They were really rude. I called and i could hear the guy in the background making fun of me, then they actually hung up on me, only because i was stuttering too much. I wasn't in any way rude to them.
*The owner said that he will help me and that he will find the people who were rude. I will change my review as soon as everything gets fixed.
*6 years later and the problem was never fixed lol I went with a different company

After my dad's car got into an accident and the car was totaled loss, we needed to get rid of it. Never sold a car to a junk yard before and didn't have any knowledge on how to. One of the worker from there named Josh was very kind enough to offer to come pick up the car during a Sunday even though they only do scheduling on Sunday and do not pick up cars. Unfortunately I wasn't home so I had to reschedule it on Monday and the whole process was very smooth, easy and quick. I am not a local to Acworth, GA. I'm over an hour-and-a half drive away and had to do business the old fashioned way (by one's word). It was a real pleasure to deal with Josh Thompson! Same day service?!?! what?? They were at my house the same day with cash. I was about to be fined by the city if I didn't get it out that day. I called them and they were out at my place in just a few hours. They gave me a fair price on my piece of junk car and it was cash in my hand instead of paying a fine.
