, she took the time to answer all our questions and was a big part of the decision to buy. She is a delight! Also wanted to thank Keith Matthews and William Kimmel. Keith helped after the purchase and we spent about a half hour with William talking about Rovers in general! He even helped us with a question or two about our old Discovery while we were waiting to get our new car!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience getting my truck serviced at Jaguar Land Rover South Atlanta! From start to finish, the customer service was truly top-tier. Selange Robinson took exceptional care of me the moment I arrived to drop off my truck. Even though a loaner vehicle wasn’t immediately available—and I really needed one since my truck would be in the shop for nearly a week—she didn’t stop there. To my surprise and appreciation, Selange called me the very next day to let me know that a loaner had become available and that she had already reserved it for me. That level of follow-through and dedication meant a lot. The service team also exceeded expectations by finishing my repair earlier than estimated! When I returned the loaner, the entire process was unbelievably smooth—my truck was already waiting for me in the service bay, ready to go. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Once again Union City Land Rover has been a phenomenal experience. The place is always very clean and the staff very pleasant. My Check engine light came on last night, out of the blue, and I took it in to get checked out. They were able to fix it right away. Mrs. Megan was my customer service rep, and I must say that she is a 5⭐️ person. She always give that “I care for you” vibe and it never feels transactional, but rather like a family member. She is THE BEST and people like her make you want to come back. The service team diagnosed my truck quickly , was very informative and my car feels back to normal! Thanks so much!!!!!

I wanted to first start off with stating Jessica and Cyril provided excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I came in on Saturday 10/11/25 (BDAY) to purchase the Range Rover. After test driving a Range Rover Sport we decided to lease it. We meet with Finance Manager Roberto and was approved. After taking the vehicle home and reviewing our paperwork Sunday morning. I noticed that Roberto inputted incorrect numbers not just on our annual income but also with the price of the vehicle. Roberto was informed that we wouldn't be placing a down payment. He agreed and placed the down payment within the price of the vehicle, which increased the price. Without us knowing he also added 35% to our income, which was not needed for us to qualify. I contacted Jessica and Cyril on Sunday with my concerns. Roberto called me stating he adds 35% to all his customers income. I arrived back at the dealership today (10/13/25) to explain my findings and concerns and after talking to the General Manager we decided to return the vehicle and take our business elsewhere. To all customers, past, present and future. Please, please check your paperwork, read all the details and fine print. There's no confusion, he entered incorrect numbers on purpose

My husband purchased a Land Rover Defender 130 for me for Mother’s Day. This is the best suv for a mother of four. It’s spacious and has all of the conveniences a family needs. We got the custom buckets seats in the middle so I no longer have to worry about adjusting the backs seats for my little ones when they get in… they just walk on back to the third row, enjoying the plush carpet walk through and the soft comfy leather seats when they settle in and buckle up. The best part of this experience was our sells lady, Sandra Parks. Sandra Parks is an expert of the Land Rover brand and is incredibly knowledgeable of all things Land Rover and every make & model. She helped me with my setup and showed me all of the apps, perks, and taught me all that was new about the Defender 130 model. If you go to the Land Rover South location and you need a knowledge, professional, and beautiful woman to show you the way… ask for Sandra Parks. I've relied on this site for service for the past three years. When my 2016 vehicle finally needed replacing, my service advisor, Rich, was incredibly honest and clear about the needed repairs versus the car's remaining life. This helped me confidently make the sudden decision to switch to sales. The transition was seamless. Our sales advisor, Raymond, was both patient and efficient. He thoroughly explained the benefits of leasing, showed us several vehicles, and even checked inventory at other locations. We ended up leasing a great car right on the lot! Raymond's post-purchase responsiveness as we learn the new setup is outstanding. This is a genuinely helpful team from service to sales—I highly recommend shopping with them.

A 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan, he made sure that I text drove it, he let me look under the hood and do a full inspection of the car and worked closely with with me over the 3 day process of paperwork! I visited this place on Monday with the intention of purchasing a Range Rover. My main goal was to observe their customer service to determine if this is a credible place where I should spend my money. What I witnessed was quite disappointing. I overheard a man discussing how they sold him a faulty car and now refuse to refund the full amount, only offering a trade-in that leaves him with a $5,000 balance. They are willing to apply this balance to another loan, and it seems he's been dealing with this issue for nearly a month. If businesses operate like this, I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs. They promised him a gift card for the experience, which he never received. There were many instances of poor character displayed. I hope they do the right thing. After speaking with him to understand his situation, I decided to leave.

Horrible horrifying experience multiple times I’ve been to this dealership and it seems like I spoke to all the wrong people Cyril Roberto and nick made this the absolute worse experience ever at a dealership and just like Candice below explained they ripped me off I gave them 44,000$ from my bank and they sold me the worse version of a Range Rover I have ever seen….nick called begged me to take my review down and would give me full credit for the vehicle just for me to get there and realize he and Roberto added 5,000 $ from the original amount and didn’t tell me I had to read the paperwork to find out…tried to talk me out of going thru my bank even thought the money was right in his face so they sold me a bad car forcing me into a position where I’d have to go thru them or take the bad car….Rod smith has done absolutely nothing but sit back and let them ruin my experience…My newborn and child sitting in this dealership for hours on multiple occasions because these people tried to scam me….if there’s any other Land Rover dealership trust me it’s definitely a better experience….

I had the most Amazing experience working with Jessica. Especially during a time when I was at a low and my car went down unexpectedly. She went out her way to make sure I was getting a great deal and was satisfied with my purchase. On top of that she was extremely positive and a breath of fresh air.
