He was honest I sold my box truck he picked it up the same day I was from out of town and didn’t have the title so he gave me have the money and when I get back home and sent him the title he sent the other half same day as her received. Very honest guy

Very disappointing experience. The process was excellent..Very simple and quick. The driver was here 30 minutes after I agreed to the quoted offer. I verified the quoted amount once again before he sent the driver to pick up the car.
Once here they offered me only 60% of what he had quoted me and verified with me.
The best thing about this was the driver. He was a very polite, kind and courteous young gentleman.

Needed help quick to sell my totaled car. Everyone else was closed, it was late and I needed a solution that day. I called and was able to get help within 24 hours. I even had some complications with finding my title but the guy that helped me was very kind and understanding. I also was given the best price by far for my car. Do not trust the offer you get over phone, even after going over the state of the car in detail. I let the person on the phone know everything that was wrong and what was missing. The person that comes out to look at your car WILL completely screw you on the price and they’ll be highly disrespectful in the process. We had to go with it because we were moving and desperate to get it out of our driveway. But I would warn anyone else considering this joke of a business to stay away. I’ve seen the owner respond here and say that people are not being honest who complain about this, but when there are multiple experiences in the same vein, take heed in those experiences being what they are. I should have done more research ahead of time but I was running short on time and only saw testimonials on the website. Save your time and go with a company who will not only be respectful but will also be consistent.
