So I called this not so professional company and they were rude right off the bat. I hung up on them because definitely won’t be giving them any money. THEN, I called Metro City Towing & they were great. Gave me a scheduled time for picking up my Porsche, they were sweet and professional. I highly recommend them!
These guys saved my day. I got my uhaul wedged backing down my steep driveway. They got to me in 15mins and had it pulled out in 5 mins. Super friendly and professional. Hopefully I don’t need another tow, but if I do, I’ll be calling them

I called and tried to get a quote and was told $175. My mother was going to make the payment but then he told my mother a different price totaling $190! Bad business and this company is a scam! Make sure you get exact pricing before sending them to get your car! The customer service is horrible and the man who answered the phone is a scammer!!! Do not use this company!
This place will tell you different pricing based on the type of car you have! I have a challenger and once I told the man at this site the type of car I had he tried to up the pricing and began yelling at me on the phone! I told the owner I would be leaving a bad review due to his service and he told me to find someone else to tow my car! NEVER USE THIS TOWING SERVICE!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!! And I was never told about a processing fee! My mother can attest to these remarks!

Calling around to the Roswell area towing companies, 9 am on a Saturday, they were the only ones who picked up.
Needed a non start vehicle dropped at a mechanic.
Service was excellent, showed up within an hour. Loaded my vehicle quickly and professionally. Got it to destination and unloaded it with out issue.
Will be my first call in the future.
These gentlemen are awesome! Rates were extremely reasonable, they were friendly, polite, prompt, seemed to really know exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend if you are in the unfortunate space of needing a tow.
Great timely service, great rates. T was a professional while being sociable. Knows how to load up the car properly, especially with a low car. They put the wood planks under the bed properly, not in front of or above. They double checked clearance levels to ensure no scrape under the car. Quick to load up and off load as well. 10/10 recommend whenever you're in a pinch!
Daughter had a blown tire on 400 that resulted in a bent tire rod. Called Metro City Towing to get a tow to the nearest dealership.

My daughter hit a curb badly and busted tire. Even though they were busy they came in the time they quoted and even looked at the car just in case it was drivable and I didn’t need a tow.

The customer service at Metro City Towing, Inc. is exceptional. I had a driver arrive in under 45 minutes—which is almost unheard of in the Atlanta area! When the driver arrived, he had a coworker with him, and both were incredibly polite and efficient. They had my car loaded onto the flatbed in less than 10 minutes, and we even shared a few laughs. Shortly after, I received an update confirming that my car had been dropped off at the collision shop. I highly recommend Metro City Towing, Inc., and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

It's not often to have a positive experience when you're stuck on the side of the highway with a flat tire but somehow T and Metro City Towing made that happen for my family and I. The service was fast, professional yet safe. When I say fast, I'm talking about a 10-15 minute arrival time when other nearby companies quoted us 2+ hours. What could have easily been a stressful situation, T made us comfortable and relaxed. We laughed and sang songs on the way to the tire shop. 10/10 Highly Recommend.
Had to tow my car to a local shop to get some work done on it. The guys who showed up were very patient and helpful getting the car out of the garage and loading it onto the truck. Had special equipment to prevent damage to the body panels, as the car is fairly low to the ground. Had some great conversation about my car and other cool cars they’ve hauled in the past. Could tell they enjoyed the job and took passion in doing everything the right way. They made it a very pleasant experience, and if I ever need a tow locally I’m calling the same guys again without a doubt.
