After my purchase of my 2017 Honda Pilot from Five Brothers Automotive, I have repeatedly called & left messages to Alex at the finance department without texting a call back. I was told by one of the sales representatives that Alex cancelled my Nitrofill tire warranty without letting me know. He has not responded to my request to either refund me or reinstate the warranty. I don’t recommend Five Brothers Automotive as an honest place to do business!

I originally purchased my Bmw 5 Series from this dealership about two years ago, and recently brought it back in for service. While I was there, I happened to come across a Bmw 7 Series, exactly the kind of clean and well kept one I had been searching for all over the state for months. Sure enough, it was the perfect match, and I ended up purchasing it the same day. From start to finish, the team here has been nothing but amazing. The service department took great care of my 5 Series, and the sales team made the buying process for the 7 Series just as smooth and enjoyable as the first time I bought from them. It’s rare to find a dealership that delivers such a great experience on both the service and sales side. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone I worked with. I’ll continue coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vehicles and top-notch service.

Man I tell you what. They have a horrible way of doing business I tell you what. I got that service contract. Got home to the house to review the contract they failed to give me pages 1 through 14. And I think they did it on purpose because they didn't want to see that I could cancel that thing within the first 30 days and get a full refund. Not to mention the salesman on the way out was trying to tell me that the service contract won't be available to use until after about 30 days. Immediate red flag. So I had to call the DOWC to get a copy of the service contract. Anyways, cancel the service contract but they are avoiding the crap out of me because they owe me a refund. Not to mention the four tires that we agreed on. Then came in the next day and they try to put words in my mouth saying just one tire. But needless to say I didn't get any tires. I'm not worried about the tires. But they said that. And a few other things. The salesman Mike acted edgy. We popped the hood on the side of the road and I close the hood and he said that's not how you close a hood and he had me open the hood up again and then he slammed the hood shut and he said that's how you close a hood. I'm like really, this is how you all do business. I still bought the damn thing. But y'all are very unprofessional. Wow. Just give me my damn money back for the service contract that I am legally allowed to cancel and get a refund for. If y'all would have gave me pages 1 through 14 in the first place then maybe I would have kept it. But I see exactly what y'all are trying to do. So anyways. I just don't see how you do business the way y'all do it and think that it's cool. Going to sleep at night knowing that in the back of your mind the way you all do business is a joke. Anyways just give me my money back

WORST CAR DEALER EVER! They turned the check engine light off on me. 3 days after I bought it the check engine light came on. They sold me a car knowing the engine was dying. 4 months after purchasing the car the engine died.

Great purchasing experience. Alex stayed after hours so we could come after work to check out a G-wagon during the week. He was wonderful answered all are questions. Great at communicating with us over the next few days & we were able to finalize the deal on the wknd. Def recommend Alex from 5 brothers

Alex, the financier, treated me wonderfully. I bought this car, got the paperwork done, and the car was delivered in a month and a half. The excuse was that the convertible was missing a part. I advise people who want to buy from Five Brothers Roswell. They're not honest when it comes to selling cars. They deceive people, just like they deceived me. I don't recommend Alex, the financier, because he's not honest. He tricked me by saying the car was good, but it was all a lie. It hasn't even been two weeks and the car is breaking down. I have to pay $3,750 to fix it. I spoke to the dealer, and they said it wasn't their responsibility.

Please DO NOT BUY from Five brothers. I purchase a 2015 Promaster on 1-14-25 I’m just now getting the van back today 3-14 The other reviews are correct they bandaid mechanical issues, sell lemons, and lack communication. I have not driven the van once. The transmission needed repair, front lights broken (they zip tied them to stay in place), winder shield wipers dont work. I purchased an extended warranty that wouldn’t cover the repairs because they stated it was pre-existing. I’ve put thousands into the van already lost contracts as this was a business vehicle. Today when they dropped the van off I checked immediately no paperwork showing repairs, windshield wipers still don’t work , and when I called and relayed my issues they told me we didn’t have time to fix the wipers. If you take a vehicle in for repairs when do they ever send it home without completing the repairs. That’s why it was there to repair it. I’ve contacted a lemon lawyer they will take your case for free. Because they definitely sold me a lemon. Also the temporary tag is expired because it’s been in the shop since day 1. I also asked them to buy the van back they would not. Lemon Law Layer Edit- the company dropped the van off stating they have fixed the torque converter within 10 minutes the check engine light is back on took it to auto zone it’s the torque converter. The owner has been very rude and I’m sure they have blocked my calls

Alex at Five Brothers has avoided every single call and text regarding the vehicle that he sold me 2 weeks ago that broke down and I am a single mother of 3 and I spend all of my tax money getting this vehicle and he told me there was no issues with the vehicle and here it is 15 days later and the vehicle will not start and Alex will not answer a single call or text message. Finally got ahold of the supervisor, he seems to be willing to help me but 10/10 do NOT recommend Alex at Five Brothers!!!

