UPDATE. This review has been bothering me so I have to updated the review to be honest. Last year they came and purchase my car. The part that has been bothering me is that he wouldn't give me the money unless I opened up my phone and gave a 5 star review right in front of him. I may have given him a five-star review without the intimidation. Well, to be honest, I was going to give him a four-star because they didn't give me what they quoted. Now I have to give a 1 star because this review always bothered deep inside. Mainly because it was done with intimidation. Making someone give a 5 star review in order for them to get their money is bad practice and intimidating, especially for a women. Now I see why they have nothing but 5 star reviews. I wonder how many other women felt intimidated with a man standing over them forcing them to give a 5-star review.

I called today to have my Lincoln Navigator towed away. It had no engine and no key. The price was fair and the tow driver COOK was absolutely amazing. It was not an easy tow and he had EXCELLENT customer service skills inspite of the difficulty. Hands down best experience with "cash for junk cars" type of business. They came today! Just a couple of hours after I called.

Anthony was very professional and proficient I cannot ask for better service. Although his boss is not punctual and does not communicate very well, and will absolutely lie to you to keep you on waiting for him instead of moving on to another business I literally waited 3 hours and that wasn't the driver's fault.

However, I would give the COMPANY a 1-STAR RATING. I had been texted a quote for my car and when they arrived to get it Omar lowered the price $100...said they didn't know about the damage. I had told them it was wrecked in my initial phone call and no one ever asked for any more information nor did they stipulate that the price might change upon arrival. I hate doing business with people like this and would recommend you either look elsewhere or make absolutely certain of any offer they make prior to coming for the car.
But I still say ANTHONY was great!
