This place should not be open to the public. The person you call is out of Alabama and the people who pull the part from this location don't communicate well with each other and it could be a complete waste of time. Good luck.
i drove 1 hour away because they said they had a part i made it there and they told me the part was damaged i had called around 11am i made it there at 4:30 no one called to tell me it was damaged the owner is a lady she showed no care in the world if you looking for good used parts call gray and white, lkq, weaver, columbia used auto parts, as for pee wee also sam’s used auto parts these are all located in ga and you may get a warranty on your used parts
I do not recommend doing business with these people; do so at your own risk. This place has no commitment to the customer, much less customer service. They simply do not care about your time or your needs. The parts are not properly categorized, so you can easily speak to someone on the phone and they will tell you yes, and when you arrive, it's not the part you mentioned on the phone. This place is a disaster; they have many cars and many parts, but it's difficult to do business with them. Furthermore, they only pull out the part when you arrive at their offices, so they can easily make you wait for up to three hours and then tell you that it wasn't the part. Before you go, make sure it's the part you need. Don't trust them. You should confirm very well with them before going to the place.
I called to inquire about a used car part, the guy who answered was rude and seemed like he was too busy to waste his time on me!
He was being condescending until I started saying nevermind, then he tried saying he could get the part from Alabama for nearly double what a new OEM replacement would cost (not even including the shipping price, sheesh). The nerve of some people.
Most unprofessional shop I've ever been to or had to deal with in my life...on God first I ordered a ac compressor for my 85 Oldsmobile they said they had to ship from Alabama to Georgia two days 9 days later still nothing finally had to call an ask for my money back because they really didn't have a working one next I try getting a front drive shaft for my infinity ordered Thursday said be there sat come next Tuesday still nothing then when I asked for deposit back was told be 25 percent restock fee I only paid 100 deposit but was told the restock fee was 25 percent of the total amount on a part that's 3 days late over priced for used they keep stalling about the refund saying the part was almost there an when it showed looked to be the wrong thing I suggeste buying new but if gotta get used nottttt....... from them they garbage for real handle your bizz better .....boss.
I purchased a transmission from them the day of pickup my mechanic saw that the dipstick was missing the tork converter and a few bolts was missing he advised me not to get it and the owner refused to give money back it took for me to call police and threatened to take to court to get a full refund they even tried to say i owe restocking fee which is a bunch of bs anyways please i advised everyone they are not professional at all. I will never do business there again i mean never
i went to advanced auto parts checked out a side view mirror for a 05’ ford focus was $59.. Called this Salvage yard the guy tells me $50 really ….. I think not…..

This place is a a waste of time... the face book listing's under neka hicks will send you this long request to make a appointment before you arrive. I make the appointment, drive 2 hrs , arrive for the parts and they say they can't find it. I couldn't tell if this was a junk yard, recycling center or a scam complex for bait and switches.... the BBB and IRS needs to microscope this place..
Do not use these people. I paid them 2300 for a transmission that was ordered back in Oct 2024. They sent the wrong product all together. Now all they do is dodge calls and lie about they have the transmission, but they won’t send it. They just keep your money. Crooked company as the day is long.
Almost two weeks ago I’ve purchased an motor my mechanic picks the motor up and the cam/crank shaft was broken off so right then and there I was furious after waiting a week to retrieve the motor. The owner I believe Alex is his name talk so bad to me I was ready to go to the shop but I didn’t. I wanted a refund they will not give me a refund demanded they replace their mistake. As on now the new motor was supposed to be here yesterday he lied the motor is not there! Talking about come at 2:30 to pick up motor meanwhile the motor was supposed to been there yesterday! They’re very unprofessional and don’t care I am pregnant with triplets and been missing appointments this Tuesday my kids go back to school and we have NO MOTOR! I don’t wanna do business with them I just want my money back my fiancé is on the way there to get our money back hopefully that’s the outcome and nothing else. I am writing this review so no one experience this issue with them don’t even give them your business all they want is your money! They owner hung up on me when I was expressing the inconvenience he has caused me and he had the audacity to say “well how’d you know I got a car” when we told him the part was broke from the last motor he ask well why can’t the mechanic fix it like seriously! I am livid at this point DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER, then our part had to come from Alabama! Oh and they said if we want a refund they take 25% like no your not I want all my money back! I will have an update soon as possible I hate I had to give 1star to do a review they deserve NONE
Sold me defected motor then don’t have another to give me and want to charge me a 35% restock fee. This is crazy manager disrespectful. Telling me I can’t talk to the owner. Don’t go to this place people they are robbers.
