I had my 2014 ES300H serviced about two weeks ago. These guys are total professionals. I live nowhere near Johns Creek but I plan to make the drive again. It was worth it. It's 800 miles between Atlanta where I live and Dallas, TX where I'm from. I need to know that my car will get me there.

Great communication But how a Car Battery issue adds up to close to $200 / hr labor of diagonising the problem Other than the cost of the battery itself is beyond my understanding!Maybe there should be a better way to get around this!
I used to go to the dealer for service. At some point it became clear that the service advisors were commissioned on service revenue rather than customer satisfaction. I asked around and found LexTechs. Excellent, knowledgable team that will explain what must be done now and they're honest about the things that can wait for later. This is now our go-to shop.

These guys are excellent!! they are very thorough with even just a basic look through when they perform an oil change. they were very quick as they rotate your tires, change your oil, as well as take detailed pics to look thru after to make sure every thing looks as it should. They are amazing and anyone looking to try something different they are the one!!!!

These guys know their stuff. I had a full blown alignment done on my 2000 tundra SRD 4X4. No one else could do it because I modified the suspension. Ed made sure it was perfect for me. My frame off restoration can now move forward to its completion. They will be the (only) ones I use from now on for anything I need done I can't do myself. Triple A's guy's!
