An unfortunate failure of my clutch (or master cylinder) left me at a gas station on N Druid. After a failed attempt to rev match it in terrible traffic, the gas station attendant was cool with us leaving the car off to the side until we called a tow company. Once we did, the entire transaction was easy, everyone was super kind and helpful and payment was equally as simple. I will always call them for any tow needs. Professional, tons of communication (pictures at the destination and immediate replies , etc) and friendly. Literally the best tow service hands down
Highly recommend City Towing! They have very reasonable prices and experienced with getting low cars on to the flat bed. My car always scrapes on just about anything but he made sure to take precautions so it wouldn’t. Additionally, very responsive on communication and timing. Hopefully I wont need a tow again but will happily do business with this company again if needed!

Great experience and excellent service! I found this company from a Google search while stranded on I-285 with a blown tire and attempted to call two other tow companies with no luck. Stumbled upon City Towing and glad I did. Dispatcher got Jonathan to me within one hour on a busy, cold night and Jon took great care of me and my car. No problems at all, and their rates are very reasonable.
Quick and friendly service! Dispatch guy was a bit lukewarm, but John(?) made an unfortunate situation as fun as possible! Would definitely recommend his assistance! For context, I paid full asking price and was picked up within 30-40mins on a Sunday evening. ($150 for 10mi)
Incredibly rude and unprofessional! Run as far away as you can and find another company with better customer service! I did a Google search to find a tow company to remove a parked car that was directly in front of my garage blocking me. I explained the situation and without any type of empathetic customer service attitude, he tells me “We don’t do that kind of service.” I said OK, can you recommend someone please? He hangs up in my ear. I called back twice because I was shocked.
Truck broke down on Atlanta 285 bypass on a Friday night. Found City Boy towing by google and boy I am glad I called. The driver (Jonathan) arrived within 30 minutes of call proceeded to secure the vehicle and took me to a motel for the night and also got in touch with a friend of his who is a mechanic. Truck was picked up next morning from motel , was worked on and delivered back to me the same day allowing me to continue on to my destination. Jonathan stayed in touch with me via his personal phone to make sure all was going well throughout my stay . He turned what could have been a disastrous night into a well manageable one. Thank you Jonathan and City boy towing for your fast and courteous help.
