Very nice guy, very fast response. Great rates since price out of pocket since I did not have tow on my insurance policy but best believe I have it added now.
I called another company first... they asked if they could put me on hold and did before I had a chance to respond. SO, I called this company. He answered promptly, and came to my rescue within 15 minutes as promised. He tried to diagnose to see if it was a more minor issue. Then confirmed that it did need to be towed. Charged a reasonable price and brought my car to my specified repair shop. Great experience! Great gentleman!
A cheerful man charged up my battery about 20 min after I contacted him. Price was good too - compared to two other companies I first got an estimate from.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our 1000 lb. solid stone mailbox was knocked over by a truck, leaving it intact but laying sideways in our yard. After numerous attempts to stand it back up, it wouldn’t budge. I called Rocks/Econo Tow on a whim. He was extremely nice and understanding on the phone and came over right away to see if he could help - on a Sunday no less. After an hour of extremely tricky maneuvering, he was able to stand our mailbox back up in its original spot, and his price was beyond reasonable. We were so pleased and thankful.

SO thankful to this company for coming out same day and putting a donut on my front tire. My driveway has an incline that was compromising my jack. I originally called for a tow but the driver said he would just go ahead and pop the spare on. It was done within three hours, all while I was at work!! Cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely tremendous encounter with this company. I called and the gentleman said they'd be there in 30 minutes. Got there in 20. The technician was a gosh-darn magician. I thought he'd have to use his tow bar but he did it all with a jack, some shims and 2 x 4's. Had me "off the ledge" so to speak in less than 10 minutes.
Very courteous! Driver came to tow my car for a reasonable price. I had called others and was quoted ridiculous prices. When he arrived, he asked what was wrong with my car and ended up giving it a quick fix! I still paid him for his time and help, I was very thankful!

Tow truck driver was very nice and quickly arrived after calling him. Hopefully I don’t make it a habit of having my car towed, but I will definitely call them if needed again.
My friend threw a rod in his 1500 on 400S. Googled for a wrecker and had several not answer. The gentleman answered, said he would be an hour, and showed up 58 minutes later. He was familiar with the area and immediately knew where were going. His rate was competitive. Very professional and courteous.
