Spoke to shaynay. Rude for no reason. And lied saying my catalytic converter was “aftermarket” when it clearly wasn’t.
Read the reviews, apparently it’s a line they give you to try offer you less.
This company will waste your time, energy, and money. I was rescheduled three times, on the third time I was told that the pick up driver was an hour and a half away. Then two and a half hours passed without update or the driver. I contacted the company and was told that they canceled the whole thing and that they had called twice and left a voicemail. However I never received any calls or voicemails. Do not use this company they will just lead you on. I will tell anyone I can to never use this company.
Very unprofessional 3 times called me to confirm pick up was told three different times so I was work and rearranged my schedule called them and oh they sorry short drivers what about Monday why the hell call me three times for nothing then accidentally called me back laughing oh didn't mean to call you should have read reviews this place should be shut down
Be aware of this scamming people the driver came high on drugs and hitting on me. Wasn’t familiar with my vehicle and was trying to tell me that my Cadillac converter was missing then he finds it and then tries to tell me the second Cadillac converter was missing I decided not to take the offer because they were trying to lowball ball And play games. The dispatcher on the phone was very rude and upset. I told the driver to hand me. My title. He took the title out of his back pocket and handed it to me without giving me my key. I have been calling back-and-forth, speaking with dispatcher only for the driver to lie about the narrative. He told the dispatcher that I was upset, and he placed the title in the key on my car And when I snatch the title off the car, the key flew into the grass. That is an absolute lie, and if he saw the key flying to the grass and do all that, why would he not say anything? Furthermore, I was told that I cannot get a key replacement, and to talk to the driver, which would definitely be combative. This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional, hopefully I can report to the BBB. I definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before I reached out to them

Sanford and sons junk cars came out to my house today to pick up a 1998 Buick park avenue ultra. The car is in great condition, no dents, perfect interior, but needs a paint job, and is misfiring. The wrecker driver was able to drive it onto the trailer. They said I could get as much as $350 for it over the phone. The wrecker driver took pictures of the outside, inside, and under the car. The customer service lady called back, and said that the car has a catalytic converter that had been replaced. I couldn't verify right away that the catalytic converter had been replaced, because my uncle was the original owner, and the only owner of the vehicle from 1998 - 2023 when he gave me the vehicle. The lady on the phone was very rude and impatient. She told me that the most they could give was $150. I told her that I would need $350. She said that they only get the cars for their catalytic converters, and that they don't even make parts for the car anymore, so the car would just get crushed. Another lie. The car has the supercharger on it, plenty of working parts with none missing, and the interior is immaculate. I finally talked her into $250. I called my uncle before the wrecker driver left, and he said that they never replaced the catalytic converter. I told the driver that the customer service lady lied to me by saying it was a newer catalytic converter. Sanford and sons junk cars and junkyard are extremely dishonest, and be careful, because they will definitely try to cheat you. Overall bad experience. Was told the catalytic converter on my car was after market and that reduced the amount that could be paid. Nothing on my car was after market. Seriously. Just be truthful. Don't tell someone one thing and then come up with something that is completely false to get out of paying what you promised. Would not use again.
Provided great service. Call last Friday night. A rep came out on Saturday & offered a great amount. The vehicle was towed away on Sunday. Thank you for providing great service.
