It’s an electronic car and it has engine failure. Battery is dead and will not come out of protective mode. Trust me I’m not trying to be difficult. If I could I would.
This is why I had to tow it.

He did come yesterday. I pushed it back a little but couldn’t go further because the cars parked in your lot were in the way.

That makes sense because by the time he came, everyone was home and the parking lot was full. Well, they are empty now so the sooner he gets here the better he’ll be able to complete the job. Thank you.

Sir I’m not sending him back out there. First of all, your car is stuck in park. This is not something that can just be moved around like the car is able to roll.

Not being rude but I looked at the picture and the car is perfectly fine where it’s parked. If it wasn’t, someone would have hit it by now.

It’s amazing how something small can turn into a big issue that costs companies thousands. This can go one of a few ways:
• You apologize and come fix the car. Simple, effective, and a win-win.
• You refund me for an incomplete tow, and I’ll pay someone else to finish the job.
• I report the drop to the police/fire dept since the car is blocking the fire lane.
• I post a public Google review showing photos and explaining how dismissive and disrespectful your response has been.
Which way do you want me to proceed?
I’m giving you until noon and then I’ll start with the Google reviews, then I’ll call the fire department, then I’ll put in a claim for a full refund.

What a great experience we had today with Steve. Our son’s truck was stranded in Roswell and Steve immediately got it towed back up north to Gainesville. He advised me each step from pick up to drop off! Excellent service!!
First of all, I would like to say thanks to Steve. My vehicle was broken down in downtown Atlanta. I called Everyday Towing and was amazed when Steve told me he could be there less than 25 minutes.
I spoke with 3 other towing companies and were told it would be at least 1.5 hours before someone would arrive.
As stated, Steve arrived less than 25 minutes. Upon arrival, I found Steve to be extremely professional and very detailed.
He took great pride and care with my vehicle. He navigated from downtown to East Cobb in major traffic in unbelievable time.
If you own a luxury vehicle, or any type, don't hesitate to call this guy. I personally give him the highest rating possible.
Steven helped me out in the middle of rush hour... had me leave my vehicle in thr Publix lot so I could Uber home. He arrived later and delivered the vehicle to the agreed upon mechaic. Easy to work with, helpful, trustworthy and prompt. Would absolutely recommend him!
Highly recommend for the promptness and service. My daughter hit a curb and broke the axle of her car during our snow day last week. Within an hour of calling the car was back in our driveway despite the roads being slick and demand for towing high. Tahabk you!

I recently called Everyday Towing after a horrible pothole situation tore through my wife’s tire and rim. Despite it being after 7.30pm, they were respectful, punctual, and showed a professionalism I’ve not experienced with past towing companies. Hands down one of the best towing experience I've had the chance to encounter. My family was on the side of the road , weather was extremely bad.