Scummy dealership and a bit insulting. I had a bunch of questions about a vehicle that I sent to 2 different salesmen but never got an answer, so I went to go view it. One tire was cut, 1 tire was almost 10 years old, other 2 were almost 5 years old. Brakes were at 30%. Car has been sitting there for 3 months so I made an offer based on the MMR value and the mechanical issues that needed repaired. The car in this condition is not road worthy. Omar (I think that was his name) told me to go find a car at an auction.. At that point I wished them "good luck" and walked away. I will say that Orlando was courteous and professional. Can't say that for the manager or whoever he was.

I called early in the afternoon to try and book an appointment to look at a car and spoke with Orlando. He set an appointment for me, but I ended up having a change of schedule and showing up early. He was there to greet me and was working with another customer so he took me to the back to get the car I was looking at and introduce me to Susanna who quickly found the car for me so we can go on a test drive. Orlando and Susanna were both very nice and helpful and quick to get things rolling for me even though I wasn't on schedule as planned. I liked the car and was ready to purchase and Susanna got everything rolling for me very quickly. We talked numbers for a couple minutes and I was directed to Julio to work out my contract. Susanna stayed with me the whole time and checked in on me and even brought me coffee! Julio was very professional, prompt, and informative of the programs and finance plans available. I came back with an objection on the first offer and he was able to get me very close to the counter offer I proposed, so I said yes and we were ready to close the deal. The entire process was very seamless, easy, painless, and fun. I'm not sure I've ever dropped the word fun during a car buying process so that's saying a lot. We closed the deal after business hours so I needed to bring the car back for detailing and it had one issue that needed to be fixed. They were not able to fix the issue on the spot, but Orlando scheduled me for a repair within the same week. Orlando, Susanna, and Julio, we're all very attentive to my needs, very professional, very nice, I made the whole process so smooth and quick. I would buy a car here again 10/10.

I was doing my weekly drive to pick up my daughter from her dad’s when my car popped, and battery light came on. I paused to google what it was and how long I could drive. I then searched local shops and started driving as it started to over heat and steering wheel locked, I pulled into the right place! EVERYONE there was super kind and helpful! I’m beyond grateful I pulled into the right place and they weren’t closed. First impressions, the customer service is amazing.

Had a great experience with Marc at Five Brothers. Bought a car via virtual appointment. He showed me every detail through video call and took it for a test ride. Closed at a very fair price as I had researched the model extensively. All in all a great experience. Car is on its way to me now via truck delivery.

Update here: Two weeks after buying this truck, its battery died and had to be replaced. No mention was made of battery issues when I purchased the vehicle, so if you buy from Five Brothers, would keep this in mind. Other than that, below still applies to their salesmen. I bought a truck from Matt and Winston, and they were great. They both helped make my car buying process as easy as possible, and I could not have had better service.

I made a purchase on 8/24/2022. I spoke with Kevin and did the entire process online and over the phone, only thing I had to do was go to the dealership to pay my down payment, sign my paperwork and pick up the keys. Kevin and Marlon made the process so easy. I was not a fan of salesmen because they lie, but at the end of this process I had to apologize to both of them because they didn’t lie to me at all. They were very helpful and understanding. My next purchase will in fact come from them. I thank Kevin so much for going out his way to find me the vehicle I wanted and sealing the deal… highly recommended. I’m not a person that is easily pleased… but this time I was. Great job fellas.

The front bumper of my Toyota Camry was damaged in an accident and I took the car to Five Brothers Automotive for collision repair. I specifically asked them to install a Toyota bumper and they said they will. I do not believe they did. Big cheats. The bumper was not fixed properly on one side and when I took it back they did something but it never fully got fixed. And now the paint has come off in two or three places (in less than 2 years) and it is showing bare metal. Please see the pictures. Worst repair shop I had been to. Also do not fall for these guy's sweet talk. They are not sincere at all as I found out. They did a very shoddy job overall. I will never ever take my car to them and my bad experience steered two of my friends away from them for good.
