We love Alex!!! We havebeen going to Alex for at least three years and he has always given us the best service without the dealership price. We take both our Mercedes and BMW to him for all auto needs. I just had engine mounts replaced and transmission resealed with new filter. My 2008 C300 now rides brand new. Such a wonderful difference!!!

Impressive how clean the place is! Alex and the entire team treated me extremely well and made me feel very welcome. The repair was very fast, took less than one hour to replace the rear brake pads and rotors. When I arrived, they were already ready for my car, with a lift available and the parts prepared. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
I had an ongoing issue with my 2020 Kia Soul that was driving me crazy. While driving, whenever the right side of the car went over bumps or uneven road surfaces, I could hear a rattling noise coming from underneath. In addition, when backing out of a parking spot and turning the steering wheel fully to the right or left, I heard clicking sounds.
Before coming to Alex Auto, I went to another specialist and ended up replacing many parts, but the problem was still there. Nothing changed, even after spending time and money on repairs. At that point, I decided to contact Alex Auto and explained the entire situation in detail — what the symptoms were, what had already been done, and that the issue was still unresolved.
The team at Alex Auto took the time to go on a test drive with me so they could hear the same noises themselves. After that, they performed a proper diagnosis. I honestly thought this would take a long time, but within just a few minutes they called me back and showed me the real cause of the problem. It turned out that during a previous brake replacement on the right wheel, the prior mechanic did not fully tighten several bolts. That was the source of all the noise.
Alex Auto charged me only $50 for both the diagnosis and fixing the issue, which I consider extremely fair, especially considering how simple the real problem turned out to be once it was correctly identified.
I also want to highlight how great their communication was throughout the entire process — from my first phone call to the moment I left the shop. Everything was clear, professional, and respectful.
In my opinion, this is the right business model: the owner is not just running the business, but is also an experienced mechanic who works hands-on with the cars. That level of knowledge and involvement makes a huge difference and creates trust. They understand the work from the inside and run a business that is fair both for the company and for the customer.
If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would definitely give them 10.

I've been going to Alex Auto since 2018 through a word-of-mouth recommendation. All my services with them thus far had positive outcomes. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is top-notch. They keep my 22-year-old Subaru running in tip-top shape. When my car had trouble passing the emission test last year, they did an engine flush and fixed the O2 sensor for me. They even helped with emission drive cycle. I passed that test and the next. I just had a manual transmission service done to fix a rattling issue with the shifter. Everything went well. Unlike my Subaru dealership's service department, they don't try to tack on services I don't need. Raphael at the front is always friendly and knowledgeable, and doesn't talk down to you. I highly recommend this place.
Fantastic service. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair a small coolant leak in my 2019 BMW stemming from a hidden crack in plastic reservoir. They are always quick with routine maintenance as well.
I had an awful experience with Alex Auto Inc and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I truly believe they are running a scam. I was referred by a friend and, unfortunately, didn't ask about prices before the service: a big mistake!
They charged $95 for an oil change, while the exact same service at Midas costs only $59.99. Even worse, they charged $165 for a wheel alignment, which is completely unreasonable since Midas and other reputable places charge around $100 for the same job.
The worst part was the tire rotation scam. I had four brand-new tires installed at Costco just two months ago, and Costco provides free tire rotations. However, Alex and his team rotated my tires anyway and charged me $25. They even removed my Costco service tag from the windshield without permission, clearly trying to hide the fact that I had free tire service available elsewhere. When I noticed and asked about it, they reluctantly handed it back.
During the service, I had a conversation with both owners — we talked about work ethics, honesty, and affordable prices. They spoke as if they truly cared about customers, but the reality turned out to be completely different. Shame on them. I hope they are happy making money in such a dishonest way. They may have made $265 of dirty money from me, but I believe they will lose far more in the long run through bad reputation and lost trust.
This place is dishonest, overpriced, and unprofessional. They take advantage of customers who don’t ask questions in advance. Don’t make the same mistake I did — avoid Alex Auto Inc at all costs!
Found a great auto service organization! It’s rare to find an auto service organization this good. Alex and team did the work promptly, with quality, used OEM parts and for a fair price. They also noticed another issue with belt pulleys and called to offer to do the repair. No hard push, just a professional mechanic looking at my vehicle. They even showed me the damaged pulley which clearly needed replacement. Thanks Alex and Raphael and team! I will be back!

Had a full 100k mile service done on my 2019 Golf R., went to pick up my car, and the techs noticed a weird sound coming from the rear passenger side, turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. This was at 4:45pm on Friday. I'm in the middle of an out of state move, and these guys gave me the option to leave the car till Monday, or see if they can knock it out real quick... well that happend! The owner Alex, manager Raphael, and techs John, Roman, and Alex literally went into emergency surgery mode, quick run to pick up the parts, and literally 45 minutes later, by 5:30pm, my car was fixed and I was back on the road! Can't say enough about this shop, very much appreciated!! Solid work, and great crew! Thanks again!!
I got some larger (and smaller) repairs done at this shop recently and was thoroughly impressed with the service rendered and how I was treated. First visit was a quick fix - headlight went out. Second visit was more complex - needed a timing belt replacement and some brake/transmission fluid flush and replacements. Reasonable prices given what’s charged on average in the area and exceptional service. They prioritized getting my car done so that I only went without it for a day. They double-checked their work, test drove it for me, and even threw in smaller work at no cost (my wiper fluid is full now and my oil changed!). Most importantly, my car runs and drives like it used to. Very grateful and will be recommending to all my ATL area friends.

I haven't had my car serviced here yet, but when it's time, I will return to this shop. Every other repair shop wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $125. I called Alex Auto and explained what was going on with my car. Raphael told me to pull up and don't worry about a diagnostic fee. I went right away in case he changed his mind. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome. They pulled my car in right away and had me go back to look under the hood with them! Long story short, I was turned away due to them working with integrity. After speaking with Alex and Raphael, no work was recommended. Everything checked out good! Alex advised me to fill my tank with premium occasionally even though my car uses regular. I filled it up with premium immediately, and I can definitely tell the difference in the way my car drives!! Alex Auto is the Chick-fil-a of repair shops!!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Raphael at multiple locations, and he truly is the most incredible general manager a car shop could ever ask for. I went here this week for a brake related issue. When entering the lobby, I was greeted with a pleasant smell of cleanliness. Usually, when you visit the mechanic, the lobby smells like burnt coffee, tires, oil, but the lobby at Alex auto was different and very welcoming to a customer. The lobby had free drinks, wifi, charging stations that just spoke volumes on how they care about the customers. There was plenty of places to park my car which was a plus. Both Alex and Raphael were extremely friendly and have great customer service skills. The communication with me was really good about the status of my car and the suggested approach for fixing the car's issues. One thing that really stood out was how excited or passionate they were when describing how they were going to fix my car like they were fixing their own vehicle. I had a great experience at Alex Auto, Inc., in Roswell. I recently bought a used BMW that had been serviced by them in the past. They performed the necessary work and advised against work that I thought might be needed. Their diagnostic and mechanic work is superior, their customer service and communication is great, and clearly they are not out to gouge or take advantage of their customers. They've been in business since 1994 and understand how to keep happy customers who trust them and keep coming back.
